Park Lane Apartments

Since the new manager has taken over the complex has went to garbage. Missing rings for the weights machines for months. Breeze ways smell like garbage where the trash guys spills trash and no cleans it up. Underage kids running through out the pool and gym unsupervised. Lack of care when issues are brought up. Dog park falling apart. Windows in apartment leaking water into the rooms and creating black mold. They just paint over and tell you your in a waiting list but the first apartment being repaired has taken almost a year to fix and still working on it. Yeah no thanks. Was once a high end complex has now turned into a high cost ghetto since new management has taken over. Better yet go to the office random hours of the day and see how many times there's actually someone in the office.

I’m very satisfied with park lane’s location and how quiet and peaceful the apartment complex is. The apartment itself is quite old and a bit outdated (esp. kitchen). However, it’s nice. I like it.

From the touring of properties to finally deciding on Park Lane for where my family will reside , Jayda has made it welcoming and an easy transition. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is as well. We love it .

Park Lane is the place to be this side of the Mississippi! With the pool, tennis court, and lovely neighbors, you’ll be glad to call this your home. Park Lane forever.

Great apartment complex! Really great location and the area is very well maintained! Maintenance staff is great and have always helped right away. Front desk staff are also great and have always been very helpful!

Overall, we have loved living at Park Lane. We have had our fair share of issues, but management has always worked with us to figure out a solution. Maintenance staff is awesome! The complex’s location is perfect for us!!

Was really happy with this complex until recently. We e had our A/C drain line worked on 2 times yet it continues to leak in our laundry room onto the floor. I can clearly see where the water is leaking from the drain line but each time we are told after they vacuum the water out of the line that's it's good. Then 5 minutes later the fitting in the PVC line starts dropping. We have also had a problem with our windows leaking. They say it's just condensation but I have pictures where it's leaking so much it has started pooling up on the window seal and running down the wall to the carpet making the carpet wet. They have come and caulked the window and painted it but we still have water everywhere. It was so bad we have black mold growing on the wall and window seal. They treat the mold but the next day we had water all over the window seal again. We have started looking for another place to rent and looking into getting out of our lease or as soon as it ends to go else where.

Not enough storage places in the unit… especially in the kitchen :/ the pantry is too small…I can’t even hang anything on the pantry door bc it’s so small.. BUT the staff members are great.. very helpful and prompt so I can’t complain..

Great place to live. Quiet community. Responsive management. Well tended environment. Nice amenities like pool, hot tub, recreation. Near shopping.

Friendly staff and residents so far! Feels secure and relaxing! I'm still learning about everything but settled in has been easy. Have only 2 minor issues I have to address but loving it!

When picking our first apartment Park Lane made it so easy! Not only is the location amazing, but the staff here are so helpful and friendly. The day after we moved in we gave a list of problems we found to the office and it was fixed in less than 2hrs! The entire complex is beautiful and don’t get me started on the amenities. The only thing is that there are no elevators, but that was a minor inconvenience. Park Lane is somewhere I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I really enjoy the staff here at Park Lane. From the office staff to the maintenance staff all very respectful and courteous. We use the pool almost every weekend. The pool is kept clean and the pool area very clean.

Happy to live at this community! Good location, good amenities, good apartment features, pet friendly, can grab a coffee in the leasing office.

Great place to live. So far so good! Also close to my daughter’s school and a really peaceful place. I’ve had some maintenance issues but the crew have been quite supportive.

After checking out many places around Gainesville I am glad I found Park Lane Apartments. Me and my wife moved in recently and since our first tour they have been super helpful. Maintenance is really fast fixing any issue that comes up, location is great, we can walk our dog freely at any time and the place overall is the best.

We just moved in here and we love this apartment! Every staff is so kind , professional and helping. And it's quiet , peaceful area. We live in first floor and there is no noise bothering us. It is surrounded by grasses and trees which makes my dog happy. Dog park is huge and clean. We can also walk our dog inside the community even at night since it's a safe place . If you have family or dog or if you're looking for queit peaceful apartment to set down, this apartment would be the best choice.

Grounds are kept clean and lawn maintenance is consistent. Office staff is very friendly. Dog park and other amenities are kept clean and are very convenient. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient.

This is my review of Park Lane apts in Gainesville, FL. A Lincoln Property/Willow Bridge managed unit. I am discussed with this company. Park Lane, Lincoln Properties or Willow Bridge. Doesn't matter, Park Lane is poorly run. In my 2 years at PL we moved into a filthy apt as documented in pics sent to Park Lane at the time. AC that didn't work, filthy floors, appliances that didn't work. But they said the apt was ready. Then I was laid off from my job in the Fall. I was out of work for 5 months before finding a job out of town. I had to move for the job. Now I still have to pay 2 months rent to Park Lane after I move for leaving early so I could move for the job. How can someone pay rent for two places for two months. This company will not work with you and really doesn't care what your issues or problems are. It's about collecting their money and giving poor service. Once you are in you are stuck. Stay away from Park Lane, Lincoln Properties or Willow Bridge. Sincerely, Jim Wood

Nice place in a great area of Gainesville, with wonderful amenities. We enjoy being close to Publix as well for quick grocery shopping. Maintenance and the leasing office are very prompt as well.

