Love my apartment for good location, for communication with office managers, for maintenance, for great pool, for quiet neighbors and for affordable price. I think that is enough for living in rented house))

Please do pest control outside more frequently! Several ant beds and other bugs that we see. Other than that, everything else has been good!

This place is so amazing and the staff is wonderful. They want to get to know you and help you. The people living here seem very nice and it seems to be a very safe place to live.

So far, it has been a smooth and helpful experience. I am thrilled to start my new life in my new home. I am hopeful the rest of the process will be smoooth

My husband and I have been living at Parcside for just over a month, and overall we are quite satisfied. What truly brings the rating to 5 stars is Eriele. We worked most closely with her during the paperwork and move-in phases, and she was always positive, friendly, and professional. We also feel that the manager Lauren truly listens to our concerns, and every work order has been addressed swiftly and completely. They are easily the kindest, most responsive front office of any apartment complex I have ever lived at.

Parcside is a good place to live, and management tries its best to make it a good residential experience. We are moving since we don't want a 2 story and found an over 55 apartment that fits are needs better. Parcside is good for young families and would recommend. Hopefully they have plans to update units as they could use it. The kitchen cabinets were just painted over and are all dented up and appliances could use updating too. When you get in the tub shower stall it creaks a lot too. The wall light switches do not work and have to use the pull strings for the fan and light. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan downstairs too. We had the 2-bedroom 2 bath, and it would be good if 1 bath upstairs and 1 bath downstairs. Overall, it's a great started apartment or if looking for something temporary.

I have had a wonderful experience living here and I will definitely recommend checking out the apartments. Maintenance team is always on top and I appreciate the team’s efforts to accommodate specific needs. It’s a wonderful location!

The team in the office is always so nice when I come in. They make me feel welcome and like they truly care. Highly recommend.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful—so friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. It was a real pleasure meeting them. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. The Parkside Townhouse itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. I highly recommend staying here if you want a warm, hassle-free experience.

I honesty love the community. I have yet to have any issues. Maintenance is fast . Quiet . Nice pool . Enough parking space and staff is friendly. I have renewed twice already and plan to continue to be part of this home

this apartment complex might be understaffed, the maintenance can vary from very quickly addressed to not at all or never addressed. Staff is also not very helpful sometimes

The touring and signing process was very easy and simple! Very friendly staff who makes you feel welcomed and wants you to stay with them. I took lots of tours and the combined customer service, price, and quality lead me here!

I find the new Property Management is working towards making the Community better place to live. Response of Maintenance team is better. Overall, there are improvements taking place.

Nice complex to live in, would recommend if you have a family - there are kids of all ages living here. The amenities are nice, and the pool is great in the summertime. Wish that there was a little more upkeep to the property to make it look nicer. Some of the property is out of date like the mailboxes, blinds in apartments are visibly broken, and the trash piles up on weekends. Staff is nice and maintenance works hard.

The community is great but they take forever to get back to you that you have to keep on bugging them in order for them to get things done. They also don’t answer the phone 90% of the time.

Almost one month in and so far our experience was met with Friendly staff and finally “Feeling at home” ??. So far the experience is excellent. The space is great. Only thing I would change is to have a half bath down stairs??. Thank you for making me and my family feel so welcome. Loved the statement made by one of the staff after picking up our keys “Welcome Home”. (Maintenance Staff)????

I like the way team works. Always welcoming and helpful. You can also go and use office if you need computers and printer. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

I love this complex so much. Quiet, gym area and it’s overall nice. Staff is good and so is maintenance. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Been living here about 5 years. It's quiet and the townhouse is a decent size. Any issues we may have, maintenance does their best to handle it as fast as they can. The cost of living here is a little high but thank God we can afford it.

I have not been overly impressed, but I will admit the staff is trying to engage with the residents by offering contests and give aways on a weekly basis.

Really enjoy how quiet it is and the amenities. My kids enjoy playing in the sand out playing in the pool. They also love that there’s a bunch of other kids who live here as well.

The Paradise Townhomes have been reviewed with mixed feelings. Delays in maintenance and requests were experienced, which affected the overall satisfaction. However, the location was appreciated, with the TAMU bus stop conveniently nearby and a variety of food and grocery shops in close proximity.

My experiences at Parcside have greatly improved after a rocky start. While there is still room for improvement, I believe that management are making changes for the well-being of the residents. My children and I are happy here and love the amenities.

Almost everyone smokes marijuana indoors soooo it leaks through vents, doesn’t matter if you call cops or call the office they don’t care and no one does anything!!! Your neighbor will be disrespectful, loud and rude because they know they can act like feral animals, no consequences and the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything The front office is rude and treats you like your a low life. If you call the office they will say “well email you” or “let me talk to the manager” when in reality they do NOTHING to communicate back to you. They are always asking for proof of complaints especially if it’s a smell The number one HUGEST issue is there is no ceiling fan in living room and the AC doesn’t work upstairs sooo it’s about 15-20 degrees hotter upstairs The office will say they have property security that drives around nightly and has a drug dog, ha ha they do not! We have sat outside numerous nights and the office would call and say “security went by that unit and…” lies!

Surprisingly, it feels like home) The pool is another plus! Big enough, clean, barbecue amenities, excellent Cosy sun loungers, quiet neighborhood, easy to find for delivery.

The all over environment of the residence is quite good except a few things. There are delays in maintenance requests with us having to follow up the office on the matters multiple times before we finally get a response back. Another thing is the pest problem that has been ongoing for the last 2 years that we have lived here.

Staff is great they up keep is amazing and any problems you have they are resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are so great and my kids love to go to the pool.

My experience at Parcside has been nothing but fantastic. It's a family and pet friendly community with a diverse population. I'm aware there are college students here, mostly by the number of students using public transportation- but it's a quiet community with all the amenities one might need. My trash gets picked up at my door when I can remember to set it out.

Some things to repair, but good so far! The staff is amazing and the area is perfect! The parking lots are big, we haven't gone to the swimming pool yet, but looks fantastic. The cookies and water at the leasing office are great too.

Whenever we started moving in it seemed like there was multiple things that were wrong. Light switches weren’t working, light switch frames broken, screw holes that weren’t patched up, storage closet shelves broken, and the list goes on. I understand they are minor things in saying that you would like for the price we are paying it would be better.

I moved in at the end of March and things are going fine. The complex side I live on is quite. Only wished there was more visitors parking on the end I live.

After having lived at Parcside for a little more than three years, I can attest to it being a great place to live. When I first moved in it seemed chaotic, lots of in and out but after the first five or six months- the community has really settled into a family friendly community with great amenities.

I actually love it here. Quiet, clean and gives you a home feeling. I’ve yet to had any issues staying here . The only thing I would say is the office responds slowly to emails and stuff but other than that, I love it.

Staff is very friendly. Staff helped me get a short term lease at a lower monthly payment. Staff was able to answer any questions that I had.

Living here for the most part has been good. It's quiet and safe complex. Maintenance gets repairs done and office personnel have always been helpful.

Love it here at Parcside. I had a very unique move-in situation coming in from another state and the office staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. They made me feel like part of the community even before I had officially moved it. The pool is amazing, and the work-out facility has everything you need. The entire staff are always ready to listen and help you when needed. The complex itself is quiet and the residents that I have met so far are very friendly. I'm super thankful that I found Parcside Townhomes.
