This is a beautiful new community and so far its managed very well by the staffing personnel. the community is quiet now but I expect that will change somewhat after full residency.

I just moved in and have been living here for just about a month now. Moving into this unit was not a problem what so ever. The employees are kind, respectful, and easy to take criticism. I had small issues but not too much to kill the experience of this elegant community.

This is the first time I’ve been in an apartment after 20 years and Park at Stone Oak was the obvious best choice in the area. The building and amenities are great and the staff is always ready to help with anything. Coupled with a great price point for the space, I am very happy with my decision to lease here.

Wow, where do I even start? My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and have the best communication skills I’ve ever encountered with a apartment complex. They are thorough and transparent, which I truly appreciate! Diedra and Jacob have been such a blessing in my life. Diedra gave my boyfriend and me a tour of the property, providing excellent customer service and sharing all the exciting new developments coming soon. I did have one issue with the valet trash service not picking up my trash, but Jacob went above and beyond, offering to take it out for me himself. I’m currently on TDY for work, and when I had packages delivered, he kindly held them at the front office, including an oversized one that wouldn’t fit in the parcel locker. Also, a big shoutout to the maintenance guy (I can’t remember his name), who resolved every request I submitted quickly and without any complaints. I absolutely love my apartment complex. The property is well-maintained and clean. Yes, it's a brand-new property and there will be issues here and there because it's still under construction, but that's all part of the experience. I’m so glad I chose this community over others in the Stone Oak area!
