I chose the lake apartment, very modern appliances, modern bathroom, and overall very well equipped, the community is very safe and neighbors are friendly. Although I feel the rent price is higher than justified. The way utilities are split between all tenants could be updated, as 1 person in a 500 sqft apt, you are paying the same price as someone living in a 3 bedroom apt with multiple tenants. Parking needs to be addressed, there is almost never parking available for guests, especially during the weekend. Parking policies don’t seemed to be enforced on those in guest parking. On the bright side, building management is extremely friendly and communicative when you have any concerns/questions.

To clarify and clear up any potential miscommunication, our utility charges are calculated by the number of individuals in a household, so all homes with one individual would all pay the same utility charges while homes with more than one individual are calculated with a higher formula and are therefore charged more depending on the total number of individuals in that home. I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years now. I resigned my lease but then another living situation became available. When I went to the leasing office the staff (who have been extremely helpful and kind), told me there is no option besides paying the lease buy out fee. When discussing with them that my lease hadn’t started yet, I was still presented with no other options besides paying besides paying the fee. This has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with Greystar. Very disappointed that Greystar wouldn’t honor breaking a lease that hadn’t even started.

Community is friendly and peaceful, move in was smooth and the team was amazing and thorough with any questions or concerns we had, team was LGBTQ friendly. Area feels safe and clean, apartment is beautiful and layout is amazing.

I thought I would have a hard time downsizing to an apartment from owning homes. But living here has been so nice! if I have a problem, it’s immediately fixed. They let service people in for me. Brittany and Dani the apartment managers and Chuck and Dave in maintenance management have been wonderful! I have not had to deal with any stress of homeownership and I feel like I’m in very good hands here. Highly recommend.

The area is safe and quiet. The apartment itself is updated and the gym is new. However, there is hardly any extra parking to accommodate just one guest. There aren’t any side streets for someone to park on given that this complex is tucked away off a busy road. Water/sewage/garbage are split amongst all the tenants. It’s expensive and seems unfair that a 1 person in a 1 bedroom is paying the same as a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment consuming more utilities.

While we do not have guest parking located throughout the entire property, we do have 16 guest parking spaces located in front of our leasing office for your use. I also want to ensure there was no miscommunication in regard to utility billing. Utilities are charged by the number of occupants inside each home and our utility billing service provider uses formulas to accurately charge each home based on the number of occupants residing in the home, so a larger home with more occupants consuming utilities will be charged a greater amount than a single occupant. I really hope this information is helpful, but if you have any additional questions or concerns, we would love to chat with you more about this! We absolutely LOVE living here at Park On 20th. The location is conveniently close to town, yet also set back enough to look & feel secluded as if were tucked into a lil forest. The units are gorgeous, equipped with state of the art appliances. The lay out of the units are unique and there are several to choose from.We chose the Forest layout option. We have a beautiful view from our deck and get great lighting for our plants. We LOVE our unit and the gals at the keasing iffice are wonderful. Dani & Britney go above & beyond to accomodate us. The applucation and move in process was made easy by them. Our fitness ctr. Is better equipped than most & eliminating my need for my expensive gym membership. Our Amazon lockers are great as with the notification process the front office also gives us when we have items delivered. I feel safe here, they keep it clean. We would most definately renew our lease.

Park On 20th is set back off the main road in a nice quiet setting. Clean environment to live in as well.

The fact that she knows residents by name was a big plus for us because it let us know that the leasing team cared about the relationships they formed with residents. With it only being a two person team in the leasing office, communication was better than expected and all my questions were answered either via email or in person. Would definitely recommend living here.

I am really glad we discovered Park on 20th, tucked away in our little town. The property is beautifully kept. The leasing staff is amazing. The move in rates are unbelievably affordable considering just how costly moving actually is. The apartments are state of the art and we are soo glad we chose to move here.

I have not had the best experience with this complex so wanted to share my thoughts. There are some positives but mostly negatives. Positivities include: Newer appliances, Great staff, Amazon Drop Box, Safe community. Negatives: My base rent has increased $200 each year/lease renewal. Additional fees on top of base rent include $35 per parking, and then you split water/garbage/Electricity for shared spaces. The cost is divided by each person of the complex. This results in a usual extra charged of about $300 a month. I am just 1 person, I couldn’t imagine the cost for 2. Guest parking is non existent. The Gym is not kept clean or has updated equipment. I don’t personally think this complex is very overpriced and the drastic increase each renewal without improvements is very discouraging.

My husband rented here a few years back before we bought a house together. We recently sold our house and now we are back. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful The apartment complex is kept clean and nice. We love it here!

This place is clean, safe, and in a good and pretty location. The fact that I had very little hassle to get myself and my cats moved in was great and made my life so much easier. I will be here for a month soon and am glad I choose this complex and am looking forward to my future here.

I just moved in a little over a week ago and I’ve had such an amazing experience so far with park on 20th. We PCSd from hawaii so finding a home without seeing the community was hard but the housing office was so helpful. Brittany answer all my 1,000 questions and really made this transition a breeze. The housing manager is always available if you have more pressing issues. They are new units so there were a couple minor issues with the apartment and they fixed it right away. The maintenance manager is so friendly and informed us about the local events and farmers market. Honestly the community goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease in your new home. Again it is new construction so the grounds aren’t complete and there is a bit of noise throughout the day but never during sleeping hours. The only thing I wish it had was a pool but I hear in Washington you don’t really need that lol.

Oh my goodness! We are so happy to be living here at Park on 20th! The office staff is beyond helpful and they made the application and move in process virtually painless and so straightforward. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and the floor plan makes great use of the space. The complex is quiet, safe, and well kept despite still being under construction.
