I’ve lived at park place for 4 years now and can’t recommend it enough. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance crew is very attentive, and the office personnel are so nice.

I have been a resident at Park Place Apartments for over a year, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with beautifully landscaped lawns, walking paths, and plenty of green space, making it a peaceful and serene place to call home. The apartments themselves are impeccably maintained, with a variety of well-designed layouts to suit any need. Whether you’re looking for a cozy one-bedroom or a spacious two-bedroom, there’s an option that will fit perfectly. What truly sets Park Place apart, however, is the exceptional maintenance staff. They are always prompt, courteous, and ready to assist with any request. From routine maintenance to unexpected issues, their professionalism and dedication to keeping everything in top condition are unmatched. Living at Park Place has been a true pleasure. Theres no way any apartment complex is better than Park Place Apartments on Tates Creek Road! The amenities such as the pool, the fire pit area, and the work out room (including the half indoor basketball count) are fabulous. Oh and the Maintenence crew? I cant brag enough on those guys, like Micah! They come so quickly after you submit a request and basically whatever your issue was is fixed by the time you get home from work. The grounds are always immaculate- rain/snow/ice/or shine. And all my neighbors are so friendly! I have made some amazing friends! Its like being on a vacation resort 24/7. And I cant a better location in Lex. #1 by far!! The staff are super cool, and they go above and beyond when planning events such as pool parties, Holiday parties, and other special events that make us feel so connected and appreciated! I dont foresee myself ever wanting to move honestly.

I spent a month looking for an apartment and Park Place was by far the best. Their maintenance crew is the best. I had a minor issue pop up with dryer vent and Micah was here in less than an hour. He was so professional. I have also used Boyd come by several times and he was so nice. Maintenance always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. The grounds are kept in perfect condition. They are always having appreciation events for the tenants. The best in Lexington.

If you’re looking for maintenance free and carefree living in a beautiful and spacious apartment home, Park Place is the place for you . I have been associated with Park Place for over 30 years and 25 years with the staff. Park Place goes out of its way to meet each individual residence need. The amenities and staff of this community are unequal by none. If you desire to live in an upscale five star community, then Park Place is the place for you. Steve Pierson

Park Place was my very first home after finishing college in 2005. I've moved several times since then, for various reasons, but never because I didn't love it here! I've seen the rest, even owned a condo, but Park Place is the best! Park Place is in a prime location, that is safe and quiet. I love making the drive onto the immaculate grounds and seeing the gorgeous clubhouse that has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff you'll ever find. There's isn't enough that can be said about the luxurious amenities, from the pool to the outdoor lounging / grilling areas, and lighted tennis courts. The apartments themselves have always been modern. Equipped with high quality appliances, hard wood floors, tile, and beautiful gas fireplaces. I love it here, and that's why I keep coming back!

My husband and I have lived at Park Place for almost 2 years now and we can’t recommend it enough! Not only are the apartments amazing and up to date, but the staff and maintenance team are so helpful and truly care about their tenants! We've really enjoyed living here and getting to know other residents through various events hosted by the staff.

My husband and I moved in on 12/11/20. We relocated from Northern Kentucky for my husbands new job. We had sold our home of 22 years and didn't want to purchase a home right off. Park Place Apartments are wonderful. They feel like a home!! The staff is so friendly and the community is beautiful. We plan on staying for awhile. We would recommend Park Place Apartments to anyone.

I moved in here four years ago, and have had trouble with the air conditioning ever since. After a one-year hiatus — no problems last summer — it’s doing the same thing it’s always done. It stops cooling after about 3-4 hours and won’t switch back on again. Yesterday afternoon, some kid came by and replaced the thermostat with a Google Nest thermostat and assumed it was fixed. By 6:00 pm, it was again not switching on. I put in another maintenance request, and an older guy looked at the outdoor unit. He found a frayed wire and wrapped it up with electrical tape. He left around 7:30, and I went to bed at 9:00. I woke up at 2:30 am, drenched in sweat. The a/c had stopped sometime while I was asleep, and it was 75 degrees in my apartment. I had set the thermostat to 67 before I went to bed. I put in another maintenance request, and the young kid came back this morning. He tried to claim the failure was due to the natural operation of the new thermostat. When I told him the same problem existed before he’d installed the new thermostat, he reluctantly offered to call their HVAC contractor. I said I would appreciate that. As he was leaving, he again suggested that I just wasn’t used to operating the new thermostat. I sarcastically commented that maybe it was all in my imagination. He said, “Maybe it is.” Yeah. By the way, this is the exact same problem I’d had with the a/c unit in 2017 and 2018. I heartily do not recommend living here.

