And having available parking for both of your cars all the time is definitely a huge plus – no more parking headaches! But perhaps the most important thing is how safe you feel there. It's such a relief to know you've never lost a package or had any safety issues. And of course, having Jessica as the manager, who is friendly and helpful, really tops it all off. A great manager can make such a difference in creating a comfortable and secure living environment. It sounds like you've hit the jackpot!
Staying here since last 3 years. Entire community is of studio apartments, every apartment has large patio, big kitchen, decent living space and well maintained. Location is very nice, near to library, shopping and park. Property manager is very good and responsive.
This apartment is just the right size. It has a full kitchen and bathroom and I love the high fence that encloses my patio. It is super quiet here, and all the neighbors seem respectful of each other. I absolutely love the area; there are a ton of shopping centers around here. The manager is great, I love chatting with her.
I lived here for 6 years, never had a problem. Complex is clean, well maintained and safe. The studio unit is cozy and the manager Jessica is very helpful, friendly, and she is on top of everything you might need. The maintenace crews are super nice. I needed a bigger unit, the only reason why i had to moved.
We have lived in this apartment for 5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable studio apartment in San Jose!!
manager is irresponsibility and impolite, Around the house is full of mice. I think that renting these apartments is not worth more than $ 400 to $ 600, and that price very expensive for that! There is no safety at all, and anyone can enter your apartment at any moment!

Hello, I believe you have left a review for the wrong location. None of our apartments have rodents or pest control issues; we have a contracted service that provides regular service, to ensure this.

I was disappointed with the area this apartment complex was in. The area was dirty with litter and the place didn't look like anyone cared.
During my stay there a few years back, these were a good deal at the $500-600 range. The walls were thin with a thin board cover, no sheet rock. At the price, it was ok with exception that you could hear people talking at normal volume through the walls. If the price was still low, I would stay there again. At the current rate there are much newer units available elsewhere. On the bright side, there's a park across the street and the location is great for access travel in any direction.

The apartment complex in San Jose where I live raises the rent the maximum they can without having to notify residents of their rights to contest the increase. The limit is 8% annually, as required by San Jose rent control ordinances. When I moved in in 2005, the rent was $700/month, it is now $1,700/month. There is nothing unusual about your rent increase.
