Park Villa is a wonderful community with a serene setting, beautiful courtyards, large floor plans, bay windows, and available covered parking with a storage unit. We are in one of the best neighborhoods in Shreveport. We are minutes from downtown and 3 miles from Barksdale AFB. We are within walking distance to the Broadmoor Library. The East Kings Highway duck pond and playground are only a block away! Several other parks and recreation areas are close by, and the Red River and area lakes offer great fishing from a boat or a public dock.

Property Ratings at Park Villa Apartments
We rented sight unseen and got lucky. This is a great area and we love our apartment. Our apartment is large and the price is right. Staff has been great.
I am new to Louisiana and knew nothing about Shreveport. We looked at a couple of different places around the Youree drive area. This was the largest apartment for the money. I have been here almost 2 months and so far my wife and I love it. The staff has been so responsive and helpful. The neighbors even helped us move in. We are happy with our choice.
While we absolutely love our neighbors, the community, and the school district, there are some lingering issues with this complex. We (along with our neighbors) have been dealing with leaky roofs for over a year. The leaks have been so bad that several upstairs tenants have had to switch units or relocate altogether. There have been reports of ceilings caving in from the water damage and mold growing in the walls. Also there are w/d hook-ups in only 3 of the units. Unavailable in all others. Communal laundry facilities often need repairs.

I have lived here 6 months. Moved from a large house. First time in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. I checked out all of the apartments in the area and this was the largest. I am still close to the base and don't have to deal with that traffic anymore. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Staff has been friendly. I got $250 because my friend moved here.
I’m currently residing in my 4th apartment at Park Villa. I have been here for 10 years now and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Great management and maintenance staff. Everyone from the Office to residences are so friendly and helpful. Convenient location, nice neighborhood and community surrounding the complex. Park villa has become home for my family & I!
I just moved to my second apartment at Park Villa. I absolutely love this place. It really feels like home. The staff is so helpful and kind. Whenever I have any maintenance problem, it's fixed that day! And...the grounds are so pretty.
Just moved in less than a month ago and absolutely love it. Great location. Great prices. Everyone is so friendly. Yes it's older apartments but I'm in love. They are defi the biggest I've found. Esp for the price. Management is great. Always there anytime I have a question. I'm so glad i made the decision to move here
We love our apartment at Park Villa. We have great neighbors and it is a quiet area. Our kids have friends here that they walk to school with. We are being transferred out of state and we hate leaving.
Maintenance is very fast and the manager, Mrs. Linda, is great. I love the location, its close to everything plus the neighborhood is amazing! We are about to sign another year lease!
We moved to Park Villa to stay in our son's school district. We had no idea we would like it so much! The rooms were bigger than other apartments we looked at. It is very quiet and we can walk to the library. My son and husband love to fish and it is great that we are so close to the Red River. We love the courtyard area.
Great place to live. Excellent location. Close to the library, shopping, a park and fantastic school district. 2 great pools. A wonderful place to live that has a nice management staff. It's a shame we have to move.
Don't be fooled by the location! Yes great access to the library, duck pond shopping .... The pools are never clean. The buildings are invested with bugs. Spiders, wasp , roaches. The building structure near the laundry room (down the hall from rental office) is held up with bricks stacked holding up the pole! It took over six months to repair a gas leak. The apt dope dealer is open 24/7 on the first weekend of each month. Those who can't afford more have no clue that they have rights. No one should have to lay to live like that! The laundry is a joke! The staff I won't even get started three different rental agents in less then a year. From dumb to summer don't even think about getting back a cleaning deposit!! Don't do it!!
