The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Flats Apartments
UPDATE 11/27/23: The new property manager, Nancy, is amazing!! She called me and talked over some stuff. She was so apologetic of her predecessors behavior and even though none of it was her fault it still felt very good to be heard and have that apology. She definitely seems very promising to turn this place around. Excited to see what she accomplishes in the last month of me living here. and tbh a little sad I'm leaving now. I really enjoyed living here and with the new manager I think its gonna be a great place to live again. 11/24/23: I've lived here for a little over two years now and I'm so glad it's not gonna be a third year. The first two years were really good. Communication from property manager was very prompt, maintenance issues were dealt with fast, and the halls were pretty clean. Over the last few months there has been a change in management and this is now a terrible place to live. I will be honest I did try to go for a third year, got a quote for a new lease and everything but then they ghosted me and never got a new lease over to me. FYI for anyone out there apartments don't legally have to give you a new lease no matter how many times you reach out and they say they'll send one. The communication is horrible. I don't think I've gotten a single email response since the new management took over and phone calls aren't much better. The halls are dirty and haven't been vacuumed in months. There's an emergency maintenance issue today in the laundry room and I can't get ahold of anyone. I'll be moving next week and I truly can't wait to get out.
They don’t answer they’re phone or email back I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks to try to schedule a showing. This is crazy.
I have lived at Liv Apartments for about seven months now. I couldn't be happier with my studio apartment. It is incredibly spacious and the floor plan is laid out in a smart way. It really feels more like a one bedroom with an open floor plan than a cramped studio that one thinks of at first. The kitchen space is huge with an island counter. There's plenty of room to do work on my laptop there, and on the other side, I have more counter space than any other apartment I have ever rented before. The property is the perfect distance from Uptown, quiet, but a few minutes away from Calhoun Square and the rest of the restaurants and shops in Uptown. I don't personally own any pets, but they allow both cats and dogs. Even with dogs in the building, you rarely hear any of them, and never at when trying to get to sleep. All in all, the price is comparable to anything else in the area. I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this property.
I have lived at Liv for 9 years - perhaps only 8 - I forget the year as it was a stressful time. The area is great. Close to Minneapolis and near Hwy 100 for convenience of traveling the cities. There is a beautiful park/nature walk located next to a Rec center across Monterrey from the building and another great walking trail across 36 1/2. Our current office manager, Mandy, is great. She replies to questions/issues promptly and even sometimes during her off hours. She understand the nature of people and tries to help out when she can.
I have lived here for a year and a half and have been very pleased with the apartment complex. Very quiet and they do a fantastic job of keeping it clean. They do allow dogs which is great since many properties are choosing to ban dogs (I'm not a cat person). The best part is that you are very close to downtown minneapolis and also close to shops/restaurants.
I have been living here for about 6 months. The unit I am in is absolutely beautiful and the building in general is very clean and seems to be well maintained. The building itself is not brand new so there have been some internal problems (pipes breaking, heat going out, etc.), but they have all been dealt with swiftly. Management and maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience here so far. I really enjoy living here!
The renovated units are very well done. Its a cozy place with a nice balcony. Location is great, right off Excelsior and near Hwy 100. The management is very receptive and active in regards to any issues or questions that arise and the maintenance guy is great. A "no frills" complex (no gym, pool, or any of those other things) but the apartments are much more affordable than I have seen at those places. Will be extending my lease!
This place has paper thin walls and hardwood floors. With no carpet there is zero sound absorption, it sucks. EVERYTHING is heard. Everything! Walking, TVs/music, barking dogs, children, cabinets, closets, bathroom, bedroom activities. Unless you are on the 3rd floor or deaf, I would pass on this place.

I'm so sorry you are having noise issues. Will you please call me in the office so we can come up with a resolution. Thank you! :)
Managment is terrible. They had me make an appointment to come see an apartment (we made an appointment for the next day) and then when I got there she was extremely rude and said she forgot to call me and let me know they rented out so I drove all the way there for nothing. Plus the place just gave me a bad vibe.
