Property Ratings at Parc at Princeton Junction
The apartments look fine enough, but is nowhere worth the sky high prices. When our neighbors walk around upstairs it sounds like a herd of elephants. Our infant daughter constantly wakes up during the late evening and early morning when our upstairs neighbors get up. The "holding pond" behind the property is a breeding ground for mosquitos and insects and we have been invaded by ants constantly. The maintenance team is incredible and super friendly, but the the management team in the office is the exact opposite and usually just ignores you rather than responds. There are much better options nearby, and I wish we had chosen one of them.
