Haven't moved in yet but leasing agent is so kind. Everyone is helping make this move so calm and easy. Super excited for this move and a new start

Park 19 is comfortable and located in a neighborhood old enough to have both established restaurants and big trees. My resident neighbors are a great mix of all ages, colors, genders and degrees of sociability. The maintenance we have requested has gotten done quickly (still waiting on window replacement for foggy windows, but it's in the works). A good place to live

As my time is coming to an end, I’m deeply saddened and yet full of joy. Living at park19 has been great. The location is amazing, the staff have been lovely, and the residents were a gem. I’ll miss living here.

Addison has been a great help with our move into Park 19! From doing a virtual tour and helping us learn the area. We have been very pleased with our choice!

Great location, clean and well maintained, 4 stars because the insulation between floors, where vinyl wood has been laid, is non existent. The walking and daily living noise is very bothersome no matter who lives above you.

There is simply no better place to live in NW! Parks, grocery stores, all walkable. The area is great and the staff (very creative!) creates the best community atmosphere possible.

The process has been smooth so far and communication has been quick and concise! The move in check list is well detailed and provides all the steps I need to consider before I even move in.

I love living at Park 19! It's not just the location, which is important, it's also the building and the staff. The coffee machine in the lobby is essential and I enjoy the amazing happy hours that they host every month!

I moved in recently and I love it so far. It’s in a great location, next to Couch Park, down the street from Trader Joes, and near enough to the Pearl district to easily access all the fun stuff there without worrying about parking. I had no trouble moving in and Addison at the leasing office was always communicative and helpful. The other residents are all very friendly.

The location of Park 19 in Northwest Portland is absolutely tops, but the real reason for living here is the wonderful community atmosphere and the spectacular staff - the wonderful leasing manager and the speedy maintenance staff.

I have really enjoyed living here so far. Great location and friendly neighbors. The building staff are quick to respond to inquiries and always make a point to say hello when I run into them in the common areas.

Overall positive vibes and community. I wish there was more amenities but also not much space to add anything. The addition of the night security has been a huge bonus.

Park19 is a fantastic community and building! They are exceptionally attentive to residents' needs (like fixing maintenance issues VERY promptly) and the building itself is in great shape. The units are beautiful and the location is unmatched.

The community spirit is one of the best things about living at Park 19. That, and the marvelous location. It’s a short walk to several grocery stores, many restaurants, and my favorite places - Washington Park, the Rose Garden, and the Japanese Garden. Downtown and the Pearl are also just a short walk from Park 19. This is a happy building! Residents get to know each other at monthly gatherings in the lobby, hosted by our manager and leasing manager. It is a combination that can’t be beat!

I feel most at home in the Nob Hill/Couch Park area of Portland. Park 19 provided everything I needed to live in this walkable, beautiful neighborhood with modern conveniences and sustainable comfort. I love it here!

So far so good. I’ve been here two weeks- it feels like home.

I toured many buildings in my apartment search and so far have been very happy I chose Park 19. The location, community, amenities, and apartment layout were exactly what I was looking for at the right price. The leasing staff were very approachable and professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns very quickly. Move-in day and the whole move-in process made for the easiest move I've had yet. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The things I like most about Park 19 is it's one of the nicest buildings in the area. The location is great and my unit is well designed. I also really like The office staff Bree and Michael as well as the monthly happy hour socials in the lobby. I also like the coffee machine in the lobby!

Park 19 has been a dream living situation for me! I’ve lived here for almost two years and hope I can live here for many more! The staff is amazing (Bree you rock!), the location is perfect, and my apartment is exactly what I needed! I would recommend Park 19 to anyone and everyone!

I moved in over a month and a half ago now and I already feel more at home than at other places I've lived at for much longer. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming as well as attentive. The location of the building is central to Northwest Portland, which is home to a lot of great shops and restaurants. I love my big kitchen in my studio apartment as well as my balcony. What a bonus!

Not only does the location of Park 19 offer everything from grocery stores to pubs, restaurants and walks in the woods, the Rose Garden, and the Japanese Garden, now post-Covid we are having wonderful resident events hosted by our superb leasing manager Bree and her supervisor Michael. These are very happy gatherings! I can’t imagine a better place to live in Portland.