This place is an absolute joke. Great on the surface, but after living here and dealing with their lackluster employees, I won't be renewing my leases, nor will I recommend anyone live here. If anything, I'm going to make sure people know of all the pitfalls this complex currently has as well as all the future issues they're going to have. Avoid this place and rent elsewhere...anywhere else is better than here.

Finding a job after graduation is hard enough, but finding housing outside the realm of college/campus life is a hassle. Park place has been that perfect balance in this transition. With tons of other postgrads in the community, a nice pool to lay out, and a fully equipped gym Park place was an easy choice! You won’t be disappointed!!

Park Place is easily one of the best apartment complexes in Lexington. It’s in a great location with a nice Kroger shopping center within walking distance right across the street. 5 minutes from the mall and The Summit, 15 minutes or less from downtown, the interstate, and Keeneland. The units themselves are nice and clean. They have fireplaces, many have large patios that are either open or screened in. The staff is always friendly and helpful, with maintenance very responsive to any issues that may arrive. The amenities are great- brand new fitness center and the only apartments I’m aware of in Lex with an indoor basketball court. It’s a quiet & safe place, there are never any cops up there responding to noise complaints, fights, or domestic disturbances, not that I’ve ever seen. The residents appear to be a mix of students, elderly people, and small families. I highly recommend Park Place if you’re looking for a new home. -J.G.

I cannot say enough great things about Park Place Apartments. Having moved twice in 9 months in 2017, and having viewed many apartments, we were looking to settle into a place that would feel like home. That is when we found Park Place. From the beginning we were impressed with the outstanding leasing and maintenance staff. The leasing experience was amazingly simple, and the maintenance staff has always attended to any issues in a timely and efficient manner, even coming after hours when needed. The apartment itself is spacious with a wrap around porch, and has the feel of a family home, even though it's in an apartment setting. The grounds are immaculately kept all year round and truly have a neighborhood feel, with plenty of beautiful trees and options for walking. Snow and ice removal have been dealt with promptly and have not been a problem. As far as location, it cannot be beat. Shopping and main roads are just across the street, with easy access in all directions. Park Place comes highly recommended.

I moved to Park Place in the Summer of 2015. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. When I need any type of general maintenance, and it's been very few times, the crew is always courteous and respectful if I am there when they come and are prompt after I leave a message concerning my issue. The management follows up if there is a problem, which I feel says a lot about how they feel about their tenants. Also, the office staff is congenial and welcoming. Nice party during the holidays and other treats during the year. Great place to live!

My husband and I have lived here going on four years and couldn't love it more. Staff is friendly, the grounds are beautiful, amenities are bountiful, and the apartments are amazing. Definitely some of the largest one bedrooms in Lexington! Hardwood floor is gorgeous along with marble fire places. These were the first apartments we looked at together in college and worked towards moving into. The first chance we got we jumped and haven't looked back since. We've worked with several of the ladies in the office and have always left smiling! The maintenance staff is prompt, friendly, and considerate of your space. The handful of times we've had issues they've been promptly handled with a smile. Resident appreciation is highly valued and staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed! From cool summer events, food trucks, random muffins for breakfast, and a rewards system for renewing leases park place shows time and time again their residents matter. I've never loved anyone apartment more and would recommend the complex to anyone who asked. - krissy gray

My husband and I have lived here for the last three years. The only thing wrong with Park Place is that it makes you forget all about house hunting. Life here is quiet and carefree. Every member of the staff is friendly and competent. Our requests are fulfilled in the same day or the next day. With our quiet neighbors, special parties, and beautiful landscaping, no wonder we don’t want to leave!

