Park Tanglewood

This place is horrible. Water, heat/AC always cut off. This apartment is filthy, extremely dirty and stinky elevator. Trash everywhere in lobby hallways, parking lot, and laundry room. This place is roach, mice and bedbug infested. Maintenance team never respond to fix any problems in the apartment. I leave here and I’m moving out ASAP when my contact is over. Save your money, rent a better apartment.

These people here are terrible!!! Hot water is always down, AC is always down, molds growing and they won't do anything about it, roaches and mice everywhere. Packages getting stolen, not enough cameras. Towing company damaging cars.They don't like answering phones and emails, they will lie straight to your face. They will act nicely to you to try to get you to move in but forget getting any help or maintenance request from them. And they also violate your leasing agreement and don't care. I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

If I can give a 0 star rating this place will definitely receive it. This is the worst place ever to live. The ladies working in the office is the WORST, they are so unorganized and unprofessional and rude. This building is infested with rodents, and roaches, the trash dumpster be so full at times where the trash is meeting you at the door... The cleaning in this building is NEVER properly done and there's always trash in the elevators with only 1 working. The laundry room is always filthy and crawling with roaches. THEY DO NOT CARE, INCLUDING SOME OF THE RESIDENTS LIVING HERE! There is now new management (Wingate companies)and they have been managing since June/July of 2021 and there has been no change at all. Don't waste your time or money! And don't fall for the specials they are pushing them for a reason. AND THESE ARE STRAIGHT FACTS!

Current resident, can’t wait to move out. If their is negative rating I will give them that. The don’t deserve one rating. I am counting my day. Always their is emergency water turn off. The building has mice infested and their maintenance guys never come to fix issues. They also turn off Ac. Please stay away from this apartment it doesn’t worth. The building managements don’t do anything. Even the new management is not doing anything, the keep changing management no difference they all the same.

This complex is HORRIBLE! The moving in experience is ok.. this is a roach/mice/ overcapacity building. Management doesn’t care about you ! It’s horrible ! Elevators are disgusting, people urinate all over the building, hallways and elevators. It also be Corona bottles all thru the building. Trash can is always over filled with trash and it causes RATS! We have a key entry to the building but it’s no point because the doors on the side is always unlocked which is UNSAFE. The laundry room is NASTY AND HORRIBLE (don’t wash here because you’ll get bed bugs) it’s never any where to park your vehicle. Juanita the property manager is rude ! Yanci is lazy ! The floors are DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING! They need to shampoo the carpets and clean. Our power went out throughout the entire building and when we called the 24 hour maintenance they told is that we didn’t have it anymore. The trash shoots are always locked. DO NOT MOVE HERE RUN !! The elevators are always broke so I hope you do not get placed on a high floor… just don’t move Here it’s horrible !! If I can post pictures I WILL !

PARKTANGLE WOOD APARTMENTS IS MICE INFESTED!!!! THIS APARTMENT BUILDING HAS EXTREMELY BAD MICE INFESTATION!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TELL BY LOOKING AT THE UNIT. YOU WILL ONLY SEE OVER A 100 MICE IN YOUR UNTI ONCE YOU MOVE IN.

I recently moved here in NOV , 2019 , And this is my Very First apartment EVER!!!. And for this apartment to be my choice i wish my lease was up already so i can move . these apartments are TERRIBLE!! for starters the Maintenance men ,do nothing . since ive moved there ive had no Heat an every time i call the maintenance man never come and when they eventually do . they come an touch the area say they see the problem act like they don't have the tools an have to come back but never do. the leasing office people does not EVER answer their phones. They always have the close sign up when they are in there with the lights off. They are infested with mice an roaches . when i first moved in i found dead roaches in the open an then end up killing a lot the first day off move in.The Hallways and elevators always have a very bad Oder , makes you want to puke. the trash shoot is never working an always locked people throw trash on the floor , just NASTY. The layout of the apartments can be nice , but trust me these are not the apartments to move in too.

I've been a resident here for almost a year and cant wait for my lease to be up not only did I catch 2 mice in place I had to figure out how they got in and close the entrance on my own. There is more mice and rats outside the building. The trash chute is always full or broken and residents stack there trash in the hallway. The building is infested with roaches I do not recommend living here.

I don't really know what is going on. I went there to summit my application and Yanci told me all the 1 bedroom aparts were taken, whereas I can see in this website that they are still available. I don't really know what is the play game with this apartment complex. And they never answered the phone !! Whereas I really liked the place / neighborhood and it is close to my job.
