The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parc on 11th
They keep making excuses why they won't open the pool it's July 11th and the it's they don't answer the phones they lock the door when they are in the office and they're trying to make it look as though this place is so fancy but you can't use any of the amenities washer and dryers melt clothes or they don't drain so you have to spend $20 per load they have games out in the yard that they don't supply the pieces for like cornhole They keep telling us yes that there's a new reason for why they won't open the pool and it's pretty annoying there's cockroaches and sugar ants they won't spray all apartments to fix it!!
This place had cockroaches. They were coming from the neighbors and the apartments refused to do all they could to make the issue go away. WORST management ever.
