Parc at Cherry Hill

I have lived at Parc at Cherry Hill for over 3 years. While there were issues when I moved in, there has been significant positive and changes with the new management that took over last year. Maintenance comes with in 2days or less when I put a request in and office staff is very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. The overall living conditions have got so much better that I now enjoy my home again. I DO recommend living here!!!

Mold, roaches, trash, leaks everywhere, smells like garbage, raggedy elevators, no maintenance, old appliances, mice. Etc. Horrible place. Moving here is a waste of time and money.

If you want things fixed here you have to contact the health department. The only thing Parc at Cherry Hill offers is to terminate your lease , when you speak up.

I could go on for ages. Add mold to that. We’ve been here for almost a year and not a SINGLE thing has been fixed, even after numerous requests have been put in to repair such. By far it’s the worst place I’ve lived. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Nothing excellent about this complex. Moved in here with my family back in February 2021 and since then mostly been a bad service, maintenance and awful management. Reported issues with the apartment since I moved in and management only IGNORES, sometimes they come only when they got a bad review but we not the only tenants had complained about MOLD, CONSTANT LEAKING, etc. DONT MOVE IN HERW DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Blossom Towers advertises itself as luxury apartment living but don't be fooled by the title. There's the theory of a thing and the practice of thing, and Blossom towers in no way, shape, or form, practices the luxury that their brochures advertise. When I first came to Blossom Towers to tour the site, everything in the A building at first glance appeared to be adequate. The units themselves (The remodeled units, that is) are beautiful on the surface. The problem is the inconsistencies and underlayer you can't see until you live in the space. I've been in this unit Since November 2019, but have experienced some maintenance issue consistently over the past few weeks. Poor structural issues on moving in. Closet shelving not being able to hold the weight. Major leaks and damages happening all over the unit. Mold in the Bathrooms and closets due to leaks or flat out remodeling oversights. Flooding damage that took place in my unit is now having major effects with the flooring and I've been put on waiting lists times over. This past month alone, I've submitted tickets regarding leaks and closet collapses and a major Leak damages but the closet was the only thing addressed. There is mold growing in my closet and bathroom due to these leaks that aren't being addressed on a larger scale. Now, there's a massive leak in the hallway of the building and spores are growing there as well. The property management and maintenance in this complex are atrocious at best and their communication, during these times, is the worst. I've never been in a place where there was no clear communication of resolution times or when they would come to your unit. They don't communicate well to schedule times when a fix will be implemented. This place is not worth what they are charging monthly for units. There needs to be a major overhaul in the infrastructure of this complex. Even though they advertise this hard: Luxury, this place is not. I'm sure now that I'm writing this I'll be contacted now, but it shouldn't require a scathing review in order to get people to look into things.

Don’t let the name fool you - there’s nothing luxury about the Blossom Towers. Been living here about 6 months. Whatever you name - rats, cockroaches, flies, insects - will come out through the central AC/Heat units that doesn’t even work. Mold everywhere as well. Noisy neighbor issue that they’ve known for 10+ years (staff, neighbors all know about him) but rents out apartments out to bound you to an agreement. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

I can't comment on the actual living experience but I thought it was important to note that the apartment took the application fee and NEVER contacted me back - even after 3 weeks/close to a month! I have left 5 voicemails, emailed three times, and even left a message with a person in the office twice with NO contact back to let me know if I was approved or not. Good thing it was only $25 but I think it's pretty scummy to have management not even contact me back ONCE after the numerous attempts made. If the actual customer service/management is hard to reach, can't imagine what it would be like actually living here! TERRIBLE. Other luxury apartments have reached out to me after 2-3 days at the MAX and have always promptly contacted me back.

Fantastic apartments to live. This is one of the best living experience I had at a rental property. The place is newly renovated and well maintained but more than that their fabulous leasing office Lisa is just about as good as it gets! Above and beyond is ab under statement ! I have been renting the apartments for more than 15 years at various different locations but never seen such helpful and attentive staff ! Any questions or concerns before work or even after hours she is there for you ! I look forward to a long lasting living relationship here ! Thank you Lisa for welcoming and introducing me to my new home !

I just moved in and I can’t be more pleased with the apartment once I tour the facility I knew this was my home and the process was easy and efficient Lisa took very good care of me and what my needs were for apartment and she made it all happen thank you so much

First let me start by saying I have yet to take a tour with any apartment complex that was willing to open up at 6:30 AM to fit my work schedule. My twin sister and I toured (one in person one on FaceTime) and decided within minutes of meeting Lisa that Blossom Towers would be home. My sister and I once shared a home together and are now selling it. So it was important that we stayed in the same apartment complex but not in the same apartment LOL. Lisa literally took hours of her time to sort things around so that my sister and I could be one floor above each other and keep us in the same price range that we wanted to be in. She even took time to get me price quotes from three moving companies talk about above and beyond . I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. If you’re looking for someone that will tailor your home to your needs and your requirements then look no further because Lisa and Blossom Towers has it all. Counting down the days till move-in day thanks again Lisa for taking the stress out of finding a new home.

