DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My move-in date was postponed not once, not twice, but three times. During this entire process, I consistently had to be the one calling on the day of to see whether it was ready or not. I emailed corporate and got no response from them, but I did receive a phone call from the property manager literally yelling at me asking me "do you understand that when you email corporate they just call me" in an extremely demeaning tone. She then proceeded to accuse me of forgetting my showing yesterday when I had not only called and left a voicemail asking if it was ready, but I sent an email as well. She lied about me having asked for a move-in date of next month, lied about me having said I don't have the money to move in right now, and the list goes on. When I asked if the unit was ready she said she wasn't sure yet. Ok so you're the manager and didn't bother checking if it was ready before calling me to accuse me of forgetting my showing? Then she told me it wouldn't be ready till next week and asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I of course still wanted to move in but I needed to be notified prior to my appointment if it was ready for me to see (so I wouldn't waste yet ANOTHER drive to Norcross) and she told me she wasn't going to do that and it wasn't her responsibility to let me know if the apartment was ready yet but it was my responsibility to call and ask. Ok I did that and you didn't respond to my voicemail or my email until the day after so...? This woman was literally yelling at me over the phone, lying to me about this and that, and then didn't even apologize for anything until she sent an email wherein (of course) her tone changed completely. I'm guessing because she didn't want her higher ups to see how she REALLY treats people. I have quite literally never dealt with such horrendous customer service. She clearly doesn't respect people or their time and money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not move here as they will add a balace to your account months after you move out and not tell you a reason why. They have added a balance to my account 5 months after I have moved out and reported it to collections. I have proof of a zero dollar balance upon moveout BUT NO ONE is answering the phone. I have called over 45 times to the complex and no one is answering the phone. I have sent plenty of emails with no response. I have receipts of everything with no response! I have even emailed and called the property management group Pegasus Residential with no answer! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will be taking legal action if no one responds. Once again. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I ‘ve lived here for a little under a year and I must say i enjoy it the neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. However, don’t ever have an emergency because the leasing staff NEVER answers the phone! They are always busy. You have to call at least five times for an answer. Maintenance is very quick about fixing issues. I live in a remodeled unit & it was pretty nice when i moved in a few things have been falling apart but overall still in good condition. I love living here but wish the leasing staff were more tentative. Not sure if i will renew my lease or not...
You move in thinking you get a nice unit but they put you in some messed up one after alll they don’t care just want the money
Its like living in an extended stay motel. The walls are thin, you can here your neighbors talk, etc. They are far from maintained and certainly not renovated. Worse experience of my life. Interior is horribly patched together. Maintenance doesn't know how to fix anything correctly.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a few months and love it! The staff is great and helpful to answer any questions we may have. We love the location as it is very close to our favorite restaurants and shopping places. The photos are accurate and our home was remodeled before we moved in so very up to date and clean.
We are coming up on two months in our place, and we love it as much as day one. Nakephia was wonderful from start to finish; she truly worked with my partner and me to accompdate our needs, budget, and fur babies! The community is clean and the neighbors are just the sweetest, I love seeing the families grilling and kids on the soccer field. We haven’t had a problem, and we look forward to loving our new home for some time!

Please don't live in these apartments...... I haven't lived there for over a year and I am still traumatized!!!! Oh and someone stole the entire safe full of our rent checks.... and I almost got evicted, because I was given the wrong information by the leasing office.
So needless to say nothing has gotten better, only worse. After dealing with the assistant property manager Christinna, I took my issues to the property manager Doris. The office staff feels as if I am unreasonable for not wanting to live with bugs, bugs crawling on you while your sleeping, and a list of other things. I had to call 4 times to the office before someone answered, apparently its our problem they are always busy. Long story short, I was told by Doris she didn't have time to go back and forth (in reference to my emailing her to discuss my grievances since no one answers the phone) then hung up on shortly after. After calling back she laughed when I asked for corporate's # and said her manager would call. Her excuse because she just rather have her call me, Google gave me the answer.
Needless to say I don't see me renewing my lease at this point in time. In the beginning during the application process every one was nice and I had no problems. I never received a copy of my lease after signing which later I was asked why I needed one and told that it is only given upon request (I requested more than once and even in writing and still haven't received it). I pointed out some issues during the initial walk through and was assured they would be taken care of. Clearly they were not and I had to make multiple calls to the leasing office to FINALLY get someone to answer to address it. When I finally spoke to someone regarding the things that needed to be address it went from a few minor things to a 10 item list of problems (week 1!). I am still dealing with a leak in my kitchen/hallway coming from under my wall from either the A/C or water heater. The maintenance men are cool but clearly need help and more people. My apartment was brand new, had brand new appliances and everything. I was even told by assistant property manager Christina that she had walked my apartment earlier that day on my move in so she was sure everything was ready, THAT WAS A LIE! They rushed my apt to move me in. I had issues with my water pressure, hearing a loud noise whenever u flush the toilet or are in the shower, shower doesn't stay hot but for more than 2 mins, dishwasher wasn't draining, my storage unit didn't open with my key, etc. and the BUGS!!! They try to use the "oh theres not a lot we can do bugs are going to get in especially the water bugs when you are on the first floor" thing! . I see water bugs and spiders on a daily and with having a small child in your apt that is dangerous! I now fear I may have mold underneath my floorboards where the leak is happening.There was a break-in in the leasing office and I found it strange that they did not give a heads up and notify all the residents as to what happened. When I spoke with the assistant property manager she stated since it did not affect me they did not feel the need to inform. I had to inform her that, that was not the way to handle that situation and everyone should be notified since it does affect the safety of all smh. So if you move here be prepared, they look nice on the outside and the model will really sell u.Be aware of what you are getting yourself into, I am in the process of requesting another apartment or possibly breaking my lease already.