We had a few hiccups that forced us to switch units and move into a more expensive place. Fortunately for us the staff worked hard to accommodate us and make it more affordable. easy 5 stars!

I haven’t had much time to really enjoy my community due to work, but everyone I’ve encountered has been very nice and friendly. The entire staff, from the property manager to the maintenance team, is professional and polite. I know I’m going to love it here.

Great experience, even though I work 5 days a week, everyone has been super friendly and nice; don't get to socialize mush due to work schedule. Maintenance finishes all of my issues in a timely manner without days. I really do enjoy living here.

I really enjoy living here at Park Lane. This is the most luxurious apartment I ever lived at In Gainesville. I like having amenities like the gym and the pool so we don’t have to go out of our way to find on. I also like how food trucks come to the neighborhood every so often.

I love my apartment! It quite and nice here. My neighbors are very friendly! I’m glad I pick to move here. There is not a better place to be.

This is the best location in town! Really enjoying the amenities: hot tub and pool, gym and billiards, tennis and basketball courts, dog park and lounge room.

I looked at a lot of different apartments around town and this was one of the few places that mixed size, safety and price. I do feel that the market is a bit steep in general but the mix of safety and size is worth it. The place is clean throughout but the storage space is a little lack luster.

This place is wonderful! The staff is amazing and my apartment is gorgeous! Very spacious and what I enjoy most is all of the greenery and open landscape.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Neighbor is clean, walking distance to several stories, places to dine, gas stations, pharmacy, dry cleaners, UPS, Credit Union etc

Just moved into park lane. Really enjoying it so far. I’m looking forward to meeting more residents! Hoping there are some great community events coming up. Really like my apartment and was impressed how quickly maintenance came and fixed my issues.

Great place to live. Always very clean and maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Any time I’ve had anything that needed to be fixed they had it done within 24hours. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained at all times. Very pleased with my stay so far.

Very bad beginning in early 2022. But new management has made a difference. Good maintenance staff. Now, good management staff. The rent is very high.

I really like the community and it is always super clean. Lynn is very friendly and answered all our questions. The maintenance requests were handled very quickly as well.

I love living here maintaining our property has been outstanding by maintenance I’m renewing my lease. Mainly due to the maintenance team anything I’ve wanted to get done they did it without question and I’m forever grateful.

Park Lane has exceeded my expectations from my first visit! Jason was very accommodating of my moving situation, and he worked with me to make sure the transition went smoothly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is there as soon as possible to fix any issues that arise. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I'm happy to call Park Lane my home!

Park Lane is the home I’ve been looking for! Absolutely phenomenal experience here. We just moved in a little over one month ago, but every step of the process has been easy and straightforward. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the management team is wonderful. 10/10 highly recommend!

This place just feels like home. Spacious, quiet, and cozy. The staff is wonderful, everyone is always smiling and issues are taken care of right away. I can’t believe it took me this long to find this place.

Nice apartment with high vaulted ceilings. The bathroom has a collapsible mirror "door"/screen that leads to the closet. The mirror makes the bathroom look very spacious but it tends to get stuck, unfortunately. Otherwise, I enjoy the interior design of this unit.

Beautiful & quiet. Office staff are fabulous and very helpful. Maintenance always willing to help and all repairs are done in a timely manner. It’s a great place to live.

It’s great living here. Excellent amenities, like the gym, tennis courts, bball. Quiet area, besides the dogs from the other apartments across the street. Dog park needs maintenance.

My community is a beautifully architecturally developed place to live in my opinion. I do wish they would keep the gates closed at all times. ..

I moved here from an apartment where I had ZERO maintenance help and little to no communication, amongst other problems. I was literally shocked when I realized any issue I had was taken care of almost immediately. Like, often the same day. Also, the maintenance guys are super cool and go out of their way to help, except for John…just kidding John. You’re cool. Lynne in the office has been so kind and responsive during and post a very stressful time moving interstate while sick. She always has a treat for my dog, and I truly believe cares for the residents here. There is a bit of a neighborhood vibe here, people speak to each other and are friendly. It’s just very nice to know, especially as a disabled person, that if I have needs they will be addressed promptly. It means a lot. Thanks to all the employees here, who all deserve a raise.
