Property Ratings at Paradise Island
Maintenance arrive in a timely manner once a work order is put in. There could be an upgrade in the trash removal area. Seems to be broken a lot
The apartment was not move in ready by my standards and a staff member was aware of the obvious issues and apologized. Appliance are old and painted with appliance paint, not even 2024 standard appliances which are black, no microwave which was in the model unit but not the unit I got. Kitchen was painted poorly, dead bugs in the room and kitchen cabinets.
Great apartment!! Very kind staffs members... Like community facilities and nature environment... I like this Paradise Island very much!
This place is seriously awful. Smell is disgusting which they had never told us when we came for a viewing. The oven is broken and smoke detectors are also broken, we kept complaining about that many times but no one seems to care. The gym does not have wifi although it says there is but no signal, doesn’t exist, I told about that many people but no one did anything to change. The water bottle server near the gym is broken too. Truly this is the worst apartment I even stayed in my life.
Well i say the same thing every month valet trash would make my earrings higher because these dumpsters get so full that trash is around it they should invest in valet trash but i am sure that would increase the rent but the community dont look inviting when you pull up to trash everywhere and its also not good to look at when you sit out on balcony or patio . They also need to be more on people feeding these cats because not only are they feeding the cats it’s also now bringing the raccoons and possums
Seems to be a great experience and neighbors very nice Just moving in still have a lot to explore. Can't wait to get everything done and meet with my new neighbors looks like it will be great experience. Thanks to Yini for making sure that everything went smoothly. She's a great person
Been here 7 years, just renewed for my 8th. Great location, great community value, prompt maintenance service, expertise across the board, beautiful community, wonderful neighbors and events. Top class overall!

A good place to live with lots of nature around, we felt safe and our apartment is veru comfortable. The location is perfect it's close to shopping center, grocery store and gas station.

The apartments are old and need to be upgraded…parking is horrible and you can never reach anyone in the front office…I would not recommend anyone to move here
I really like lighting my fireplace on cool fall nights. I appreciate this being a smoke free community but see cigarette butts around. Not sure if it’s maintenance or a resident
So far so good. Love the atmosphere and location. It was a simple move in process and it a very convenient spot to live in. Good rates and everything.
My reviews are starting to read the same. We love it here at Paradise Island. The staff, both office and maintenance are great. After 15 years we have found nothing to complain about. We ask for maintenance rarely and they are Johnny on the spot. We look forward to staying here for the even longer haul. We hope others will give Paradise Island a try, new neighbors that love it here are ALWAYS WELCOME. Love you guys!!!!!
I am loving the peace and quiet. No problems with the neighbors or their pets. Everyone that I have seen and spoken to seem very nice and pleasant.
Paradise island is a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I had an issue and the staff really helped. They really care about their residents. They also keep the community clean which I appreciate

Moved into this home from a terrible apartment and I’ve loved everything about Paradise Island. The amenities are amazing the neighbors are nice. Haven’t found one thing I dislike yet. So excited
I have lived here for a month and am still so excited about my apartment and the amenities. When I first moved in and completed my inspection all the issues were addressed right away. The staff is helpful and friendly. I receive timely responses to any questions I have via email. I love sitting on my porch and enjoying the view as well as enjoying the dog parks with Truman. The community is close to so many places to shop and eat with easy access to I-95 as well
I have been living at paradise island for a week now and I love it so far. They have great amenities and it's been really quiet so far. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay.
It’s a good place to live and it’s well maintained , it’s clean and quiet place . But there are no lights in the bedroom in standard apartments and also don’t come with fans in the rooms.
The staff are all very nice and attentive. They go above and beyond for this community with food trucks and treats every week at the leasing office.
This is an excellent place to live. I lived here two years ago and returned, because the quality of life is very good. It is a quiet and safe place.
I love it here. This is my second time coming back here. I love how close the beach, grocery stores, parks & airport is. I live on the second floor and I do not hear my neighbors at all. Very quiet community. I feel safe enough to walk with my child. The apartment itself feels cozy. I love my screened in balcony. My only complaint is the light leaving the apartments to go left does not work correctly. I literally have a 11 minute video of me at the light. Lol besides that it’s great. I’m happy.

Nice apartment but something’s missing no light and fan in the master bedroom. Something’s are not cleaned properly. Apart from that everything is good.
This is my first apartment and I must say that the move in experience was very smooth. Everyone was very helpful during this entire process.

Living here has been wonderful. Work orders done fast. Property clean fast and we'll kept. My neighbors are lovely. I love the gym and 2 pools. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

We like this community with all its cool features and great management! The maintenance team is also good! We don't have a lot of work for maintenance in our apt, but they are always nice and friendly.
Best apartment experience yet! The only improvement would be trash valet or the dumpsters emptied more often. The pools are amazing and well maintained. The apartment layouts are exceptional I love the open kitchen with the bar. I have the Maui currently.

We absolutely love living here.. it's been a little over a year and we haven't encountered any issues. Our neighbors are friendly and QUIET and the amenities are maintained very well.. Maintenance comes very quickly when called upon!
Paradise Island is like an escape from the chaos in town. With 3 pools to choose from and a full gym, everything is right at home. Relaxation and entertainment without having to leave.
No complaints. When I moved in there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Other than that I am happy. The maintenance staff shows up committedly to fix things.
This is a great place to live!!! We have been here for almost one year now and don't have anything negative to say about the property! It is a wonderful community of people that are warm and welcoming! We have neighbors, also known as friends, and we really enjoy it!!! We plan on renewing our lease for another term. Un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor, los trabajadores son muy amables y eficientes, ante cualquier llamado responden satisfactoriamente, en resumen no tengo quejas.
Clean units, quick maintenance, peaceful and well kept up grounds. The three pools are always kept up and clean, and the two gyms provide options for working out.

Move in was smooth and loving all the amenities! So many great shops and restaurants just a short car ride away, along with the mall and movie theater!
It’s wonderful living at Paradise Island Apartments. I’am enjoying the pool and gym. It’s a quiet community. Thank you for keeping up with the lawn work keeping the community clean. However I wish there was ample amount of parking here. The only down fall but overall great place to live

Nice area. However, the administration is like HOA except without the home. Like the amenities. Neighbors sometime leave trash in other Neighbors areas. I would give this place a 3.5.
Loving our new place. Very clean and professional!! Easy access to everything The maintenance crew is on top with the cleaning and maintaining the units and grounds. I can not say enough about the office crew. Amazing team!!!
Everything has been nice and quiet and everyone's friendly and helpful. Move in was a quick and easy process and everyone at the front desk is so nice and informative.
