Hi-Pointe, named for being one of the highest points in Saint Louis, is located on the southwestern edge of Forest Park. This large, historic park is home to the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Zoo, the Highlands Golf & Tennis, and the Forest Park Golf Course. I-64 extends through the northwest corner of Hi-Pointe for easy commutes to Downtown Saint Louis, located about five miles east of Hi-Pointe.
This walkable, bicycle-friendly neighborhood offers several bus stops for car-free commute options. While most of Hi-Pointe is residential, a shopping district is located in the northwest corner along Oakland Avenue. This area contains the historic Hi Pointe Theatre, built in 1922. Just outside the neighborhood, residents can quickly reach SMM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Saint Louis Community College-Forest Park, and Healthworks Kids' Museum St. Louis.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Clayton
We have lived here for almost 3 years and have yet to find a reason to leave. The maintenance guy Mike is always quick to answer requests and we love living in Dogtown!
I love living at Park Clayton because Korey and Mike are very dependable and even if there are issues that arise, they are quick to address it! Also, in general, I feel like all the amenities provided (Business center with free printing) makes it awesome to live here.
So far move in has been a breeze, we’re enjoying the apartment, the location and the gym that’s on site. Korey has been super welcoming and has had excellent communication. Looking forward to being a resident at Park Clayton.
I've really enjoyed Park Clayton so far! Maintenance is dealt with on a pretty timely manner (plus, Mike is the sweetest!) and everything is going well so far :)
The building is quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and the amenities like the gym and game room are too good. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live.
The community is welcoming, and the management has always been responsive to any concerns or maintenance needs. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas and the sense of security the facility provided. Overall, my time here has been comfortable, convenient, and enriching.
Recently moved to this community, but I couldn't be happier at the space and location to many spots in the City. The accessibility to Forest Park and other restaurants nearby is great.

Hi, thank you so much for the positive review of our community!
There are many great things about Park Clayton. The complex is clean, quiet, and overall peaceful. The unit is nice with all updated appliances. The reason for my 3 star rating was the handling of the recent snow storm. The condition of the lot was inexcusable. The amount of ice and lack of plowing made it near impossible to get out. My car was stuck in my spot for over a week with only one day of plowing. Even weeks after the storm, there’s still ice everywhere. I find that to be unacceptable considering the rent prices here….
The parking lot needs better attending to the snow/ice problem. There is a huge spot of ice that melt and refreezes everyday. Plus all the spot dividing lines covered in ice make it dangerous to get in and out of automobiles.

Living here has been a great experience. The neighborhood is friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained. The community events are enjoyable, but I think having more regular gatherings would make it even better. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable place to live.

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We really appreciate your feedback!
this has been my favorite apartment complex I have had the pleasure of living at! The amenities are great and clean, location is fantastic, and staff are always quick to help! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
The apartment is nice, reasonably priced, and in a great location. Maintenance and front desk are friendly and helpful, responding to requests quickly.
I appreciate having amenities like a gym and quick maintenance when I need help. Good communication from management makes me feel valued. Finally, I want to ensure that my rent matches the quality of my living space.
The complex is always clean and is staffed by the BEST manager and maintenance man of anywhere I’ve stayed in St. Louis! I cannot recommend this location enough!

Great community with good setup and serene environment. I love the fact that it's such a quiet place and everyone else is very friendly and accomodating
Just moved in and the place is beautiful so far, nice finishes and a great layout (extra shout-out to dining nook) and the manager is the rare combo of both extremely nice and extremely efficient. Very excited to live here!
The experience has been great. I have lived here for a year now, and I think this apartment is a great place. I like how the public area is being maintained well here.
Great location friendly community clean amenities. Well maintained apartment and convenient location near to transit. Parking is limited overall a good choice
My experience here has been amazing so far. The apartments are very clean and appliances are updated. The complex has a gym that has all the necessities for a workout. The place is also very quiet as well. I’d highly reccomend Park Clayton.
It's just been a couple of days, but so far so good. The manager Cori is superb he's attentive, professional, and friendly. We're a retired couple downsizing from a home we lived in for 40 years and yes we're a little anxious about a big change. We have found the Park Clayton to be charming, well maintained, in a great city neighborhood, and extraordinarily quiet. We are looking forward to calling the Park Clayton home for many more years.

I have loved living in this apartment complex! The renovated apartments are great, the area is fun, and the staff kind. I am SUPER impressed with maintenance and how quickly I get a response and fix! You don’t get that service many other places.

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience!
I've lived there for over a year at Park Clayton as an undergrad student in a newly renovated 1b1b, and the experience was great! The apartment was spacious, and the rent was reasonable. The staff might not be as friendly as those in luxury apartments, but they got the job done. My request to fix anything was done instantaneously. I definitely would recommend someone to live at Park Clayton.
