Park Vista Apartments

I was shown a model and after being approved I was unable to get in touch with anyone in office. As things progressed, I was contacted on when I’d like the move. Unit was already assigned by this point. I never got to look at the unit. A walk thru was done by the property manager; the unit was a mess. Windows broken, outlets broken, appliances not installed and overall the unit looked nothing like the model.

management is horrible constant turn over no one ever returns calls. .Pest control is always treating for bugs at the complex, none of the maintenance knows how to fix anything when have one. pool is dirty and always close. Overprice unit, the model is nothing like the unit you will be staying in. ask to see the unit you will be living in.

Hello from a previously satisfied resident before the new maintenance guy was brought on board. When I first moved in here I was very happy. They used to respectfully say we are busy. But now with the maintenance guy getting very buddy buddy with our property management team, things have gotten rocky. Our maintenance guy spends more time at office with manager gossiping about residents, then out on the property fixing things. One good example is our living room windows not staying up; it still slides down after four separate times of him coming and so called fixing it. Our hallway bathroom toilet breaks with water spraying out of control after he so called fixed it three times. Did I mentioned the extra water bills I am paying due to this simple issue? He keeps not being able to fix it for long term, and their only concern is emergency control. The maintenance here is humiliating to ask for. The service is slow, the treatments are temporary, and the cost for the lost water is entirely on the tenant. Not to mention how they won’t come back if you don’t go back regularly- they will not check it on their own accord, and they take no pride in their work. They’ve also asked me to shut the water off myself over the phone, which would have been a liability should I have turned the wrong valve. And to top off this garbage, there is a recurring roach issue, as I keep finding roaches every month or so despite their repeated claims of treating the apartments.

Friendly manager , Maintenace is good. Apartment is really nice !

There is a new owner of the property and already two of my friend's and co-worker have moved out. There the same owners of ponderosa property, I've read there review and I'm on the fence about renewing my lease. Do research and parking has gotten worse hardly any spots open.

As an adult I had never lived in an apartment so I was very hesitant to live anywhere. Forest view apartments has been amazing from day one. Whether it was the application process, the background check or just finding the right apartment for me and my son who sufferers from some challenges they were right there with all the support and information I needed! If an issue ever does arise I am met with a prompt and accurate response. Forest view is an amazing place to live!
