I was moved into an apartment with a major plumbing issue the building new about and lied about! The heating is abysmal, I have no control over it and it's always too cold or too hot. The windows are ancient and need desperately to be replaced with properly fitted and sealed modern windows. The pipes are full of rush and constantly spit brown water out. I had to install a special expensive water filter in the shower so my hair would stop falling out. And they just raised the price, so if you move in today all of this will be yours for more than $100 more a month than I paid less than a year ago.

Living here has definitely been nice, and the management is definitely the nicest people I have the pleasure of paying me rent to. The amenities are nice, and the view from the rooftop is beautiful.

Park Plaza is a 2.5 star at best. The trash area can be very messy and not cleaned up for days at a time. Communication can be frustrating. Trying to get things updated doesn't happen. And the assistant Manager can be argumentative when you try to explain stuff. So it can take awhile. Personally I try to only deal with the office when Jake the manage is in the office. I avoid it otherwise. There is only one cleaning lady. She does a great job. But it can take her up to 2 weeks to clean the whole building. Which means depending on the people different areas can get pretty dirty. Mailroom is locked and you can't get you mail after hours. which is a pain if you work nights. No access to the roof at night also. so limited access. and with no balconies. There is no where to enjoy the outdoors as the sun sets or the night skies. But at least it is dog friendly and there is a park close. lots of place to eat and shop near by. The apartments are quiet, you don't hear your neighbors or other dogs barking very often.

I wouldnt recommend it. It looks nice from the outside and the management is nice but the building is old, things breakdown a lot including the washers and dryers. Theres a huge homeless camp next door and Ive seen them peeing outside my window two times since Im in the ground floor and the boiler is so loud It wont let me sleep a good nights sleep.

The rooftop deck is my favorite part of these apartments. It offers a stunning view of the city, and there's plenty of lounge seating available. The staff here are friendly and responsive. However, my biggest gripe is the lack of control that the tenants have over their own apartment's heat. It took too long for the heat to be turned off when the temperatures started rising at the end of spring, for one. Now the temperatures have dropped significantly for a couple of weeks now, and the heat hasn't been turned back on in a timely manner. It would be nice if there was more money invested into renovating this old building. It has potential, and I love the location.

For the most part, this is a quiet building. It is very pet friendly. My Bella loves it and the staff here always greet her. I love the farmers market being right outside the door!

Park Plaza is the way to go if you want to live in Downtown Portland. They are pet friendly, which is hard to find around here. The prices are decent and you can purchase a monthly parking spot.

This is a very quiet environment. I have some reservations about moving into an apartment building again. My prior experiences were less than thrilling, with noise all hours of the day and night. Even though folks are doing their thing here, people seem so far, to be respectful of their neighbors. The community here is friendly for the most part and having so many dogs around is great!

Someone was always available if I had questions, I could reserve spaces needed for moving, and the leasing office was professional and approachable. I love the building and amenities offered, my unit was just as it was presented online. 10/10 experience overall.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 4 months and so far we like it! It is not perfect, but it definitely is a nice place to live overall and we love spending time in our cute little city top apartment. I would recommend this to a friend!

I lived living here 10 years ago. I raved about it all the time. Several people have toured it becauses I recommend it. My experience this time around is not as pleasant.

Park Plaza is a great place to live! I feel safe in my apartment and the parking here is an added bonus. The location is super convinient and they are pet friendly with now weight restrictions. This is hard to find in downtown apartments, most places only allow cats or small dogs. Great place to live!

Yes, here's my review: This place has had three sets of managers in the two years I have lived here. Each time they try to accuse me of owning them money on my Ledger. The first time I resolved it myself, and the next two times I had a lawyer deal with the office. I never owed them anything!

Park plaza overall is nice, the management is really helpful and sweet. For me who hadnt lived or rented an apartment before Sydney ( the manager) was really helpful. They are renovating certain parts and I feel like maybe the price for a 1-bed room with no control over the heating and single pained windows that dont walkway trapl the heat in is a little much but its something that I can deal with. I am genuinely pleased with everything here other than the maintenance.
Sydney is amazing and truly wonderful to work with. I thought I found a great deal to begin with but she was so warm, welcoming and helpful that it made my experience that much more beneficial. I am super grateful! My room was clean and ready to go and it is SUPER cute and cozy.

It would be better if some soundproof measures could be taken to the room. Noises from freeway are not good.
