The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are pretty cool with up to date equipment, rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location and covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks, gas station, and grocery. definitely recommend.
The apartment management is very nice works well with you . I like how there’s a frys too right here .
I've lived here for over 5 years, I've seen a lot of management companies come and go. This one is amazing, not gonna lie I was skeptical at first but they put in a dog park, the pools finally been open all year and it's now a place I would lounge in. The apartments are updated and the neighbors friendly! So glad I stayed.

Lived here almost a year . Anna and Alyssa have always been helpful to me never had any issues that weren’t resolved right away love my apartment glad I can call this place home I would highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment this is the place to look (:
I have been staying here for almost 2yrs and had no issues whatsoever! I appreciate the Management they are super sweet and be on top of things and I like it I plan on staying another yr or 2 that’s how chill things are!
Staff is nice and friendly, if you are looking for a place to call home I would suggest to live here

THe staff is very kind they are new and have been really good on any repairs that I have had r any I may need fixed’ it’s hard when some one newcomers in. They have been very helpful with any questions I have and that is a plus forme??The apartments are nice but people who live here need to keep it that way .THank you Angela parsley
everything is close and convenient. the tenants are friendly. the landlord accommodates the tenants and is helpful. its well lighted. and has security patrol. there is a cleaning staff. the comes in every so often. and blows the leaves and cleans the sidewalks. the trash is picked up almost on a daily basis. and the utilities are reasonable. the community and neighborhood. are fairly reasonable. all in all. its not half bad.
for a one bedroom/ one bathroom. with full kitchen. including a dishwasher. in site laundry facility. covered car port. free water/ free trash pick up. with a box paying for utilities. whenever its necessary. with high speed Internet. with almost everything close and convenient. its not half bad. there could be some improvements. with the tenants. and landlord/or management. otherwise. no complaints.
