The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Place
I’m so in love with this apartment and the staff is very supportive and friendly but they are so high
I was at Park Place for a little over a year. The apartment was like new and I loved the layout and colors. I had a great view of the pond off my balcony and really enjoyed sitting outside watching ducks land. The staff was super easy to work with. The one maintenance issue I had was with the dishwasher and it was fixed within hours. I highly recommend Park Place.
We lived here for two years and would still be living there if we hadn't had a great opportunity to move into a new house. The open layout was beautiful and well done. We had minimum maintenance issues and when we did they were promptly taken care of. Park Place felt well secured and was generally very quiet. There are many things we will miss about this apartment but probably the biggest part we will miss was our balcony overlooking the pond. Being able to look out and see various birds and other wildlife who had also made Park Place there home was so awesome. Not to mention a beautiful sunrise and sunset guaranteed everyday. This apartment is a truly special place here in Monroe and I would recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a nice quiet spot to call your home.

I lived at Park Place for about a year and was very satisfied. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. The pool area is relaxing and 24/7 access to the gym is nice. The extra outside storage area is a very nice perk! The superb staff is always accessible and prompt to address any concerns. The property is well kept and attractive. I highly recommend Park Place and would definitely rent there again.

Thank you for your review. We highly value all of our tenants, and we are so pleased to know that our tenants are satisfied with our service and facilities.
I have lived here for 6 months. The owner asked us to pay first and last months rent plus deposit upon move in. For the last month of the lease she tried to hold on to the "last month rent" that we paid stating it was a deposit but our lease states our deposit was $200. We have had issues every month since living here either with something breaking or not installed properly. I am pregnant and ended up catching pneumonia due to the poor ventilation and circulation that I've reported several times. Close to the end of our lease we get a notice stating that we can go month to month with a $100 increase in the rent. When we complained about them holding on to our rent that was already paid the very next day they put a 30 day to vacate notice on the door. If you are considering renting here I would say save the trouble. We have had mice in our apartment and so have other tenants. They have been horrible to us as tenants who don't cause any issues and have paid our rent on time each mth.
Property Manager at Park Place, Responded To This Review
While we sometimes allow tenants to pay an increased amount upfront in order to offset a negative credit history, we do our very best to explain the terms clearly in the lease agreement, so there is no misunderstanding. We apologize if this was not clear, and we will do our best to improve our communication. As to any maintenance issues, we are unaware of any that are not immediately addressed by our professional staff. Our tenants have 24/7 access to the management team, and we strive to remedy any problems as soon as we are made aware of them. We will continue to set our goals to be the best team in the area. Thank you for your assessment.
