I’m a current resident, I’ve been here for. 3 years now & I must say my time here has been amazing. Management and Maintenance are extremely nice. It would be great if we had constant security that patrolled every night. Other than that, Park Sorrento is a great place to live.

The property managers will and usually do, lie through their teeth to get you off of the phone. I’ve moved in apartments my entire life (26 years)and never have I experienced that type of treatment.

Park sorronto is great. Management is great and maintenance is super fast. I put in a request and it gets done free of charge in less than 3 days every time. Everything works great. Super quiet and peaceful. Love it here

Ive lived at Park Sorrento for years! It is a beautiful complex! Each section is unique in its character. Its always clean and well kept. The management are great and have always been kind and accommodating! The complex is in a good location with shopping, restaurants and banking across the street and the community college right up the street! Ive enjoyed living here and hope to live here a while longer. I have and will highly recommend Park Sorrento!

Park Sorrento is a great place to live. The apartments are roomy and in good condition. The apartment complex has beautiful trees and flowers. It has two nice pools for hot summer days. There is covered parking and laundry facilities. The staff members are helpful.

Can’t even list it all due to character limitations. But property management is terrible. Stray cat problem, break ins, theft, public nuisances, no follow through from front office. Never change the carpets. Corporate doesn’t care or help. Only upside is friendly maintenance staff but that isn’t reason enough to live in such a terrible complex.

I have had a great peaceful time here at Park Sorrento. The neighbors are very nice and friendly which makes the stay a lot comfortable for my children and myself. The office staff are great with keeping open communication with the tenets. I had a refrigerator issue and a bug issue and the ladies in the office made sure that my request for repairs were met in a timely manner. I love the fact that the apartments are well kept and that there are not LOUD neighbors near. Keep up the great work all staff/maintenance here at Park Sorrento.

We are satisfied living here as a residents. Very quiet and clean and safe so far but very hard to find parking space when we arrive home these days
This is a nice quiet relaxing place to live. The management is really very kind and efficient. The scenery is beautiful. Its also close to the college which is a big plus.

I've only been here a month but it's great so far! The apartments are small but really cute!
The staff is great and always prompt with all matters and services for their residents.
The staff at Park Sorrento are fantastic. The Maintenance always responds in a timely matter and there hasnt been anything that they havent been able to do.
Park Sorrento has a unique quality design and style that will probably continue to age well.

Park Sorrento is considered a "luxury complex" for Bakersfield standards. The main reason we decided to rent here is because of the community being gated and the convenience of it's location from Kern Medical Center, as well as the shopping centers. However despite it being a gated community a few concerns we've had are stolen packages from our door step, stolen mail from our mailbox, and vandalism to our cars. Management has been prompt about replacing our mailbox key, but that's as far as they've gone to ensure problems mentioned above are resolved. Maintenance is probably one of the only highlights of this community. They are prompt for both emergent and non emergent work orders and are able to fix the issues that arise within our apartment. As mentioned above, Park Sorrento is considered a "luxury" community where rent is typically higher due to the amount of Amenities and Service that the complex provides, however since March residents have not been able to come into the office to discuss needs, nor have we been able to use any of the amenities that should be provided by the company. I firmly believe that residents should not be charged the premium in rent for things we are unable to access. Overall, my experiences here at Park Sorrento fall average. We would only renew due to the inconveniences of having to tour other properties and hire movers. There is nothing that makes Park Sorrento stand out from other communities, I would neither recommend or not recommend this community to anyone I know.

We are very happy that you decided to renew your lease at Park Sorrento, and would like to learn more about what we can do to improve your experience. We are working toward re-opening our amenities, however, we have to comply with all city and state guidelines during this time. We have been working hard on upgrades for the pool, gym and recreation room while they have been closed to assure a better than ever grand re-opening. We are excited to share these upgrades with the residents once everything is re-opened. We try our best to have monthly giveaways and provided the best service we can to our residents while abiding by the current restrictions.
