This complex is a great place to call home if you're looking for an affordable apartment with lots of space and nice amenities! The employees at the front office were very nice and helpful when I moved in and I've had a great experience living here ever since. It's pet friendly and the neighbors are quiet, the rooms are great size for the price, and it is an overall clean apartment complex. Maintenance has also been great and very helpful with every fix.

The most major offenses that theyve done for the past couple years ive lived here is 1. Enter my apartment without my consent while i was sleeping 2. Over charging my rent price. And i have emails explaining the rates and my outdated apartment should be having stainless steel according to their prices and most importantly 3. The worst most enraging front office. My toilet wouldnt stop running on a saturday. To which counts as an emergency but apparently not to them. A toilet that doesn’t allow me to use it, is an emergency. Someone told me to fix it myself by looking for a chain. To which i already tried to fix it because i knew they wouldnt answer to help. But Im not familiar with this kind of toilet and I couldnt fix it. And if i break it guess what i have to pay for it!! Anyways. I tried 12 different numbers. And NONE work for Park Vista. The only number i could get a hold of someone was the neighboring complex that they also own. She gave me a number, i called. And to my surprise someone answered but then told me to call again for emergency maintenance. To which DOESNT EXIST!! So i try calling again. She ignores all of them. After crying on the phone and literally begging for someone at my complex to call me back. Finally someone did. And my problem is still not fixed. She told me she would try contacting someone and call me back. But she probably never will. So now well have to see who has to pay for the water bill since the toilet is broken.

Been here for about 3 years. Its been an okay experience so far. Rent here if affordable for the most past I can’t complain. I like that they remodeled the laundry room facility.

I am pretty new here (2 months) but so far it’s been nice! Ofc for the price it is not luxary. But I have no complaints so far. Plus, there is a pool and close proximity to anything you could want.

I like the way there are trying to fix the place up. Been more involved in the residents showing their support. Love the laundry room. Very spacey and big. More people can wash at the same time.

I enjoy it here. The management has started a bunch of new changes I see potential in the company when I first moved in here it was a bit rough on the edges but as the new management has came here things are getting better.

I love living here. I appreciate all the new things that the office is coming up with to make this like our own little community. The office staff is very fast and friendly. I love the assigned parking we have now.
I love that it is so close to a variety of stores for all kinds of shopping. Close access to the I-17. My commute to work is great. It is quiet in my area. The office staff is wonderful and friendly.

My sister just moved here in the beginning of august, on the day of move in the apartment was not ready. The front door didn’t close all the way the only way it stays closed is if the bolt is locked. The maintenance man stated that the only way to fix it is to put in a brand new door frame. He said he would put it in as an emergency.The dishwasher was full of water and leaking out and the maintenance man came and said he would bring a new one. The floors in the living room has large red stains that does not come out and the floor is lifted in multiple places. I was given a paper stating that they would have everything listed fixed by August 13th. It is now September 11th and nothing is fixed, they rarely answer emails and when She stops by they give the run around. Today I came to visit and tripped over the floor that’s lifted and should have been fixed a month ago. I do not recommend people to move here unless you want unfinished apartments with broken appliances, lifted floors and ROACHES. Lord the roaches!!!!! Villas on 35th get your life together.

I've lived here for almost a year now and I love it. Hugh and his management team has been extremely helpful. I've never had any issues with my neighbors, the neighborhood is decent, and maintenance is always timely. I've read the negative reviews and I dont understand where the all of the negativity is coming from. Everyone has their own experiences but mine has been great and I'm looking forward to resigning a new lease for another year. -Maddison

I signed my lease with Villas on 35th, on the 27th of April. I was told to wait a few hours for the apartment to be cleaned. That was around 1 pm, so I waited till about 3:30 pm. When I went to the apartment, there were still people cleaning. I asked the lady what time they would be done. She informed me that the complex said it didn't have to be done till 5 pm. So I decided to run some errands while they cleaned. When I returned to the apartment at 5:30 pm, someone from maintenance was doing touch-ups to the apartment. He didn't end up leaving till almost 6 pm. When I walked into the apartment, it looks like no one had cleaned. I sent pictures to the leasing office email to get some answers regarding the apartment conditions. With the apartment conditions being that way, I did not feel comfortable moving in my things nor staying the night. I visited the leasing office the next day to follow up, and I was informed they would take care of it that day. It's been 4 days since I signed my lease. I still have not moved in, and the carpet hasn't been cleaned like they mentioned they would do. I had to clean out the cabinets and vacuum the carpet, which did not seem vacuumed before my move-in date. No one has called or emailed me back with answers. I've had to go in person to the leasing office to get some type of information. However, they still don't have answers for me regarding the condition of the apartment. I visit my apartment daily since my lease date started to see if there have been any updates to the apartment, but I still have not moved in. I will still have to pay for these extra days since my lease started before the beginning of the month. I just ask for communication. I’ve paid full rent already and not one person in this complex has done any effort to fix a thing.

lived here about a year, and the laundry facilities are always down. laundry cards are terrible and management is more concerned with getting new tenants rather than taking care of existing tenants.

I have been living at solano ridge 1 apts for 6 months. They have treated me like a human being and innunderstanding when life happens. They have fixed my maintenance issues in a timely manner and all the office personnel has been extremely nice. They also have groundskeepers going around every morning picking up trash keeping the property clean. I recommend this complex to anyone I care about. Come be my neighbor!!

I recommend, check it out. Events for residents and they raffle tvs, office people are pretty cool they work with people they understand life happens. Other apartments dont understand that sometimes.

Closet to freeways and shopping which is important, prices are not too high and most importantly they take of my repairs on a timely manner. The office is open unlike other apts where you cant get a hold of anyone. I would reccommend.

My overall experience was amazing. Office staff is always available to help! The grounds are always well kept. I would recommend!

When I moved in I stressed the fact that I didn’t want to sign a lease if there were roaches. The apartment is infested with roaches and spiders. I’ve been here 2 months and have had to purchase bombs, and boric acid . Which nothing works because the roaches live in the walls. My neighbors are noisy and drug dealers. My daughter doesn’t feel safe. This is the worst decision moving here.
