My apartment was given to me falling apart. Wasn't cleaned or painted prior. Terrible odor of smoke and mildew. Cops are here often for various reasons. Homeless population runs the neighborhood. Also the ac never works even when its 100 out. Its miserable. Please save your money I wish I did

1 week last summer without air conditioning, now 2 more weeks and being told it will be an additional 2 weeks until it is fixed. In total 5 weeks with no air conditioning in Mesa Arizona with absolutely no compensation offered.

I have lived here over a year now and I love it. Yes there issues but it’s normal issues. Something breaks and they fix it, something needs to be replaced guess what? They replace it. Not once have I called or talked (in person) with the office staff have I ever gotten attitude or them being rude. I would 100% recommend Park Village to friends family or anyone asking.

The rent is comparable. The place is clean. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion by property manager Monica and Prince. The neighborhood is safe. Parking is great. I feel like I really moved into a caring community.

This place is nothing special. Rude management. Broken AC in the summer. Roaches and bed bugs in full military armor running rampant. If you love yourself, stay far away.

We're both troubled and perplexed by your review Cass, being that you are not a resident here at Park Village but were just inquiring about our community. I know it is difficult apartment searching when you are from out of state and we're sorry you feel your are being mislead by advertising from so many apartment communities, but to take your anger and aggression out on my leasing staff is unacceptable. We're well aware of the aggressive, expletive-laden tone with which you spoke to our leasing consultant, threatening to tarnish our reputation on Google and other outlets. That being said, if you would like to discuss costs and fees (in a calm, civilized manner) please call our office so we can have a conversation, Thank you.
Andrea, the manager is amazing. She is always so happy and cheerful. She always engages and greets me every time i come into the office. She always answer any questions or concerns i have. I have never had any problems with these apartments or her. We enjoy staying here. so glad to have her as a manager. She is very nice to talk to. She is understanding and a great person over all. We love her.
My apartment is a nice location but they don't check criminal records. COps come here at least twice a week minimum. If you like smoking marijuana in front of the property pool this is your place.new management is trying to clean up but is too difficult they don't want to leave.
My apartment is 920sq feet and we don't have meters anymore ,since last year . The light company is in Ohio, sandy . I am a single mom trying to pay my bills . I don't understand how they can do this legally. I do my best each mouth to pay my bills each mouth with a 300 light bill, that also incudes water sewer trash .
