Beautiful Place to Live!

I’ve been a resident here for about 5 years now & I can honestly say my experience has been wonderful. That would include management, maintenance team, and even the cleanliness around the community. It’s so nice to be apart of such a peaceful community, hence to why I’m still apart of it. Amazing!!

bad security

very bad management they really ignore you when you say that you have and people passing by your window if you move you will have to have your windows closed all the time, old tenants have restaurants in their apartments you will see strange people come and go all the time and no matter how much you complain, they won't do anything they'll just tell you to call the polic

Not Worth It

This is the worst place I've ever lived. I just moved here in August and from the very 1st day there have been so many issues. I have mold around my windows (since day 1) and the property manager told me that I should clean it. My bathroom doesn't look anything like the model. Mind you I'm paying extra for a fully renovated unit. My water drains slow, people throw their trash everywhere and it's disgusting... If you're thinking about moving here. DONT!!!! It's not worth it.

I Really Like My Apartment

I moved into the Parkside Apartments a little over 2 months ago, and I am so happy! For one thing, I needed to move within a very tight window, and in the end, Parkside made it super easy for me. I looked at multiple, different apartment complexes around where I was living too. Everything from new, high-end to lower-scale rentals, and Parkside fit the situation perfect. The approval process was easy, the deposit was low, and the overall turnaround to me moving in was very quick, which was great. Also, my rent fits my budget, and on top of that, it includes some of the utilities, which is cool. I just need to cover electric and renters insurance. I really like Melania and Thania, who run the office. They’re friendly and knew my name right away. They’re always accommodating to me in the office, and they were very helpful to me with my move-in requests. Also, along with the office team, the maintenance and grounds crew is also great. They’re always on the job, very visible on the property during the day, and seem eager to help and get things done. On that note, my neighbors are all very nice, and there are a lot of families, which is nice too. I also like the property. The layout consists of various rolling hills off of a pretty major road, flanked by a park & school on one side, a sprawling church property on the other side, and a series of winding neighborhoods behind. So it has a quiet, secluded feel to the property. The apartment buildings look really cool too, especially with the wood-slatted accents around the entrances, and nestled into the forest-like grounds. My apartment has a vaulted ceiling with wood beams and a skylight, and my view is all surrounded by trees, so it feels like a little cabin when I look out the windows. On that note, even with the secluded feel of the property, it is a SUPER convenient location. A 2 min drive to 85/285 (Spaghetti Junction), a hop-skip-and-a-jump to 78, 141, 20, 400, 75, and basically, Parkside is easily accessible to essentially anywhere, which is great for my work. So, with all these very positive things, I plan on making Parkside Apartments my home for some time!

Excellent Property

The leasing staff is amazing. Very friendly, and helpful. The property is clean & quiet. I was very pleased with the renovations to the apartments, as well as the quick, and efficient maintenance staff. I’m very pleased with this property as a hole.

Really Good Experience

Me and my roommate recently moved into the Parkside community and have loved it so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property manager, Thania, is so quick to respond to us and have been extremely helpful and welcoming during our move-in process. We moved into a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom town-home that has plenty of space. We love the vinyl flooring, and the nice, new appliances. The light fixtures are my personal favorite! The community is 2 minutes from I-85, which makes it easy to get around the city or travel out of town. Overall, I would highly recommend living here!

Poor maintenance

This place has bad maintenance guys,the supervisor dont do nothing,my apt has bath issues,(my bathtub faucets are broken,mold in the wall behind toilet)the office staff are nice,Yan always trying to help,shes really nice and always smile...

Happy because my lease is up next month

Happy because my lease is up next month! Horrible apartments, with mold, roaches, noisy day and night, everybody is outside in party time. My next door neighbor have gun outside every saturday when I sleep. The manager Shadia seems that she is in love with the maintenance man David because No maintenance at all every thing is low for them. When you arrive to the office, at anytime the maintenance man David always is in there with Shadia and you only get that your apartment needs is not an emergency. No manteinance at all. Lazy men. The only good there is Yam the Cuban lady from the office. She is Nice.
