Exelente and rapid information. Clear my doubts I liked the sizes of the bedrooms, the bathroom, a lot of shade.i love that you have security gates and only the people you know can c visit you ,no strangers.

I’ve been loving the experience so far ! Everyone is really nice , I love how you’re close to pretty much anytning and everything ! Less than 10 minutes from the outdoor mall , walking distance from any food places and gas stations ! I love how the pool is ALWAYS clean and the 24 gym is really nice ! As someone who has social anxiety it’s nice to go to the gym on my own time , and get to relax and be quit while I get my workout in ! I also love all of the trees and the beautiful plants ! There’s a lot of apartments that cut down all the trees and it just seems sad ! But not here , theres all different trees anywhere you look and even some cherry laurels ! I love how everyone sticks to their selves it’s always quite and you never hesr or see any issues

Parc @ Wall Street is a very peaceful community. From the staff in the office to the maintenance personnel, this place is great. My daughter and I have been here for about 5 years and we couldn't have made a better decision to move here from McAllen.

Parc @ Wall Street had been my home for about 4/1/2 years now. I love the gate security, but I do miss the security that used to walk the complex during the evenings. I would rather pay into having security around than having Fetch services or even Valet services. Maintenance has always been professional, kind, and efficient. Office Staff, even with the bombarded calls at times with questions on payments, oe lease or any other matters, have always been courteous. Melanie is such a sweet lady that even without leaving a message, solely by seeing your number of a call/s, will reach out to you to find out what you needed. Thank You Parc @ Wall Street

I love it here. staff are more then helpful. I just wish there was more parking for the residents. Its always a hassle trying to find a parking spot.

I have lived here for almost two years and the experience has been outstanding! Although I have seen a change in the maintenance team throughout my time spent here, they never fail to provide any service I need in a timely, and professional manner. They are so very quick to respond and the office team is always there for me when I have any questions or concerns. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. McKenna, the manager, is such a blessing. I can only imagine how her positive attitude influences everyone else that works here. She’s great, the office is great, the maintenance team is great! Love it here.

Renewed our lease and the second time around things have been much better. Had a lot of problems with the apartment and conflict with an employee in the front office.

Good apartments and quite, but there’s no parking after 8:30pm, i moved in around june 2024 and there’s been two cars that got their tires stolen in october 2024. Maintenance response really fast and are helpful.

I’ve enjoyed living here so much! The people are wonderful as is the property itself. My only complaint is that my downstairs neighbors are less than considerate in terms of noise and the smell of marijuana. Other than that, I love this apartment complex!

This complex is an amazing complex we have been here for over 6 years. The location is fantastic with La Cantera, The Rim, Huebner Oaks no that far. A very short distance. We are in the middle of the all locations in either direction you choose. The staff and maintenance are always on point. Looking for a place to live, we'll look no more Parc at Wallstreet is your place.

Love living here ! The aesthetic of all of the trees , the waterfall pool and the gym to look at an amazing view is amazing ! The neighborhood is a good area , great for going on daily walks , nice size dog park woukd recommend to anyone !

the overall vibe of the community is a 5. it’s very quiet and peaceful. I’ve struggled with a pest issue since a few months into moving in back in 2023. Someone always says they’re gonna help but i never hear back from anyone. ????

Really bad roach issue and when we talk to the leasing office they say they will take care of it but when they do it is a very poor job and the roaches are never gone

Parc at Wall Street is a quiet place with lots of oak trees and friendly neighbors. I really enjoy being here if I had one complaint it would be the lighting in the parking lots

I have not lived here long, but the Parc at Wall Street is a wonderful place to live. Nick and Melanie in the leasing office are always so kind and accommodating, and they are always willing to help out the residents. I do have some boisterous neighbors, but I hope I won’t have to issue a complaint.

Very spacious and quiet. Definitely a very convenient area to be in literally everything is around the corner, my kids are enjoying the space that most apartments do not have .

The apartment is cute and charming, I just hate the tiny toilet, ugly counters, and lack of a sprayer on the kitchen sink. I love everything else. Neighbors so far have been friendly although there are those noisey vehicles that run through, but otherwise, everyone we've met so far have been great.

love the complex gym is very well kept. dog station are always refilled. trash is always taken care of, just wish maintenance orders would be for filled.

I recently moved into the Parc at Wallstreet and it has been an easy process. The apartment is spacious and a great value. The community is clean and quiet. The staff is responsive and very professional.

Very nice staff helped us with all our questions we had as our first time living in an apartment. The apartment is pretty nice a good vibe and the area is nice especially with the trees

I love it here. everyone is so friendly. the neighbors, staff and even all the pets. I love walking around the community. I feel safe and there's scenery everywhere. even the squirrels are fun

Parc at Wall Street is Great gated community. Parc is a very peaceful place, and any problems or concerns, the staff efficiently and promptly take care of it. They upkeep the pool and our mail is safer than many other places. There an app where the community can keep communication open within our place, plus you get to earn points that transfer to, literally, money for your own personal use.
