DO NOT MOVE HERE! A month ago there was a string of car break ins and one car was stolen. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken into and he had to pay $400 to get his window repaired. The office management refused to do anything when made aware of the security issue. They refused to install cameras or offer discounted garages to keep residents vehicles safe. Two weeks later there was another string of car break ins. My fiancés car was one of the cars broken in to again and it was his sunroof this time and he had to pay $700 to repair his sunroof. Once again the office management refused to do anything. The crime rate here is out of control and your vehicles and your homes are not safe. Not to mention the garages cost $100 a month.

I paid the $250 application fee and was approved and told I could move in the following Friday. Then I heard nothing else so I tried calling, never answered. I tried going into the leasing office and there was a note on the door saying no one was there. I emailed them and got different responses all with different move in dates. They finally sent me the welcome packet over a month after my initial “move in date”. I did everything on my end and paid $250 for no reason. I had to find somewhere else to live on short notice because of this place. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional.

Apartment layout is very nice and was just renovated.
The maintenance staff is professional and courteous. The community is experiencing a shortage of maintenance employees. There aren't enough maintenance employees to keep up with the maintenance requests of tenants in this medium/large sized apartment community.
Overall I had a good experience.
It seems like a safe environment that I would want my friends to visit and/or live at
Nice peaceful community very clean.

Ac would not keep apartment cool, insulation is lacking and maintenance could not do anything about it, also we had to stay another month because we had to give a move out notice which I was not aware of, they should really inform people about the move out notice before they have to stay extra. I felt cheated however it was a friendly community and I did not have any issues with the complex
I love it here! The apartments and the locations is amazing!
It appears to be a family friendly atmosphere with things for people of all ages to find entertainment in while living or visiting a family member that lives here. Not a loud college student atmosphere.
The complex is nice and clean. The amenities seem sufficient for my lifestyle and it' close to Eagle Creek Park to go hiking or kayaking! It' close to Carmel and downtown Indy to go out and do things, too.
In a nice private, generally safe area compared to most Indy apartments. Close to Eagle Creek Park. Pricing works with the space made available. However, maintenance issues are a concern.
It's a great place to live! The community is very relaxed and we love being so close to the park with so many outdoors options.
I like the apartment itself, the amenities, and the office staff. I don't like the lack of respect that some residents have for the property and the specific maintenance issues we've had.
I recommend it because it is in a great area
I have always said it and repeat it to my family and friends that PEC is my little piece of heaven on earth.
The Park at Eagle Creek is a beautiful community. We have a Great staff in the leasing office. The young ladies really try to do their best, and at times, I know that it can be challenging for them too. Keep up the good work!!
The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The community is well kept and very clean. Would recommend compared to other apartments in the area !
The maintenance issue was resolved in a timely manner, but this was the second time that I had the same issue with my air not working. I was hoping the issue was fixed correctly the first time and I would not have to worry about coming home to a warm apartment with no working a/c, but since it did happen twice, I am just hopeful that it was fixed correctly and does not happen again.
Current resident and got fooled into thinking this was a well ran apartment complex. Trash is literally always overflowing causing trash to be around the walkways. Kitchen light goes out and take them 10 days to replace the bulb. Ask for a light in the back of our apartment like others have so we can see our dog at night, was acknowledged and then nothing moved forward. Also set false expectations for the pool opening with 4 different dates, not letting the people know if it wasn’t gonna happen. They also gave us a coupon for a free pizza when we moved in to a place that is no longer in business. Not worth the price, I’d advise looking elsewhere
I would recommend The Park at Eagle Creek Apts, based on my living experiences there. People were friendly, I always felt safe there. Landscaping was beautiful, and kept up nicely.
There is dog crap all over and the trash is always overflowing. If you put in a maintenance request they don’t respond. It’s trashy. Literally.
There is mold in our apartment. They used a cheap flat paint. There is dog poop all over the back of the complex as well as the all over by the tennis courts. The children can run in the grass or play without stepping in it. The trash is always overflowing. Before you rent just check those areas and you will see.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand the trash compactor area has been a large concern over the last few weeks. Unfortunately, it has experiencing some intermittent power issues and we have placed an open top container for temporary disposal. Please know we have this as a top priority and we have our teams/vendors deep cleaning these areas right now, along with troubleshooting the connection trouble. I'm sure you will see a vast improvement over the next week and I encourage you to follow up and let us know your thoughts. As for your concern about mold, we want to address this immediately. The management is extremely kind and knows me by name. The apartments have plenty of room and storage for the price. I especially love the laundry room and closets.

Yes they do have gym needs a little TLC, if you want people to wipe down machines make sure wipes are available

Hello! Thank you for the review. We are checking and sanitizing the gym area multiple times a day. Fresh gym wipes have recently been installed in both containers but sometimes they do fall down inside the packaging. We will be sure to keep a better eye on this as we are cleaning the machines!
Actually, I'm moving from my apt complex for personal reasons and because of physical concerns and at the time I was looking into buying a home but due to health reason I decided to put it off for a few months and need something more comfortable with an additional bedroom to accommodate my guests and this was a nice out of the way kind of apt complex that looked very quiet and neat also I'm not far from my family's home.
So far, the staff, maintenance, and even the residents have been friendly. The office area has a welcoming feel and the coffee adds to that. I like that improvements are being made, the location is great, and for me, my apartment location is great. If I had a unit somewhere near 56th Street or on the Main Street off of 56th, I would still recommend, but not be quite as happy. I also like that the ground appears clean (most of the time... occasionally a resident doesn't pick up after their dog), the pool area and bathroom are kept clean. Also, the walking areas near my unit are well lit all the way to the door so that when I come home late, I can see a lot of my surroundings.

It is a very nice community, and area. We liked it's proximity to the major interstates, both I-465 and I65, as well as the medical school our daughter will be attending. The residents we came across on our tour were very friendly.

It has great access to main Northwest streets (such as 38th and Lafayette), as well as main highways (65 and 465). Also, it is a safe, quiet, and clean community, getting even more racially diversified and with good for children.
The staff really made me and my soon to be roommate very comfortable Sophie did a wonderful job at explaining everything as well. We also got to interact with another lady in the office her name begains with an E. She gave us our first tour and made us feel very welcome.
