One of Alabama’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods, Highland Park, is also one of its prettiest. Highland Park features hilly, wooded streets lined with a diverse collection of architecture that includes historic mansions, office towers, and apartment buildings. Love the neighborhood and my neighbors in the building. I enjoy the building events to help get to know our neighbors. Gym is great for a quick work out hen you don't want to leave your home.

I have lived here for a few years and never had any issues. Maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I have had an issue. The location is perfect that it's close to shopping and restaurants. You are in the city but it doesn't feel that way. The front office staff have always been helpful.

Great location! You can walk to several restaurants. Hardly feels like you’re near the city. Everyone is super kind and our neighbors are always friendly.

Great communication with updates, amenities taking place, quick maintenance response and Victoria or Lindsey always answer the phone! The hallways are always clean and the coffee center is always stocked.

My experience has been flawless and the front desk has been very helpful. They even helped me move my boxes from the parcel room to my apartment which were many!

We love it here! It’s a beautiful area, very walkable, close to downtown, easy access to other suburbs of the area. The amenities are nice and very well taken care of, and the space is well utilized. Staff is wonderful and always so helpful!

Everything was great expect for noise! Could hear everything above us at all times of day and night. Amenities are nice, used the pool a lot and enjoyed it.

Experience so far has been good. Quiet place, good location for me, pretty good gym, and any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Location is super nice and quiet, and the apartment has a lot of great amenities. Love being close to downtown as well as Vestavia. Apartments themselves are super nice

So far so good. I would have given 5 starts but gave 4 stars for the following reasons: Have seen multiple bugs crawling in the kitchen and bathroom. Also there is a $20 Concierge fee just to get access to packages. I feel that’s pretty ridiculous to have to pay to receive packages. I was not aware prior to moving in.

Awesome place, been here 3 years no complaints! There are always updates on the latest at the apartments and it’s always food trucks that come by! The neighborhood is very safe and I enjoy it!

Been living here for years. Any types of issues and Tareka and Victoria are there to help out. Good communication with the maintenance workers on getting issues fixed. Even though you are close to the city it almost feels like you are in the suburbs. Grocery shopping is close by. Good amenities especially gift wrapping station during the holidays.

The first month here has been really nice! I enjoy seeing other pups and morning pool time. The trash valet and package concierge are really convenient. The staff is 11 out of 10 for sure!

Park 35 is a great place to live! I have 2 dogs and my boys absolutely love the pet amenities and the location of the building. We love to walk around and play in the dog park. There are so many other dogs in the building so my boys always have pups to play with. Having the Piggly Wiggly across the street is perfect. I can walk over whenever I need anything. The building itself is beautiful. We love our pool view. Not only are the amenities top notch, but all the features of the units are high end. We love having the washer and dryer in the closet! I would say that's probably one of my favorite things in my apartment! I am very happy with my decision to live at Park 35!

I waited until I lived here for some time before leaving a review, especially since service, anywhere, tends to be top notch during the new-build/grand opening phase of a complex. It has now been one year, and I must say, the consistency of service (from a positive standpoint) IS there. The team, from management to concierge to maintenance, is on top of things. Like any apartment complex, regardless of the amenity and pricing scale, there are residents that provide "challenges" for the staff, but the team here is up to the task and goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful lifestyle for everyone here. In addition, the entire staff is friendly and approachable...always. The amenities are top notch, and I feel like I'm living in a resort. We have a beautiful pool and outdoor lounge area, grilling stations, social club room with numerous TVs and a pool table, a large outdoor balcony lounge, controlled access garage parking, controlled access entry, a gift wrapping room, dog park, dog grooming room and free coffee 24-hrs at TWO different locations. There is also doorstep trash pick-up, bicycle storage, dry cleaning on demand, parties for the residents organized by management and our cable/internet is fiber TO THE DOOR! The gym is way beyond what is typically found in apartment rental complexes, too. The apartments are beautiful, with all of the modern touches, from the kitchen to the washer and dryer. And, the location of the building is excellent. Walking distance to the popular Lakeview and Avondale districts, as well as Pepper Place. And sooo close to everything else that is downtown Birmingham. If you're looking into the Birmingham downtown experience, give Park 35 a look!
