Parc At Wall Street

Parc at Wallstreet is a great complex. My husband and I have been here for yrs now and we love it. Staff is always friendly and maintenance staff is always on point. Thanks PAWS for everything.

We like living at Parc on Wall Street. We're well taken care of and the community is conviently located.

Please do not lease here i have had so many issues with Nic and Melanie in the office and the manger Mckenna is not very good at communicating either. I have roach infestation since i moved in and had a leaky tub for a month and when i finally got it replaced they forgot that the leak leaked into the master bedroom closet and into the bedroom and now I have been waiting a week to get carpet replaced. It was so good in the beginning but I feel that I have gotten no guidance and it’s just been constant waiting.

I love my peace and quietness of my space. I feel safe and very conformable. The only down fall is that my fire alarm goes off everytime I use my toaster and my air fryer.

I love being a resident here! Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and courteously, and the leasing staff is always so nice.

My daughter and I had never moved anywhere outside of McAllen, Texas, so our move was taken very seriously. I did research on the areas, the variety of apartment complex around, safety, crime, and a whole lot other concerns. So, when we found Parc @ Wall Street, it answered and had what we were looking for, from safety, to the community, the amenities, and to the staff. We've been here now about 5 years, and, God willing, things won't change, and we'll make it our home for much longer.

Parc @ Wall Street has been my daughter's and my home for about 5 years now, and we've been taken care of very well for many years. We've had concerns that were taken care of immediately without any delays. Which is greatly appreciated because life, as we know it, does not stop for any of us to catch up, financially or stressfully. However, this past year has been challenging. I know things happen, and there are protocols, but it would definitely help if concerns could be taken care of in a better time span. Maintenance (Carlos/Jesus), Melanie, Nick, and McKenna have their hands full and are a great team, it would definitely help to have more support from the Greystar quarters, so that they in turn could take care of what needs to be done to keep PARC @ WALL STREET up to par, as one of the best apartments complex that take care of their residents, like they have been these past years.

Love living here! Apartment is spacious, maintenance and office team are quick and responsive. Neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment!

Got given a different apartment than what was shown to me when first coming here. Had no other choice than to moved in since everything was signed. Then to see fixes are always needed. Too many issues with the apartment to even type out.

My experience here has been amazing. A few things needed to be fixed in my unit and parking isn’t the greatest- but despite all that, it’s been great :)

The apartments are nice and clean very spacious high ceilings and very well maintained a great community nice pool area as well as gym and good parking

I love it quiet and cozy. The bathroom is very spacious. I love the mirror walk n closet . I haven’t decorated the balcony yet but I look forward to..

I had the most wonderful and unexpected things. Brings memories for me since 1987. Here different year's and New technology. But I am learning something new and memorable. Exelente and rapid information. Clear my doubts I liked the sizes of the bedrooms, the bathroom, a lot of shade.i love that you have security gates and only the people you know can c visit you ,no strangers.

I’ve been loving the experience so far ! Everyone is really nice , I love how you’re close to pretty much anytning and everything ! Less than 10 minutes from the outdoor mall , walking distance from any food places and gas stations ! I love how the pool is ALWAYS clean and the 24 gym is really nice ! As someone who has social anxiety it’s nice to go to the gym on my own time , and get to relax and be quit while I get my workout in ! I also love all of the trees and the beautiful plants ! There’s a lot of apartments that cut down all the trees and it just seems sad ! But not here , theres all different trees anywhere you look and even some cherry laurels ! I love how everyone sticks to their selves it’s always quite and you never hesr or see any issues

Great environment and love the atmosphere of these apartments. I enjoy the pool being open year round. The dog park is big and spacious as well

We are long term residents and very happy. Our Management staff - Nick and Melanie are always polite and helpful. We appreciate the effort they make Parc a great place to live. Maintenance is always on point, and takes good care of us.

Love staying here and the staff is amazing and maintenance crew. Everything is done in a timely manor and never have any problems. Can't wait to renew my lease

Loved the tour. Move in date is approaching and I am beyond excited to call this community my home. Everything about the apartment was to my liking and works out best for my kids and I.

