The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Dickens
I have lived here the last year and it just keeps getting better. In the last few months they have replaced carpeting, washers and dryers to the front-load, updated the gym and updated the lobby to a retro rustic vibe which I personally love. Great location, in my opinion, the best rent prices because it is much much worse out there and some pretty great neighbors. It is not the most modern building but I think this place has the cheapest of all the rents in such a nice area, it is quiet except for the occasional noisy neighbor which is bound to happen in apartment living and a short walk to Ventura Boulevard.
