Property Ratings at Parkhill Luxury Apartments
I was only able to live here for a year but it was the best year of my life. The suite I had was huge. 3 bedroom 2 bath with a solarium. I was not aware of all the amenities it has. Large dog park, Gated community, safe. With having most of the state of the art amenities there were a few things that were a slight inconvenience. When the front gate is out of order. When the electric goes out no have no elevator service. Just keep this in mind. If I had the opportunity to move back to Columbus, I would definitely move back here.

We enjoy living in this well kept community. The leasing staff are friendly and professional. We appreciate their knowledge and concern for meeting our needs. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly, also by very competent and friendly staff. The location is convenient - close to highways and shopping. Local parks are also nearby. We plan on making Parkhill our permanent home.

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and friendly people, Parkhill Luxury apartments is a great place to live. My family and I have lived here for 2 years and we enjoy it. The property management team are friendly and they prompt with their responses. Happy tenants - Hope
After 36 years in our house, we made the decision to down-size to an apartment. Cynthia and Max at Parkhill Apartments in Columbus have made the process as easy as possible. All requests have been handled promptly. Cynthia even had the laundry room cabinets moved up higher to accommodate my new washer and dryer! She did not miss a beat! Our new garden apartment is very spacious, with brand new stainless appliances in the kitchen. I looked for 1 year, and one will not find a nicer, bigger apartment for this price in Columbus.
