Property Ratings at Park Place
If I could give it zero stars I would. Their management is terrible. I don’t think the leasing people really know what they’re doing. It’s hard applying and getting details that are straight to the point. They expect to wait around and tell you to come back or they say they will call but actually won’t. Nobody wants to come back and fourth for weeks and still have unanswered questions and concerns especially when you don’t have time to wait. You’d be better off finding somewhere else and applying to something with similarities if the unit. I paid my application fee two weeks ago I believe and nothing is settled still ….
I’ve lived in some horrible apartments where management and maintenance have been bad but this is impressive. The office couldn’t be more absent and it normally takes getting corporate involved if you want anything done but even they’re difficult to get any response from. Idk don’t trust what in my experience could only possibly be paid for reviews because they know exactly how bad they are. Maybe they’re at least a little ashamed at how bad they’re managed.

Maintenance is non-existent, the manager is rude ill mannered. The regional manager with Integral Property Management will say that she only does the minimum.
Great maintance staff and super friendly office staff. Every place have issues but I love calling Park place home

I was pleasantly surprised by both the management and the facility itself. They have great, modern units and an incredibly friendly staff. I was so happy with the layout of my own apartment and the spaciousness of my area. I love the amenities also!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If you want nice quality living for the money you spend ParkPlace is not the place for you. I have as the manager states a basic apartment and with that basic apartment comes a non working heating and ac unit. Rust sprinkler system; rusted light fixtures. A stove with missing knobs; roach infested; rusted washer and dryer so this is an apartment that has been involved in water damage and they passed this apartment on to me in the condition it is in I moved in on wet carpet; dirty fridge and tub. Save yourself the heart ache FIND YOURSELF SOMEWHERE TO LIVE!!!!!! It is not worth the money!

DON’T LIVE HERE!! If you ever have maintence problems, I’m sure they won’t be fixed for days. Been here about a year and for starters, my toilet handle was broken for two weeks before maintenance came to fix it. I called many times and they still delayed coming to fix it. Then my apartment flooded with an inch of water everywhere and maintenance came that day to vacuum out some of the water and came back two days later to do it once more. Then, currently there is mold from the water flooding on the base of most of my walls and I’ve called them for the past couple days and nothing has been done about it. They don’t seem to care about the safety of their residents.
I found this apartment complex through a website as I was looking for a living place. I am moving to Birmingham in the fall and this place stuck out to me. From what I see and have experienced with a Representative over the phone, I like what I see now. I hope to live here in the next year. Thank you for all of your information and great customer service.
