The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Square Apartments
Park Square is a great place to live! The apartments are in great condition (I've lived in two of them), and there are NO bugs. The furnished apartments have *everything* you could possibly want included. It's quiet. The courtyard that all the apartments are built around is gorgeous and full of greenery and flowers. As for Kimberly, the property manager, I could not recommend a better one!! She is so helpful, professional, and warm. I wish all property managers were like her! I've lived here for almost a year and I would unreservedly recommend Park Square!
I have lived at Park Square for over 3 years. The experience has been excellent. The courtyard that all of the apartments face has beautiful plants and trees and is well cared for. The staff has been very friendly and immediately responsive to the few maintenance issues that I have had. I have also had nothing but positive interactions with the other people living here. The manager lives on site and has been very easy and pleasant to deal with. The convenience of being less than a mile from one of the few transit stations with both VTA and Caltrain has been helpful.
I have lived here for more than a year. Initially I have Signed the lease without even looking at the apartment. Having lived in other Rent-Controlled apartments, I thought I would be getting an old 80s apartment. I never imagined that I would be getting a nice well maintained apartment like this. Kimberly, the leasing manager, is very professional and responds quickly. There were one or two minor repairs which were fixed immediately. Safeway Grocery, few restaurants are right across the street. Caltrain Mountain View and Castro street are at a walkable distance(10 - 15 min). Everyone who visited my apartment mentioned that this is a fantastic place to live (Well maintaind apt with lot of trees, swimming pool, small gym and laundry etc). Out of all the apartments I have lived, I would vote this as the best apartment. Good luck finding a vacancy in this apartment. You won't (most probably) ..!
My wife and I have come back to Park Square over and over again - we've spent almost 4 cumulative years in the area, and have rented 3 different apartments at Park Square, every time a great experience. The location is great, convenient to Safeway across the street, the restaurant district on Castro just a short walk away, and right down the road is Shoreline Park and Amphitheater - great for a walk or bike and for catching a concert. The real reason we keep coming back to Park Square specifically is that we know we'll always get a great apartment at a great price, quiet good neighbors, and the friendly staff always make living there easy. Kimberly, the property manager, is just wonderful - bend-over-backwards helpful and friendly, and she always keeps the place running so smoothly. Any issue we've ever had, she's always had her door open to us, was willing to listen and went above and beyond to help wherever she could. And Carlos always makes sure that any maintenance issue is handled promptly and fixed well. I couldn't more strongly recommend an apartment complex. Go here, you won't be disappointed.