I've really enjoyed my time at Park Place. Great pet areas for walking dogs, do wish they would fence in a spot to let them off leash. My car was broken into within two weeks of living there, but haven't heard of any trouble since. They're fast with small maintenance repairs such as light bulbs, but it did take almost a week to get a new dryer when mine quit on me. As a graduate student, I am one of the youngest in the community that I'm aware of. So it is an older community but it's very quiet. Wish they enabled online rent payment, but when I was out of town for break and mailed in my rent (that came in weeks later don't know why) management was very understanding and did not charge me late fees. Overall it's a great place to live, would renew my lease if I was staying in Lexington.

We just moved into Park Place Apartments last October, and the customer service here is unbelievable! The office staff bends over backwards to accommodate your requests, and the maintenance men are SO quick to respond to even the most minor of issues (like changing a lightbulb!). We've been VERY happy here, and in fact, spoiled rotten with the wrap around balcony and the jetted garden tub! Neighbors are very friendly, but walls are well insulated, so you almost forget you're living in community until you walk outside. Nothing is further than a 10-minute drive from this location, so I'd say whatever brings you to Lexington, this would be a great place to land!

Park Place is by far the best apartment complex in Lexington. Because of the spectacular, park-like grounds and meticulous landscaping, living here feels a lot like living in an upscale neighborhood. The apartments units are well thought out, spacious and comfortable. I have been here 4 years with no major issues, and anything minor has been taken care of promptly and professionally. The office staff and maintenance are always willing to listen and very accommodating. I am totally happy here and have never thought to look elsewhere.

My daughter and I moved to Park Place apartments almost a year ago. We love the location and convenience of being close to Fayette Mall, the interstate, and work. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Anytime a maintenance problem arises, the issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. The grounds are a great place to walk our dog. We love it! I have been a Park Place Resident for more than 17 years! I initially signed a six-month lease thinking I'd purchase a home but the staff and atmosphere of Park Place have kept me here! Very responsive to any needs--fast replacement of light bulbs, trash pick up AT the door, beautiful landscaping, spacious apartments--what more could you ask for? In all my time here, I've had very few maintenance issues and they have been quickly fixed. I love Park Place and anticipate staying here for as long as I stay in Lexington!

I moved into Park Place in July of last year. I live in a beautiful 2 bed 2 1/2 bath Townhome. With there being only four set next to each other it is always very quiet and I have never heard my neighbors. It’s also a wonderful place to have a dog, you can always find someone else who is walking their dog and let them hangout. Everyone is very friendly, the apartments are in beautiful condition and have some amazing features. There’s also opportunities for community gatherings year round so you can meet your neighbors or come together for a good cause.

Park place is a great place to live. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are all friendly, and we’ve had no issues with the management. Overall I am very happy living at park place.

The area is nice, lots of green space. The staff is very friendly as well.

I've lived here at Park Place for 5 1/2 years. It's a quiet community that is convenient to all the shopping centers, schools, parks, and churches. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with easy access parking. If you're looking for a new place to live, this is a great place!

Park Place features a spacious, beautifully landscaped setting within the boundaries of Lexington. The location is convenient and an easy drive to many areas of the city. Our experience with maintenance issues has been prompt and problems have been resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The leasing office is open seven days a week so if something is needed, residents can easily contact one of the helpful staff. Overall, the property is quiet and the residents are friendly. The population tends to be either retirees or working professionals. The community feels safe and we have experienced no issues with car break-ins that sometimes occur at other rental properties. The apartments are larger than many available on the market in Lexington. The wood burning fireplace is a great plus on cold nights in the winter. The community is certainly not the newest available and some of the indoor features are beginning to show their age. My only recommendation to management is considering an update to the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms to compete with more contemporary communities.

