About Parazin Lofts
Welcome to the Parazin Building in the Historic High Falls District. Originally constructed as a two-story building c.1826, the Parazin Building is one of the city’s oldest buildings and the first in Brown’s Race. It was powered by the Triphammer Mill and it was home to the Selye Fire Engine Company and later used for lantern manufacturing and shoe pattern production. We have taken great care to bring quality amenities to this historic structure including parking and a fitness center while renovating each apartment with unique features that highlight the buildings history and promote its charm. High Falls is a walkable neighborhood that takes advantage of the Pont de Rennes bridge that offers views of the iconic 96’ tall urban waterfall known as High Falls and offers a quick walk to the Genesee Brewery. High Falls is excited to become the home to the High Falls State Park.
Parazin Lofts is an apartment community located in Monroe County and the 14614 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Rochester City School District attendance zone.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
