It use to be great when hawthorne owned it. Rpm take hr lunches at the clubhouse n lock the door on several occasions. These reviews were when hawthorne owned it not now. The fix staff is the same n are all great . Kevin should work at hawthorne .

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years now and love the community. Nice, friendly, and beautiful. They work hard and do a great job keeping the property clean. Love it here. I’m not moving.

The absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. AC has been out for 4 straight weeks. Summer in NC and tried to tell me they couldn't even give me a window unit at first until I fought them on the matter. No empathy from management. Maintenance doesn't know HOW to fix an issue or really even bandaid one. I have been nothing but nice and comprehensive especially given the conditions my two daughters (age 5 and 2) have had to sleep through at night when its 85 degrees. I have lived at 8 different apartments in my life; this is by far the worst property management I have ever seen. Manager is terrible, honestly thats an understatement. Will not be signing another lease with this company.
The application process at this property is excessively long. I waited two weeks for an approval with no constant communication from the office, unless I initiated the calls. The office staff said the process would take "probably" a week. However, I waited 2. All this time wasted and I gave up other potential apartments while waiting. Before I signed another lease, I called Park at Clearwater and heard nothing for two days. I solely wanted to stay at Clearwater cause of the short commute to work.
I have been living at clearwater for less than 4 months now and everyone on staff has been a pleasure to work with. Truly a teamwork effort throughout the staff. I would recommend, have recommended several associates and friends about the establishment, due to the amenities; Pool, value, dog area, playground, staff, etc that make this place so suitable for so many different levels on residents. Thank you
I wasn't able to rent here due to a personal issue, but I had worked with Kristoff the day I stopped in the leasing office and he went above and beyond to help me. His attention to my needs were impressive. He talked me through everything and took the time to take me on a tour of the apartments and other facilities within the community; which, I know is their job, but he didn't make me feel rushed like I've experienced at other places. It's nice to know there are good people willing to help someone the way Kristoff did me.
very clean. Maintenance manager is swift and does quality work if there is a problem. Office is nice. Ive been here 6 months and this is my first time in a apartment setting. 800 a month and its not bad for a apartment. I like having cute neighbors and these two girls are indeed cute... ,} not bad for the money at all. have not seen or heard of any theft in this complex and a lot of military are in here living a few cops so it is a safe environment to be in. People are friendly and had no problems in 6 months.
I lived there last summer and our neighbors were rude and the girls in the office were very rude. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
I moved into the Park and Clearwater in June of 2015. I rented a one bedroom/one bath. The apartment was very clean with new carpet and flooring. The square footage is used very well with a ton of closet space and a large utility room big enough for full size washer and dryer along with storage for cloths and cleaners. I had one minor problem with the toilet which maintenance fixed within 24 hours. The apartment complex has a small dog park that is usually vacant. The neighbors are friendly and made up of military families and working class. I've had zero problems and feel completely safe.
I have lived here for two years. It's a two bedroom unit on the ground floor. I live with my fifteen year old toy poodle. Pets are welcome here. We have no stairs to climb. We love that part. Also, my garage rent was decreased this year. When does that happen?! The closets are huge. The master has a walk-in closet with wired shelves and poles. The guest room closet is as wide as the room. The master has a roomy bathroom, and the guest bath is very comfortable. The kitchen has ample counter space and everything is electric. The apartment complex is just off of US 1, but I hear no traffic. It's like living in the country, but it only takes five minutes to get to a lot of good shopping. We have two grocery stores and a super Walmart nearby. The hospital is only six or seven minutes away. If you play golf, we are right next to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. The office staff is friendly and good at their jobs. The maintenance staff are very helpful and show up quickly. The grounds are well kept and there is a lovely pool with BBQ grills. This is a no smoking complex, but there are outdoor smoking areas. There is a playground, and a dog park. You have to see this place for yourself. I love it here. I love this place.
The price matches for most apts for the area. Not very new and kinda cramped with even just two people, very little storage space. Also we put in a. Attended request two months ago for the hall light having a shirt that could cause a fire and they still haven't done anything for it. If you get and upstairs apt there is some more space and highter cellings.
