Property Ratings at Park Wood Apartments
Lived there from 2018 to 2021. Never had to speak to management. Quiet, quaint, beautiful, so much nature. Absolutely loved living there. Only problem was that there was mold on the window sills. If they changed the windows and added some EV charging stations that place would be beyond perfect.
My family of 5 just moved here a few Months ago and we just absolutely love it. The complex is structured to give every unit their privacy( we're not all pilled up like crabs in a bucket).I love the layouts of the apartments here , they really utilized the space well. The units are very modern, comes with a wood burning fireplace , nice balcony ( that is surrounded by big beautiful trees) , washer/dryer and dishwasher. The leasing office staff are just amazing, very prompt ,friendly, organized they made the move in very easy. you will not regret moving here, i'm so glad I found this place!
I lived in this area for 10 years and I never knew this place existed. I just toured the complex this past weekend and fell in love with it. Lots of trees and greenery, park across the street where I can walk my dogs, beautiful modern units and a spectacular pool and fountains. Gabby was a delight, sweet, caring and attentive. It’s hard to find this kind of service nowadays. I’m hoping the right unit will become available soon so I can make it my new home. Thank you, Gabby!
We moved (blindly) from Atlanta, GA to Parkwood by only viewing the pictures on the website and communicating with the staff. Gabby and Carla were wonderful every step of the way and the apartment was immaculate! Very quiet neighborhood, but still extremely close to all necessities (Starbucks, Panera, Target, freeway, etc). Definitely a diamond in the rough.
My husband and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we love it. The staff have all been lovely and made the process of applying and moving very easy. The complex and apartment have been great too, our favorite part is the fountain by the pool. So far we have been very happy!
I have not moved into my new Park Wood apartment yet, but the experience so far has been stellar. I knew immediately when I saw the unit that I wanted Park Wood to be my new home. I looked at several other complexes in the area, but nothing compared to Park Wood. The online photos are completely accurate, which is not always the case. My first contact with the leasing office was with Gabby and she is AWESOME! She's very kind and goes out of her way to be helpful. I can't wait to move in and will write another review down the road.
Since moving in 1 month ago, I have to say that I am very impressed with this apartment community. From the very pleasant girls in the front office, the quick response from maintenance, the clean and quite apartment surroundings!!! Oh, and the units really look like the pictures!!! This area is very convenient to I-580/680 and great schools. We are fortunate to have found this GEM!
I moved up to the Bay Area about two months ago and blindly applied to Parkwood Apartments and it was the best decision I have ever made! I was a little nervous moving up here without looking at the place but once I got to see what it looked like it blew me away. The fully renovated apartments are beautiful and clean and the neighborhood is in a perfect location with a near by running trail and park. Overall great place to live and very friendly management and employees. Recommend 100%!

Loving life in my home here at Parkwood. The staff treats you life family, and the grounds are as peaceful as they are picturesque.
parkwood is a decent community to spent time with your life. you get quality of peaceful time with your family. its a good apartment society with preety surrounding, good staff,well maintained apartments. everything is close by from here.
Parkwood Apartments in Dublin California is a very lively ,lovely and crime free neighberhood..The Apartment Buildings, are well maintained as well The Apartment itself are spacious and well equipped. Maintenance staff is very good.Plenty of parking lots to park your and your guest's car. Overall its a wonderful society to live..
They are currently updating a lot of the apartment and if you get a new one, it's a great deal. I would recommend checking out any openings here. Also, being right next to a great park doesn't hurt.
