Santa Clara combines technological innovation with historical charm. Located in Silicon Valley, the city hosts major employers like Intel, Nvidia, and Applied Materials, while offering diverse housing options throughout its neighborhoods. The rental market reflects strong demand, with average rents ranging from $2,780 for studios to $3,851 for two-bedroom units. The area around Santa Clara University adds educational energy to the community, while the district near Levi's Stadium offers convenient access to NFL games and events.
Santa Clara residents enjoy California's Great America theme park and the Mission Santa Clara de Asís, which dates to 1777 and inspired the city's "Mission City" nickname. The Mediterranean climate features summer temperatures around 82°F with mild winters, perfect for exploring local parks and trails. The city operates its own electric utility, Silicon Valley Power, providing residents with lower electricity rates compared to neighboring communities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Central
Moving here for a month, and here's my two cents to share to future neibors: - team: I'm super satisfied with the management team, Alvin, Alfanzo and Richard are always welcoming and super helpful, richard even help me move one over 70lb package from package receiption to leasing office before I move in. Alvin and Alfanzo are super responsive and supportive to all questions after I move in. I just can't express how much I'm amazed, this is the best place I've lived in my two years in the states. - safety: It's a open community, I was really worried before moving in, since I did a virtual tour and the internet was chappy back then, I didn't notice all the public area doors have latch smart lock on them. There're even separate bike rooms for each building (ha you can tell someone got a car after the bikes!), security cameras for packages and garages. Personnally speaking, this community is a little bit too quiet even tranquil for me, I actually hope it gets busier in the future... oh and fire and police stations are 1-3 block s away - ammendities: 24h gym, sea-blue pool every day, (not-really-a-)amazon hub accepting all carriers, assigned parking slot comes with the lease. They've got it. - commodity: I can't believe famers market is right next to the location. franklin mail is just in the other side of the streat, which has usps, ups, sallon, restaurant, I'm not a car owner and I survive over a month now. The huge westfield shopping center is like 15min pedaling away. - and I really love the flowers and trees here :) they're such a beautiful treat in every morning when I get out of my door, enlighting my day. and a secret for current neibors, you can actually connect the gym's speaker by bluetooth when there's no one around :3
What a great experience. This location is one of the few places that still have on-site management. I was able to view a unit on the first day and quickly process my application for move in within a week. Staff keeps you updated and the process went smoothly. Great experience. John and Thalia were wonderful to work with
