No lo recomendaría cuando firmas el contrato dicen una cosa y cuando te vas es otra mi contrato decía pagar 2220.21 y mandaron una cantidad muy exagerada el cual no es correcta en la oficina todos te disen algo diferente . No chequean el apartamento con el inquilino lo hacen solos y ponen lo que quieran el cual no es correcto es la peor experiencia. Y muy descontenta con todo cobran lo que quieran. Todo es un engaño . No lo recomiendo asegúrense primero y no confíen en lo que firmen eso no vale ellos cobran lo que quieran .

Graystar's "rates change based on the date of signing" is a deceptive practice to lure people into committing to a contact and then changing the date so they suddenly find themselves paying as much as five hundred dollars more per month. Because if this practice, I have already paid nine thousand dollars more than was offered at the time I was prepared to sign the lease, but Greystar conveniently delayed approval of my lease until the price was maximized. It's not Parkfield that I will tell people not to lease from: it's Greystar, and all of its many properties.

I’ve only lived here 4.5 months after “upgrading” apartments & have had continuous problems with this unit. My dryer has been missing the handle since move in. To try to do a temporary fix the maintenance men put 2 zip ties on the handle and cut the ends leaving the edges sharp when you go to open the dryer. As they did twice in a row in my last unit with zip ties not even a year ago. I was told the handle was on back order and i should receive it within 60 days. Still haven’t received it. Was told I’d get a whole new dryer today at 10am. Asked for an update at 5pm on the dryer and the AC repair, never received a response back. The third party AC came today at 9:45 am & was inside for 2-3 minutes only & said he fixed my AC. Even tho he had no tools no spray no anything but claimed to recharge it empty handed. Also said that I shouldn’t have anyyy problems going forward at all. Not even 15 minutes after he leaves my AC goes out completely. I immediately notified the leasing office and nobody returned to fix it. This is now the FIFTH time in 4.5 months I’ve needed my AC fixed alone. I have a 3 year old & a newborn baby that are constantly in here sweating and uncomfortable cause the air hardly ever works in here. I’ve had to go to other peoples houses for days at a time since I’ve lived here due to there being no AC in the dead of summer. Nothings ever done to completely rectify the issues. It’s always rushed and half assed. & the people in the leasing office excluding Heaven never seem to be on the same page or do anything to compensate the fact that me and my children have to continuously spend time away from a home we’re clearly over paying for at this point.

Parkfield Apartments is a very nice place to live, with mature trees and nice landscaping, my apartment was fully updated with brand-new kitchen appliances, with wi-fi, with fresh paint and new flooring, it is clean and modern. It is 5 miles to my work, and I think I'm gonna like it here!

I have been a resident of Parkfield Apartment since 2019 and for that reason I think that I am qualified to say that the community is peaceful and very safe to live. It connects you easily to Denver Airport and also has qualified technicians to attend to your technical needs and good staff at the Leasing office to take care of your needs as well. I have no regrets that I belong to the community as I am always happy and feel safe whenever I am in the community.

The apartment are nothing like.they show in the website. Everything is old. Always something wrong here, even before I moved, the apartment was not ready ,I had to wait two weeks more!

We like that the Parkfield community is relatively small and feels like a neighborhood rather than a huge spread-out apartment complex. Our neighbors are friendly, our newly renovated apartment is beautiful, and the Parkfield management and maintenance staff people are helpful and courteous. The apartments at Parkfield are wonderful, and the management and maintenance crews are great. But the company that owns the apartments, Greystar, is terrible. Everything must be done online, or it can't be completed properly, and the online portal is trash. They have attempted several times to correct the errors that prevent me from logging in without success, and it's going to end up costing me significant time and money over the term of my lease. I am happy to be a Parkfield resident, but I am very dissatisfied with Greystar Apartments, Inc.

This community is a mess. I enjoy the staff, my neighbor is so friendly, and I enjoy living close to everything. However, there is trash everywhere and people’s patios are an absolute mess - I wish there was strong enforcement of patio cleanup and sidewalk clean up. Also I have almost ran over people letting their kids ride dirt bikes and play football/soccer on the driveways instead of grass.

I have been living in the community with my family since 2019, which is the testimony of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management team at the Leasing office. The community is friendly, peaceful and provide services that make living confortable at reasonable price.

Parkfield would be a good place to live, if the security was adequate, and the trash around the property was properly managed. The office staff is nice, but a lot of incidents don't actually get resolved in a timely manner, or ever!

So far the only thing I like is the quick action of maintenance at getting things done. At the leasing office not always very quick or helpful also not very courteous sometimes.

Communication improvements are needed, particularly regarding the status of work orders Security improvements are needed - Cameras high up on the building at entrances, and around the property as well as a visible/active security patrol in a vehicle with flashing lights on top from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM would be very beneficial! Trash management improvements are needed, especially in the very back of the property. Trash often blows around the property, and is not picked up. Overall, the Parkfield staff is nice, but their work ethics are shaky...

Moved to Parkfield appartments about three weeks ago. So far its been a great experience. The Community is very quiet, clean and well maintained. Excellent place to live.

We've had not had any issues in these apartments until recently. They're close to the highway and the airport for easy travel. The overall feel of the community is quiet and sometimes inclusive. Parking can be a nightmare but that's only 4 days a week. Maintenance is quick to fix things and the snow removal is always taken care of fairly promptly.