Location, location, location! Park 19 is perfect in all aspects: best management (and fun community events), near grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and most important for me, I can walk to all the trails through the woods in Washington Park. Great for dog owners: Couch Park is just across the street.

So far, I've had a pretty positive experience at Park 19. The management staff and other tenants seem to be friendly. The apartment unit itself is a good size and quality for the price. The neighborhood does have some homeless camping across the street, but for the most part I feel safe in the area and in the building.

I'm very happy and satisfied here. Building cleaning is thorough. The staff is superb.

Park 19 is a high-quality and comfortable apartment building. The location is very central to all of the best city neighborhoods in Portland.

I continue to enjoy my retired life in this community.

A great place to live! Lovely setting, perfect neighborhood, beautifully maintained, responsive management, lots of nice neighbors, and the best balcony ever!

Maybe we're still in the honeymoon phase after our last apartment, but we love this place! Very good location, interesting architectural features, higher-end finishes and fixtures, very well maintained, a lot of friendly tenants, and a *wonderful* staff. Lots of dogs (we like dogs ;-). Lovely little neighborhood park across the street, and probably 100 restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Overall, great bang for the buck!

Park 19 is in an amazing location and the building has been a pleasure to live in so far.

The location is perfect, and in my fifth year here now, I still love my apartment overlooking Couch Park. Everything I want and need is within easy walking distance. The staff is always ready, friendly, and helpful. As soon as Park19 is ready, I am happy to hear about the fun community events down in the lobby again!

The location in the city is excellent- good access to parks and city areas. Building is well-maintained, comfortable, and friendly. Apartments are nicely appointed and designed.

It is a wonderful place to live! Near all things that matter (grocery stores, clinics, woods, Rose Garden, restaurants), and the staff is so friendly and helpful. My view makes me happy every day.

Building managers are helpful with any questions you have. They always make you feel welcome and safe during this pandemic. Maintenance was done immediately and safely. I'm glad to have found this place.

My girlfriend and I moved in about three weeks ago now and have had nothing but an amazing experience! Amanda was very clear and helpful throughout the whole process and deserves more credit. The apartment is beautiful, the community is engaged, and the area is amazing. I'm glad we found this apartment.

Park 19 is a beautiful modern building with gorgeous apartments and sweeping views of the city. I absolutely love it here and having the park across the street is a huge plus. Its close to everything I could need. Highly recommend!

Park 19 is in a great location, the apartments and shared spaces are lovely and living across from Couch Park makes me feel like I have my own big yard!

This is a great place to live - location, staff, residents. Rose Garden! Japanese Garden! Forest Park! Grocery stores and restaurants all close by. I have been saying that since day one, all the way back in fall 2016. Soon starting my fifth year here, and every one has been wonderful.

I love living at Park 19. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating, and that has not changed in my time here. The location is fantastic- right across the street from the park, great area to walk around, close to 3 major grocery stores and easy access to the highway. I really enjoy living here.

Extremely mad and frustrated at this place. We just moved in a day and a half ago and the storage unit we rented on sight was burglarized! There are no signs to be careful and not once was it mentioned to us the possibility of this. When I asked the assistant manager if this was common, they said it comes in waves. Why wouldn't this be mentioned when renting it out!?

Since 2016, my view into the huge trees in Couch Park and the West Hills has made me happy every day! Park19 is near everything - grocery stores, restaurants, the cinema, quality retail, downtown, and museums. The Alphabet District is a charming neighborhood, and it is just a short walk to the International Test Rose Garden, and on to Forest Park with more than 80 miles of trails. The building is very well managed and the members of the staff really listen to the residents. What could be better than that?

After moving back to the Portland area from Mexico, my wife and I were seriously worried about finding a place that would fit our needs, as we'd heard a lot about skyrocketing housing prices in Portland, and we had limited finances for the first few months of our transition back to the US. Indeed, we saw some pretty horrible places in our apartment search. But when we visited Park 19, we were almost immediately certain that we would end up renting here, and our first month has confirmed this was the right decision. Not only did we get a large studio in our budget (about 20% larger than our #2 option), but the staff were super helpful in setting up our move. The transition went very smoothly, and while there have been a few small hiccups in our first month here, we are super excited to have a well-lit, large apartment in a quiet building just blocks from NW 23rd, where everything works and the staff responds immediately to your concerns. We truly feel lucky to live here.
