Positioned along the Tennessee River just minutes north of the Georgia state line, Chattanooga is a city of rich history, gorgeous scenery, and heaps of southern hospitality. Downtown and the neighboring Southside district form the urban core of the community, with many of the city’s best venues for dining, nightlife, and entertainment found within a couple of blocks of Market Street in this area.
The local museum scene is expansive, and ranges from traditional institutions like the Hunter Museum of American Art to more unique and peculiar attractions like the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum. The Tennessee Aquarium is a local favorite as well, featuring huge exhibits of freshwater and marine animals.
The city is surrounded by thousands of acres of Tennessee’s unspoiled natural beauty, offering endless opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, camping, and mountain biking, or just exploring and sightseeing in general.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Village Apartments
If you love loud music, parking lot fights, gunshots, and an easy access to crack cocaine and cheap marijuana, than this is the place for you. With a management staff that seems to conveniently disappear or is replaced ever two to three months you are free to do what you want without consequence. Gangster Disciple gang members are extra welcome. If you on the other hand prefer quiet, respectful, and dignified neighbors than this is probably not the place for you. If self control and safety is are qualities you find important than you might want to look somewhere else to live. If you need a management staff who are competent you will be failed. Every few months there is new management, convenient for the excuse of being unaware of any issue. This excuse is repeated with each new management with varying results.
Don't want to be ugly but where I'm currently living is awful. I'm actually in the process of looking for something better.
