The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park on Bell
Looking for an apartment complex is hard, especially finding one you can trust will suit your needs. Here at Park Bell, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and felt so welcome the moment I stepped through the door. The staff are confident in what they do and maintain the property better than any other place I have ever lived before. I couldn't be more fortunate and grateful to be at a place I can finally call home. If you're looking for a complex that's clean and safe then stop looking and start here. They will certainly meet your needs and well above your expectations. Thanks, Park on Bell!
Better off looking elsewhere with new upgraded appliances and countertop. You’ll pay the same amount for a nicer unit or even cheaper.
Moving from the Bay Area to Phoenix has certainly had its fair share of surprises, but nothing quite like the pleasant surprise we received by making Park on Bell our home. Our stay here at Park on Bell has been nothing short of amazing. From the front office staff to the maintenance team everyone has a firm grasp on what it means to be a good neighbor. It has been an absolute pleasure to be a resident here and to get to experience what a real community looks and feels like. As our lease expires and our family grows by one it is a no brainer for us to simply transfer to a larger unit here. It is safe, it is clean, and I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. If you are looking for a place to call home, then look no further.
This was our home for 3 years and it was an absolute pleasure to live there. The property manager is as nice and accommodating as a manager can be, and he and his staff were always ready to help. The maintenance crew was amazing! No matter what problem came up - and most of the issues were minor, or regular wear-and-tear - they were not only there quickly, but capable of fixing anything. The owner was always adding free niceties to the grounds and/or units. For example, a retractable sunscreen was added to our first floor patio, and individual BBQs were interspersed around the community to shorten the walk to the grills by the pool. And every year we renewed, we got a little perks, from a free rug cleaning to an upgraded kitchen faucet. The location is also fantastic, with a ton of retail stores, services and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our only two complaints were minor. (1) The front doors are heavy and slam shut, making a pretty loud thud. So we just trained ourselves to ease the door shut, as did our neighbors. (2) If you are on a first or second floor, you do hear "heavy walkers" from upstairs. Normal sized folk are no problem, but heavyweights do cause quite a bit of "stomping around" noise. But in the grand scheme of things, the positives significantly outweigh the negatives. This was our first experience at a Mark-Taylor residence, and when it came time to move closer to work, we made sure we looked only at Mark-Taylor apartments. Well done, Park on Bell!!
Property Manager at Park on Bell, Responded To This Review
Thank you for reaching out and sharing such insightful comments about life at Park on Bell. We appreciate the 5 stars and honesty. Thank you and have a lovely afternoon,
I am new to Phoneix and I was immediately drawn to these apartments. The front office was extremely helpful in helping me find the right floor plan for me. I am really enjoying my apartment the layout is awesome everything is upgraded with great appliances the overall appearance of the apartment is great. The whole apartment complex is very well kept and landscaped very well. The pool is really nice and so is the gym. The apartment complex is very quiet and in a nice area close to a shopping plaza. I'm very glad I moved here.
Beautiful place. Upgraded everything. Lots of space. Everything's close as far as shopping.
This past year at Park On Bell has been nothing but problems for me, poor management, they treat tenants like cash cows instead of customers. Would not recommend
Park on Bell is by far one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The owners (Mark-Taylor) and property managers are always striving to maintain the grounds and update the units. The staff (from manager to maintenance) are very helpful and friendly.
