Property Ratings at Park Square at Seven Oaks
Very clean Good rental prices Safe Helpful Nice service
I lived at Park Square in a 1 bedroom for about 2 years and I loved it. However, when I moved out, I got less than half of my security deposit back (about $300 of the $700). The listed reasons were "cleaning fees" and they sent photos of stains on the kitchen and bathroom counter that looked like they could have easily been removed with a standard all-purpose cleaner. Unfortunately for me, I decided not to be present during the inspection so it was difficult for me to contest. I felt like I had been taken advantage of and it was super disappointing. I highly recommend being present during the inspection if you are concerned about getting your fair share of the security deposit back when you move out.
Very happy with my experience! I lived there for 2 years and had 0 problems. Leia at the front desk is extremely resourceful and very professional! The loft feel very special because of the very high ceilings. Very modern and comfortable. Recommended!
My wife and I have lived here for two years and are sad to move out. Yes, we are having our own house, but we will surely be missing the perks that go with this complex. The common areas are always spotlessly clean, the gym has all you need, the jacuzzi is super hot which is great even in Bakersfield when you've been sitting in A/C whole day, and the people are very friendly and amicable. As for the unit itself, we really liked the layout and modern look, & the large storage shed with the large doors. Very convenient. The A/C was good because you can control it separately in each room which probably did a great deal for the energy bill (around $65-$85/month). We did have some issues with the AC unit, but every time we submitted a work order it was taken care of on the same day. Really amazing technical service! I normally don't write reviews, but this time I couldn't hold myself. To the management, keep doing your best!
I went into the complex to find out more about the living spaces and what was available for my son who is in the military. To my surprise a pleasant young lady named Justine I believe, took the time to show me around and explain everything to me. I had been to several other locations in Bakersfield where I was met with rude people, and no one took the time with me. This means a lot to see that people care about you in general but specifically to our armed forces and their support! Thank you miss Justine! When my son returns home I will be bringing him to Park Square!
My expierence with park square at seven oaks by fuller apartment homes have been nothing less of great. The leasing manager Justine goes beyond the extra mile to ensure each occupant gets the best service. I applaud fuller apartment homes for finding a great manager after many attempts.
Nice quiet apartments. Very clean facility. If I have have an issue its fixed that day. Never had a problem with neighbors or staff.
