Want to live in a peaceful setting where our team takes care of the necessities? Park Plaza Town homes offers spacious two bedroom town homes, or your choice of a one bedroom on the first or second floor. Units are un-furnished that offer covered private patios or balconies, a refreshing beach themed clubhouse, 2 separate pool areas, laundry facility and a well shaded, private courtyard with BBQ grills, and we pay water. We do have on-site management and maintenance on call 24 hours a day. We are also very pet friendly! Either of the floorplan's can be completely furnished to give that corporate feel, and all bills are inclusive! At Park Plaza we have a central boiler, so that means, gas is complimentary for hot water and your heater during the winter months! Enjoy this quiet, serene setting.....where life takes a relaxing turn~