I have lived at Park Place apartments for over 7 months now and have enjoyed every second of it. I am a student and was originally concerned about the price, but quickly realized that the investment is beyond worth the benefits. The gym is fully equipped and is now being renovated to include a fitness on-demand center with over 300 virtual classes. With this amenity, I am saving money that I would have spent on a gym membership elsewhere. Park Place also includes amenities such as a luxurious pool, tennis courts, grills, and more! Parking is never an issue and I feel safe in the complex during the day and night. Another concern I had upon moving to apartment living was noisy neighbors. I have been happily surprised to have never heard a peep out of a neighbor! We are also located right across from a Kroger and multiple restaurants so necessities are never far out of reach! Park place has everything you could ask for out of a residence and more!

My husband and I sold our house and had thought about purchasing a condo. We just happened to drive past Park Place and noticed the beautiful grounds and decided to check the apartment community out.......well that was almost 2 years ago. We have enjoyed our 2bed/2bath apartment home at Park Place and do not see us leaving anytime soon. The Staff of Park Place is wonderful and very responsive if there is a problem. Our neighbors are great and the convenience of Tates Creek Center across the street is wonderful. If you are looking for an apartment community that feels like home.....Park Place IS the place. My family moved from a large home to a 2 bed/2 bath in November. I have found the staff to be friendly and responsive. I like that there are only 4 apartments per side. This cuts down on the noise and foot traffic up and down the stairs. The grounds are well kept, there is plenty of parking, and I feel safe to walk our dog after dark. Moving to Park Place was the best decision for us.

We've only lived here a month so far but love it! It's quiet, private, clean, perfect amount of space and in a great location. My pup loves it too, and we couldn't be happier with moving to a new city and choosing Park Place!

We love our apartment! We have a private patio where I see cardinals and blue jays almost every day. Maintenance is excellent and responds quickly. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. We would stay here indefinitely if we weren't moving to another state. Best apartments in Lexington!

Several years ago I lived here and had a great experience. About a year and half ago I was, again, searching for an apartment in Lexington. I tried another place first because it was a little less expensive. That was dumb. After a year there, I checked with Park Place again. For just a little more money, I got more floor space, more storage space, and an attached garage. I'm staying with them, this time. Great apartment, great staff, and a wonderful location. I LOVE it here!!

I moved here in April from out of state. The management is very responsive, starting from the time I sent them an email from this site. I drove to Lexington and looked at numerous apartments before I made my choice. Park Place Apartments was my first stop and nothing I looked at after met the bar Park Place set. I fell in love with the vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace and a balcony so large it accommodated my full size outdoor furniture with room to spare. Whenever I request maintenance I am serviced within 24 hrs. The community is well tended and quiet. I live on a building that abuts Man o' War so what I hear is traffic noise from outside the community. I have a real sense of privacy here, too. The buildings are designed that way. Moving from a house to this apartment gives me no sense of lost space. I could not be happier with my choice of living space. I highly recommend this apartment community!

Rented at park place for 3 years. Rental staff are often rude & curt. No sidewalks for walking pets. No place to walk pets. Maintenance staff are very friendly though. Paying only for the geographic convenience. Would never live here again.

No security here. Alot of crime in complex. Cars broke into almost nightly. Apts broke into night and day, lastnight with tenant home. Complex had cameras 2 yrs ago they lasted 3 months then management took down haven't replaced. They are no help at all. Don't move here. Fritz Farm opening in May 2017. 24 hr security price same as here. I'm leaving as soon as lease up. They want $2000 to break lease then they will send you another bill no matter the condition of apt. Safer to pay and leave.

I lived here before, this place is really a drag. The GM is rude and pretentious, her reputation is well deserved. It's way over priced and they will get you when you move out, continously overcharging on your way out. Talked to so many people they did this to. They also had some para military ex cop Rambo type older guy who is basically security there, don't get me started on this guy, such a jerk. You could buy a shopping mall for what they charge you there, I would steer clear of this place!

It took me 4 months to find my sweet apartment after a separation/divorce and moving out of my home of 18 years. The moment I first drove in I knew I had found my new home. With lush lawns for walking my dogs, high ceilings for that elegant look and feel, to the cozy fireplace and screened-in porch I knew that it was my next cozy home and I would be happy there. The location is excellent with convenient shopping and easy access to other parts of the city. The management takes excellent care of the property and makes me proud to have visitors. After living here for over a year I love it even more! I would highly recommend it.