I viewed a couple 1 bedroom floor plans with Lisa R. over the weekend and her service was IMPECCABLE and EXCEPTIONAL! I felt that she was genuine and really cared about my experience and finding the best fit for me rather than other places that aren’t forthcoming. I definitely recommend her to work with as your leasing consultant. Looking forward to our move in date !

We were scheduled to take a tour of the complex and the facilities. We were greeted by Lisa and she started us off with a very thorough tour of the apartment. She already knew what we were looking for and showed us a few layouts, pointing out her favorite which I believe ended up being our favorite as well. We never felt rushed, we never felt that she skipped out on any details of the property and the history and we felt that our opinions/preferences were valued. She was thoughtful in anything she pointed out. This was one of the favorites we toured that day and will definitely be moving here soon thanks to her !

I just moved in to Blossom Towers like a month a go and I can't tell you how much we love it. The apartment is very spacious and the location is awesome. Lisa is a powerhouse in her own! She is very caring attentive and straightforward! I really appreciate her southern friendliness and personal accommodations to provided to us ! Words can't describe how gorgeous our apartment is. You should definitely take a look at it if you are currently looking for an apartment ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am a resident at Blossom Towers and all standards that meet my criteria has been met.I enjoy the atmosphere, Lisa is always Attentive to anything I need and is very resourceful also very informative.I would recommend this apt living for anyone that enjoys piece of mind! Everyone from the management to the maintenance have been very helpful to us when we moved to Blossom Towers. Lisa I believe she is the Assistant Property Manager is attentive and responsive. The community is filled with beautiful common areas for socializing with great neighbors. The location is fabulous with shopping and services w literally only 7 min away topsides Also the the distance to, restaurants and eateries are amazing. One of our favorite things is that our 24 hour Wegmans. Is 2 miles away ! Our apartment is great! Everyone is friendly and always has a smile. if there was an issue to have fixed the correction is done very quickly. Everyone is professional and we are very happy to have moved here!

We made the right decision moving into Blossom Towers. While the location is full of excellent dining and retail options, the difference lies in the apartment management team. This is a team of individuals (Jason and Lisa) that care about your experience here! From events planned to quick response to any issues that arise, this management team takes a personal approach to making sure our needs are met at the highest possible level. Thank You Lisa you go more than above and beyond !

From initial contact through lease signing everything was explained clearly. During moving day leasing assisted greatly in reserving the loading dock space and freight elevator for two days when we thought we only needed 1 day the apartment is nicely renovated up to date and freshly painted. It was in very clean condition. All is well except the hallways could be marked better for outside delivery people who can get lost! Very well run property. Lisa your southern hospitality shows !

Lovely quiet building with a phenomenal staff, especially Lisa she has been so helpful and patient with me as I compare buildings and floorplans. Honestly the entire leasing and maintenance staff have been amazing!!!!

Love it here ! The communication with the residents is by far the best I've ever seen ! Any and all concerns are addressed instantly even if it's after hours. Lisa stayed until 7pm one evening explaining some changes that occurred with my lease and would not let me leave until I understood ! A1 customer service !

Been a resident here for a couple of months and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. I live on the first floor of seven and I was skeptical of hearing everything above me well I’m here to say my apartment is as quite as can be. The staff here is wonderful and Lisa has made everything very accommodating. My request are fulfilled in a timely manner and I am impressed with the renovations taking place around me. I enjoy living here!

I’ve been looking for a long time for a place that feels like home and not something I just call home. Well this is it I love coming home everyday from the friendly faces of the staff to the beautiful well kept building. It really is a nice treasure hidden in Cherry Hill

We lived in these apartments for six years! We had to relocate due to our jobs but we loved calling Blossom towers our home! The suites were lovely, The location was nice and quiet and the staff was always nice and helpful!

We have been looking for many places and never felt so comfortable as we do in this place, everything is clean, new and convenient, perfect size and the community is very nice, we are very happy to find this place.

Love my Apartment. I am currently in a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath. Would love to switch to the newly renovated 2 BR 2 Bath. A lot of closet space and large balconies in every apartment. The building is also pet friendly which is very convenient for us. My kids love being near the mall too :).

Fantastic rooms with great views of the city and incredibly professional and helpful staff. The property is well maintained. Nice apartment that is well laid out with closet space and a washer/dryer in the unit.. Overall, the property is a comfortable, quiet place to reside.

My apartments are the best great location near cherry hill mall, near all types of food markets, restsurants they are spacious and everything is included in your rent meaning heat hot water and electricity. Its a friendly environment family oriented and a great place to live. They have a pool and basketball court for kids to play and also a field. I have lived here for 3 yrs and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon but maybe upgrade to a 3 bedroom.
