The apartment is clean and nice. The grounds are kept clean. I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and hwy 85. The staff is very polite.

If I could give -10 stars I would... Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is the worst I could have ever had to deal with. They don't fix things. They get mad when going into your apartment. As if you are asking for a favor. Everything is so poorly performed. The trash disposal area gets absolutely disgusting. They don't really care about anything. The apartments are REALLY OLD and lack of proper care. When you move in you literally need to suck it up with any repairs needed. They WON'T do it. Do not fall for the model they'll show you. No one's ever lived there. And of course they just want to make you move in. Afterwards you're done. It was a real nightmare there. I'm so glad I could escape from them. I don't even mind the fact that I'm being charged for 3 extra days for "supposedly" not dropping off the keys on my move out date. Though, they were not available to get them (after calling them 5 times, emailing them, and even KNOCKING ON THE DOOR). Yes! That's how they are. Management is the worst too. They lack for empathy and kindness. They only want to get you overcharged for everything and anything both during renting and at move out. Please DO NOT RENT HERE. Believe me. You'll regret it as I did. This is a REAL AND HONEST REVIEW, which I didn't post while living there in fear of retaliation somehow. Well. Here it is.

This neighborhood is terrible. The first month moving here with my toddler, we had a mouse in our apartment. The management put my concern off for months before anything was done. Recently I heard scratch noises of another mouse. This place is infested with roaches and ants. Not waterbugs, but roaches. The management does not care for the residents. Gives attitude when you complain of not getting services taken care of. My sink disposal was not working for 3 months. I called and called, nothing was done to help me. The place is not maintained. The garbage area is always full. The pool is never open in the Summer time. Property manager never calls back if you have any concerns. I was told there is only one maintenance person on site. So if you have any issues, forget about it. Overpriced for terrible living conditions. Mice, roaches, ants, duck poop every where.

Roach infested!! They are all over the place they crawl on my plates spoons forks toothbrushes. One time it fell off of the ceiling onto my bed. The mailboxes had been burned for so many months and I had to drive 15 minutes to get my mail. Pool is never open... It would be nice if the very clean sparkling pool advertised on apartments.com was actually the pool we could use. Trash and empty alcohol bottles all over the place. When I moved in the trash compactor was broken for months. Imagine old broken rained on furniture and trash in front of your apartment. Even after purchasing a new compacter there is still a backup of trash and always looks dirty. Very very old apartments with water damage but they are painted over to look nice. My cabinets are old and smell like sour cream and onion chips. I find roaches crawling on my dishes all the time. Before I moved in they sprayed my bath tub with some kind of white paint and now it is constantly peeling and clogging the tub. They constantly have to turn off the water because they have so much damage in their pipes.

There is great office staff who takes care of everything I need, maintenance is quick to resolve any problem I may have (very seldom), the location is convenient to everything! These are one of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen I’ve seen notes on people’s doors where they are late on their rent and instead of the management sending it in an enclosed envelope they tape it to the front door wide open for everybody to see, lack of professionalism on their behalf.. apartments are old infected with roaches and the staff are no help ! Please don’t waste your time moving in into this apartments.. if you’re late 3 days after your rent Is due you’ll start getting threating letter saying you’re gonna get evicted !!
we have lived here for quite some time and we got rushed to move in and honestly it was not worth it, i can't wait to move out. These apartments come " renovated" but the paints really cheap and chips for anything you do to it! The maintenance people come and go as they please with no announcement and even when you are not home! There is a roach and ant infestation, and the walls are paper thin so i can constantly hear my neighbors arguing next door. This place is disgusting and I'm warning you, do no stay here

I have been living in this apartment since June 2015. I do not have a renovated apt. I was rushed into moving and the only thing available was a non renovated. My apt has been one disappointment after another. I can wait to move. The plumbing leaks consistently, and the tub has broken twice. I cant change any of the fixtures to things I like because everything is rigged in a way (that I am sure) is illegal. When I moved in the flooring had rips and paint all over it. the ceiling looks like it might fall through my living room at any moment as well. Layers of paint are falling off the walls, baseboards, and doors. The kitchen cabinets are cracked and falling off the walls. The windows are leaking and have tape all around the edges on the outside. The doors are cheap and easily breakable. Most renters in my building are nice and keep to themselves. We do have one family that in a two bedroom is housing at least 8 people. It can get loud and I can hear every conversation they have. It seems that more and more questionable people are moving to this community. I see more drug deals and hear more people beating their girlfriends/wives up. Needless to say, I will be moving and never looking back. I will say, new management seems to be nice and they want to make the community better. The renovated apts seem nice and are using decent material. They just need to stop renting to people who are clearly not up-standing citizens. Moral of the story: If you move to this community, make sure you get a renovated apt and make sure you talk to your potential neighbors to make sure they are happy. They are the ones that will be able to tell you whats really going on in the building.
I've been living here for 3 years now and I've loved it so far.. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