Great friendly complex, gated, very quiet and very well maintained. Staff is fairly helpful and the amenities are kept up. We are happy with it

It’s been great since I’ve moved in. The place is nice & taking walks is great here. Dog loves the bark. Looking forward to get comfortable but excited for the journey ahead.

I’ve lived in several apartment complexes over the years. I have never lived at one where it feels like the staff truly cares about the property and its residents.

Good and quiet neighborhood. Office staff and maintenance are always helpful. They resolve issues in a very well timely manner. I been living here for 3 years and I have not had any issues

Parc @ Wall Street is a very peaceful community. From the staff in the office to the maintenance personnel, this place is great. My daughter and I have been here for about 5 years and we couldn't have made a better decision to move here from McAllen.

Parc @ Wall Street had been my home for about 4/1/2 years now. I love the gate security, but I do miss the security that used to walk the complex during the evenings. I would rather pay into having security around than having Fetch services or even Valet services. Maintenance has always been professional, kind, and efficient. Office Staff, even with the bombarded calls at times with questions on payments, oe lease or any other matters, have always been courteous. Melanie is such a sweet lady that even without leaving a message, solely by seeing your number of a call/s, will reach out to you to find out what you needed. Thank You Parc @ Wall Street

I love it here. staff are more then helpful. I just wish there was more parking for the residents. Its always a hassle trying to find a parking spot.

Renewing my lease again because I have loved my experience living at Parc. Staff is very dedicated to giving residents a good experience/living environment.

I have lived here for almost two years and the experience has been outstanding! Although I have seen a change in the maintenance team throughout my time spent here, they never fail to provide any service I need in a timely, and professional manner. They are so very quick to respond and the office team is always there for me when I have any questions or concerns. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. McKenna, the manager, is such a blessing. I can only imagine how her positive attitude influences everyone else that works here. She’s great, the office is great, the maintenance team is great! Love it here.

Renewed our lease and the second time around things have been much better. Had a lot of problems with the apartment and conflict with an employee in the front office.

Good apartments and quite, but there’s no parking after 8:30pm, i moved in around june 2024 and there’s been two cars that got their tires stolen in october 2024. Maintenance response really fast and are helpful.

I’ve enjoyed living here so much! The people are wonderful as is the property itself. My only complaint is that my downstairs neighbors are less than considerate in terms of noise and the smell of marijuana. Other than that, I love this apartment complex!

This complex is an amazing complex we have been here for over 6 years. The location is fantastic with La Cantera, The Rim, Huebner Oaks no that far. A very short distance. We are in the middle of the all locations in either direction you choose. The staff and maintenance are always on point. Looking for a place to live, we'll look no more Parc at Wallstreet is your place.

It has been great living at Parc. The place is well maintained with very helpful staff. In my three years here I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of quickly.

The Parc at Wall Street is a quiet and clean community. I haven’t had the opportunity to use all the amenities yet, but plan on doing so soon. The neighbors I have interacted with have been friendly and informative. I am optimistic about my living here for the next year.

Love living here ! The aesthetic of all of the trees , the waterfall pool and the gym to look at an amazing view is amazing ! The neighborhood is a good area , great for going on daily walks , nice size dog park woukd recommend to anyone !

Overall, it has been a good experience, however, I would have liked to be warned that living down stairs I will be hearing and feeling every movement from the upstairs neighbor.

So far the new environment we have has been quite lovely and we are excited for the future here, the noise is very minimal and the overall are has been nice, safe, very livable and the staff has been amazing!!

The staff is super awesome. Melonie is so sweet and hardworking. She responds to every question and really goes above and beyond for her residents. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues. I love living here. It’s quiet, well-kept, and I feel at home.

So far, so good…no complaints from me!!! Everyone I’ve come in contact with so far has been very helpful and friendly. I look forward to living here however long that may be.

the overall vibe of the community is a 5. it’s very quiet and peaceful. I’ve struggled with a pest issue since a few months into moving in back in 2023. Someone always says they’re gonna help but i never hear back from anyone. ????
