While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. This district is home to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center -- home to the Angels baseball team and the Anaheim Ducks hockey team, respectively. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Viridian
Building is overpriced and old. Needs a full remodel for the prices they charge for rent. The office is “remote” and never does anything. “Secure access” is promised on lease but the key fobs don’t work and they have been “attempting” to fix them for the past year. Be prepared for every request about building amenities to be not fixed due to them “awaiting a vendor”. The main garage is not secure multiple break ins and all the building does is send notices that they are not responsible for theft and to secure your car. The overnight security is a joke and will just sit in their Tesla and watch crime happen.
The office staff doesn’t even exist. They are “remote.” Even though I pay for package holding they do not answer the door. Recently they have blocked the windows of the office and do not even speak to residents. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers. For a professionally managed community (that you pay a hefty rent for) it’s not managed properly.
Location is good and price is reasonable for being in the platinum triangle. Apartments are quiet although vehicular traffic is noticeable. Amenities are as you would expect for the area. Security is very lax however and property crime is rampant. Vehicles are broken into on a regular basis and the storage units are easy targets with a pair of bolt cutters. There are extremely few cameras in the garage area and many have been damaged.
THE WORST. Liz in the office has horrible customer service I am current in the process to file a complaint against her. She has horrible customer service, doesn't resolve issues brought to her attention, is combative, and overall just a rude rude person. 1. This complex is NOT pet friendly. The required so much paperwork for a pet and to have your vet file out a page it's crazy. Our vet office literally called us back to say the have never seen anything like this. 2. If your package is in the office for more then a day they send out an email saying they are going to return it. 3. When I went down to complain about them never being in the office when I go to get my packages and now they are trying to return the guy told me to 'keep my comments to myself' EXCUSE ME, isn't it your job to listen to my complaints and find a solution. 4. Don't expect to have guests over because there is never any guest parking and the app is always broke ....forget trying to go to the office about they won't help you. 5. This place is falling apart ....the halls are disgusting the spa has been down for over a month and they don't send out any sort of update. Please do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.
Park Viridian is a great location to live in. The apartments have great anmenties. A taco lady is here almost every Tuesday and they have food trucks several times a month. Occasionally they host cooking classes. The only downside is parking. Living in a two bedroom we have tandem parking. There also isn't very much guest parking.
Apartments very modern and clean, feel very spacious. Great light from the windows. Beautifully maintained and if any concerns arise, maintenance usually takes care of them within the day. Dog friendly apartments, which means there's the occasional mess. Quiet complex, except for the loud construction on three sides of the complex. Parking very frustrating, no guest parking and tandem parking in their garage. However they were very upfront about the parking on our first tour.
The Park Viridian apartment complex is an overall great place to live especially if you have pets. When you weight the amenities with cost it is very reasonable. Its very pet friendly with a small park just behind the complex that often times is confused as a dog park. There is a great club house that is available for rent for larger gatherings, a 24 hour gym, beautiful pool, a business center and 3 well maintained BBQ grills. The complex also does a greaet job with providing social events for the residents such as food trucks and cookign classes. In addition to the great amenities the complex is near many areas for entertaining. The complex is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from downtown Fullerton, downtown Orange and downtown Garden Grove. It is also a 5 minute drive from the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, the Block at Orange, and the Crystal Cathedral and walking distance from the Garden Walk in Anaheim and Angel Stadium. Additionally there are a few great brewery's not far. Despite the many positives there are a few draw backs. Unfortunately the neighbors aren't always considerate of their animals and don't clean-up after them. While this complex is great to entertain friends and family it would be very difficult to host a gathering of more than 5 to 6 people as parking is very limited. Overall I highly recommend this complex for young married couples and singles.
I will agree with the positive reviewers here that we enjoy living at Park Viridian. The management and maintenance staff have been stellar and professional. The turn around time with fixing repairs have been amazing, no wait and they are on the ball! The landscaping and grounds are clean, they keep up with the carpet cleaning and tidiness. We both feel secured and safe living here. We have courteous and friendly neighbors, mostly business professionals and some families. I'm amazed by the tenant relations events they throw here and value the residents who live here. They schedule Taco Tuesdays by the pool, free yoga/zumba classes, cooking nights, movie nights, christmas wreath making, halloween pumpkin carving nights, and they do promote a few days out of the month for food trucks to come by our building. The pool and jacuzzi area is always clean and orderly. The gym work out room is well equipped with new machines and free weights. The location is centralized between three freeways: the 5, 22 and 57. Disneyland and Gardenwalk is literally down the street from us and just three blocks away, Angel Stadium is only walking distance. There's an abundance of restaurants, some shopping and entertainment within the vicinity. Nevertheless, we've just renewed our lease for another year. This is home for us.
