Whoever is putting 4 stars is obviously a bot. Ive lived here for 4 years and had nothing but issues with this place. Ive went through 4 different management companies, none were very good. Nobody ever answers the office phone and there is no voice mail to even leave a message. I had roaches for months even though I pay every month for pest spray and ive never seen them spray. They took on a new parking policy with no notice, and 2 small signs you cant read and then towed my car out of the lot first day. I had a visitor stop by for less than 30 minutes and I didnt evrn have time to tell them about the new policy yet (they had visited me for years) and their car was towed that same week. 1000 dollars in tow fees one week. They did nothing to make that right. Ive never called maintenance but my air conditioning went out on Friday of the hottest week of the summer. I put in maintenance request online on Friday cause they dont answer the phone temps were 110 over the weekend never heard from anyone. I followed up on Monday to hear they had 15 units go out over the weekend and apparently they have on3 maintenance guy so was told he'll be out sometime this week. Until then im paying for a hotel for multiple days cause there's no way my dog can handle this high of temps for this long. Their pool is never open and ive been here for 4 summers now so that ammenity is basically a complete lie. But they sure dont hesitate to charge you every fee they can come up with. They dont miss a beat on those. They probably have never changed my furnace filter, ive never seen them do any type of preventative maintenance. The most ive ever seen them do anything is when they getting ready to switch over to another worthless management company that was never any better than the last. They clearly cannot handle running an apartment complex. Save yourself and pick another complex because this place is absolute trash.

I don't like this apartment, especially with new management, they don't know what they Are doing. no respond to emails and calls. very disappointed.

Park west I would say has the most efficient maintenance team out of all the apartments I've live in over the last 6 years. They are very responsive and always professional. All my work request are completed within 1-2 days. Great job fellas

Absolute Joke. Management has no idea what they are doing. The apartments are fine, but don’t expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Everything’s broken or shuts down. Heating and Air hardly ever works. The office won’t answer the phone and if they do, it’s like talking to a brick wall. No answers. No help. Nothing. Save your time, money, and sanity and live somewhere else.

I toured before covid and fell in love with these apartments and life got in the way and I couldn't live there. They were patient and understood so a couple months ago I finally moved in and I could not be happier.

The staff are nice and friendly. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space, cabinet space, and storage on the balcony. We really have enjoyed living here even with Covid they still are available and still take care of any issues we may have.

This is literally the worse apartment you could rent from. The neighbors are nice (from my experience) and the units PAST price was fair, not sure now with the “renovated” units but the office is an unorganized mess. It takes them years to do anything whether you are living there or not, communication is nonexistent unless it’s a general note on the door, and God forbid you ask for proof of anything .. 9/10 they will NOT have it. Very dysfunctional. Don’t get used to the same terrible manager, they are usually gone within a year and some months and then another.

I want to give a shout out to the maintenance team. I see them out in the cold still getting work done

The apartments have gone through a lot over the past year, but it's continuing to get better. A great new staff and constant upgrades to the buildings.

I took a tour here the apartments looked really nice and had a ton of space I loved the fire places and that they had washer and dryers.

This place is a dump, and a joke. The employees both on-site, and the supposed "regional manager" are illiterate, rude, excuse-making, and foolish if they think they can continue to "run" the complex this way and think people aren't going to move out. Nobody renews, and Omaha is only so big; you ruin your reputation with every renter in Omaha, then what? Oh, my bad, I forgot you don't care. That is crystal CLEAR!! However, if you love living with cockroaches then you should definitely move in because that is the one thing they have plenty of.

these apartments have gone through many managers and this time is the worst. this new management is inexperienced almost as if this guy was the maintenance guy and got promoted...the maintenance style is bare minimal. my drain get treclogged after a month of getting "fixed". tell them one winter the bedrooms get freezing cold and the decide to caulk the windows shut...summer gets too hot and what do you know cant open my windows because they are sealed. instead of them fixing the parking lot they cover it with black top and instead of remeasuring the parking lot the just go over old lines. these guys just do what they can to get by...I only recommend living here if you are just trying to get by.

Park West apartments are awful. We are good tenants who follow rules and pay on time, but cannot get any help from maintenance. Our washer was broken for 10 days before they sent anyone. We've been living with mice for over a week and received 3 traps and then no further help even though we have mice. The hallways and grounds are filthy; constantly covered in trash and dirt and stains from who knows what. There is zero parking and they constantly close off the parking to fix the parking lots, which limits it more. Terrible, awful place. 0/10 do not recommend.

I love living here! I have lived her for about 8 months and have zero complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful and any maintenance issues were fixed within the same week! It is pet friendly but you would never know! The neighbors are friendly as well. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I give it 4 stars, it's mainly a pretty good place to live, in a nice area, there are a few things that could change. Our gym isn't 24 hours anymore, and pool closes at 6 pm. It would be nice if these issues were addressed but all in all I love living here.
