All of the issues we have had in the apartment were immediatly fixed, and not only that the front office is helpful and sweet. I love stopping by to say hi with my boyfriend, and they have a smile on their face when we see them out on the property. the property is quiet and peaceful and great for walking around.

If there was a way to give -5000 stars I would. I will make a list for all the reasons WHY to NOT live here (: 1. MOLD (it is in the walls, I contacted the office, and they brought out someone who had no information to provide but tell the office manager it was NOT mold, even though the test I bought and took came back positive) 2. The office staff... BEWARE OF ESTER. once this new company came and took over, they have sky rocked rent, treat tenants like crap, and will NOT HELP YOU. 3. DRUGS. Due to the location the police are ALWAYS at this complex, EVERYDAY. They have drug addicts that come and sleep in the laundry room on the benches and any place they can, and while passed out on the bench they will drop drugs on the grounds. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO HAVE CHILDREN. 4. The LAUNDRY ROOM DOES NOT WORK! We were told it would take THREE months in June... ITS OCTOBER and they still do NOT have washer or dries in either the North or South side of the complex 5. Maintenace is a JOKE. If you fill out a request, you best hope that it is NOT an emergency due to them taking them least EIGHT MONTHS 6. BUGS ARE A PROBLEM. Roaches are all around! You will find them in your complex too (: Misquotes are inevitable in that place and only there. I could have walked outside and been fine. They will not help you with this issue 7. Pluming is ----- I have absolutely no words for this. They will not warn you if your water needs to shut off due to pipes bursting. IT HAPPENS ONCE A MONTH. So, if you work in construction, I hope you don't want to live here 8. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE POOL I hope that is self-explanatory 9. If you have a problem with the office DO NOT BOTHER CALLING SUNRISE MANAGEMENT. I have tried to call them every day for a MONTH! NOT ONE ANWER FOR ANY ONE OF THE CALLS I MADE. I know it say's 4 stars. I PROMISE AS A TENENT THAT WILL MOVE OUT TOMORROW... I REGRET COMING HERE. Please read all the negative comments, if they say that they know it's because they do. but if you choose not to listen then best of luck to you and the hell you choose to live
new management is awful they are finding ways to make it more expensive but not to benefit the residence.
Renting for 2 years and as I read the discription of what is in each unit I'm shocked. I have an "upgraded" but don't have walk-in closets, double vanities, ceiling fans (in fact they will tell you most units don't because the property decided not to change them due to cost), or courtyards unless you count the common areas that always have trash flying around. There are roaches everywhere and the water is constantly shut off for hours at a time to the entire complex due to pipes bursting.
This place is terrible. They have Coackroches everywhere when you go outside at night they are all over. Lived here for a year and have had nothing but issues.
If I could give negative stars I would. The building is crawling with roaches, the grounds are always dirty. I called for an emergency maintenance yesterday around noon about my washer leaking and a puddle forming under it which is on the carpet so my furniture is now sitting in water. They still have not come by and its almost 8 am the next day. Don't move here the price isn't worth what you get.

This place was once a good place to live at, now it has become more of a clown house. You get charge $20 service fee to pay rent online. Apartment complex Not well kept like it used to be. The lack of professionalism from Office team is unbearable, truly can say I miss old management who conducted themselves like professionals i do not recommend this place anymore.
My personal opinion is this is a decent complex. There isn’t much parking so that’s a downfall. But I’ve learned if you keep the communication open with the leasing consultants they will work with you. But it’s best to get everything in writing because sometimes they say one thing then the very next day say another. Other than that I’ve enjoyed my stay here. I did not have many issues with bugs. the pool when in season stayed open and clean. The laundry room however is another issue. Not enough working units for such a large complex.

Apt complex is good, I enjoy my unit price is reasonable other than that i.agree with all the 1-2star reviews. Moving once my lease is up there was a shooting I person was shot and killed too many car brake ins recently maybe bc no one had been checking lights until the other day finally this place use to be very well maintained.

The place is not bad, for me it was the location. Nice apts. Needs new staff from maintenance who dont respond to repairs in weeks to the office personal who are rude and fake.

This place is not what is was, all the new ppl in the office dont care to work they close the office early 3 times plus every week, its fustrating to rush from work to come to a closed office. Not only that than during "office hours" they close too for lunch. WHat type of servie is this. Car brake ins, smells like pot everywhere and the dumsters are always so bad.

When we moved in this place was very clean, any concern we had was taken care of the office followed up with us answered calls ect. Office ppl now dont care dont answer calls and dont work that is why my repairs are not getting done. Why do I have to call to remind them my repairs are still not done unlike before and still even after reminding them its been over 3 weeks. If calling in my repairs they dont get done imagine now that they no longer want us residents to call repairs its required to put them online are these ppl trying to not deal with us residents bc they dont want us to pay in the office either.
Manager is rude has no ppl skills. No one seems to know what they are doing. The manager is implementing new policies with out legally giving us a 30day notice. Sad that we know the tenant landlord laws and she dosent.
I love living here..staff is awesome..always polite.. maintenance man Alex is awesome..this place Rocks..been here a year and never had a ounce of trouble..staff always nice and polite apartment has no roaches..and it's a great place to live..could not believe how happy I am now that I got my place to call home.
I love living here. It’s very clean. Maintenance is responsive. The leasing office out together parties so the residence can mingle. There is also movie rentals and a business center in the leasing office. Affordable two bedroom. Highly recommended

ground are always clean, the common areas are clean and ready to use, but what i like is the lighting arround the property looks nice at night. the girls at tje office rock, very nice peopple very profeciinals. I recomend this place for any body. for people with family.??
Poor management and security. My friend rents there and had her car bropen into last month, her laundry stolen last week, and a gun pulled on her while reversing her car from a parking spot last night.
I was well pleased with the whole complex. I was able to see two different apts and they are very nice. I don't want to keep looking. Want to make this my home. The staff in the office are great.

There are two women in the office that are kind, the other women are rude. The location is ok, the landscape and overall property could be updated along with repainting. The inside of the apartment are nice, but tue toilet does flush at times. And the noise from outside is very easily heard. Need new windows. Overall the apartment complex is ok, could use a upgrade.
