The location of Parc is fantastic. I love having my own bedroom and bathroom. Along with plenty of shared space that my roommates and I use often! Everything looks so nice after the renovation and I am grateful for our nice appliances.

Originally I didn’t want to move into an off campus apartment but then I looked at Parc at 720. The complex is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and kind. I have had a couple of maintenance issues (because of the way the apartments were previously built) but the staff makes sure to keep me informed of the steps they are taking and what is happening. Overall if anyone was to ask if I recommend this apartment complex I would say yes 100%.

This place is a joke. They “renovated” the building where they slapped new paint over dirt and mold. No amount of paint can cover up the issues here at Parc at 720. The locking system is awful that residents can’t enter the buildings which is completely unsafe. Just because you put new paint on the cabinets and walls doesn’t mean this place is going to get better. Honestly unlivable.

I have had a fantastic experience at Parc at 720! The apartment is modern and well-maintained, the amenities are fantastic, and the management team is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for(from a 2 year resident): 1. not listening to your roommate preferences 2. constant maintenance and when you need something done expect it to happen in 2 weeks. 3. electric bill is always 30 more than allowance (based on conservative use). and an extra 10 for trash even if you dont use it. 4. the pool is dirty. 5. the hallways are dirty. 6. the fire alarms only work half of the time. sometimes will go off randomly at 2am. 7. their cleaning before you move in is not good. The washer is loud, and the drier (since it isnt cleaned) takes 75-80min to complete and leaves fuzz on clothes. 8. loud parties are not stopped. 9. wifi is okay for middle two rooms but outer rooms are not great. 10. walls are not insulated for sound, so expect to hear everything. 11. management constantly changes and it keeps getting worse. 12. the place gets roaches in the summer and fall. 13. paint is very very thin, so if you even bump it a little, it flakes off. To the person reading this, it is best to find somewhere else. id rather spend an extra 100 for a better time. Sincerely, Daniel Rebban
I have lived here for a year and a half now and ever since the property has been bought by BHOM my roommates and I have experienced nothing but stress and frustration. On December 25, 2022 our unit was flooded with water coming from 2 floors above. I was provided with a hotel starting January 9, 2023 as an accommodation since my unit was completely ruined while still being charged my monthly rent. However, today (2/4/2023) my roommates and I were told we must move back into the unit. We found our unit still completely unlivable. No bedroom or bathroom doors throughout the whole unit, a broken front door that will not shut and was left unlocked and open with our personal belongings inside, no baseboards, and drywall dust and paint covering the floors. Despite all these things and demanding accommodations we received no help. I now have no where to stay as I do not feel safe living in an apartment that has 0 doors whatsoever. Would a new tenant be expected to move into their unit while it is in this condition? Not to mention, throughout this project I have been reaching out to management for updates weekly and requests for hotel extensions 4 total times now. I have to constantly beg for new information because they won’t ever communicate it to me. This has now lead to me being virtually homeless and couch surfing until they can get my unit that I am still paying for into a livable condition. Keep in mind when considering Parc at 720 that they are completely willing the sacrifice the safety of you and your belongings to save money. Absolutely unacceptable.
They are doing 5 million dollars worth of renovations (yes really 5 million dollars). They do not use the money they make for the better of the residents. They are neglecting their current residents for the future image they are trying to create. Instead of renovating the building hire more maintenance and professional employees in the office. Most times my daughter goes into the office the college student employees are bothered that she ruined their gossip time with their friends. Maintenance should not take 3 weeks to come fix an issue with the unit. Do not live here at all costs!!!
This place is mediocre truthfully. But most 5 star reviews are made by employees and friends of employeee.
They allow employees and friends of employees to write positive reviews that don't descript what it's like to live here. I've lived her for 4 months now and I its not a great place. They have no security cameras, broken glass in the streets, maintenance takes forever to handle issues, dog poop in the yards, wifi going down all the time, loud parties, mold in units, expensive rent, uncleaned units on move in day, etc.
I just wanted to say as parent, who’s only child is moving away to go to college and be on his own for the first time, Axis and the tour guide Peyton made everything so reassuring. My son and I loved the safety feel of the campus, and the size and set up of the apartments were perfect. Peyton told us he has lived there for two years and how much he loves it. So much so, he decided to work there! He even offered my son some tips and tricks to make the transition easier for all of us. Our mind is made up! Thanks AXIS and especially, thank you Peyton!! Upon move in place was a mess, many things broken, not clean, Property mgmt eventually addressed issues. Upon leaving we left apartment clean and were charged $100 for "deep cleaning". Tried to call and discuss with management. Receptionist was very rude. Would not rent there again,

The Axis Luxe Apartments are definitely the place to be in Edwardsville! FREE FOOD FRIDAY, yes, every single Friday for every resident! There are some amazing amentities such as the outdoor pool, 24 hr access workout room, free tanning, and study pods! Another perk is that it comes fully furnished with updated appliances and furniture. I love living here at the Axis and would recommend it for any students looking for that luxury style off-campus apartment, but still has an awesome student atmosphere!
Enclave West is a great place to live for college students that don't mind long nights. You have a common living area, washer and dryer and even comes with your own bathroom. The only problem is that it get loud Thursdays through the weekends, so if you actually like to study this isn't the place for you. But, if you're in a frat or like to party then this is your place.
