Nikki has been great! She was very helpful from the beginning and now that I am a resident she has still been helpful. If I call the office she calls me back immediately and assists.
The new staff has been very helpful and very professional. I’ve been living over here for quite some time and seen different management come and go but this new staff by far is the best!
Extremely polite and very helpful! That worked very hard to help me get into the apartment within the timeframe needed. I appreciate the staff and all they are doing.
It’s been good so far. The move in was easy. There were some maintenance issues, but they were handled pretty quickly. I’ve sent messages to the leasing team, and they responded quickly as well.

So far so good, we need better lighting in breezeway. Car wash area needs to be fixed to enjoy using. Gate need to be fixed since we have one for everyone's safety.

So far so good. Had a little issues at first but they quick to handle it., love the area I’m in and I’m closer to the entrances. My dog like it as well
It’s a quiet neighborhood but there’s a pest problem. And the mosquitos that are in the halls are constantly coming into the apartment. There was a few rats I’ve seen in the breezeways too. I let the leasing office know but no one ever got back to me. And there’s a homeless problem as well. They are always lurking in the corners and in the parking lots.
I love our maintenacce crew. Anytime I have an issue or concern in my apartment, they have ALWAYS fixed the issue within 24 hours. I have never experience this before.
I love it here and i will be renewing my lease as well the management is amazing and my neighbors are amazing as well i would definitely tell my friends and family members about this amazing establishment.

I love it here. Nice and quiet. Security guard at night makes the place feel really safe. 10/10. Everybody mind their business. I don’t hear a lot of banging or movement at night.

Good service, affordable, quiet, safe space for family, very quick when it comes to fixing things and taking out the trash very good apartment complex.
My experience has been amazing, I think that my stay will be a great one. I will recommend Riverside Parc to my family and friends. The staff is always professional and friendly.
Been here almost a year. Parking is bad. Some neighbors are nasty. The apartment is self is ok. The grounds around the building is nasty. The rent is a little high for the area.
It’s very nice safe and clean! Id suggest this complex to everyone I know in need of a new place to live at. The leasing office team is great ????

Community is nice, clean and quiet. Maintenance staff is punctual and efficient. Property staff is professional and courteous. Police presence daily/nightly for increased protection along with working gates.

I love the area, however they go up on the rent every year and they don’t make any changes in the apartment… and now they are building up other apartments near by. Considering moving rent is a little more however apartments next door are brand new

I love it here so far, the leasing office is very helpful anytime I call about something wrong they are automatically on it trying to fix so I love that. The community is quite and peaceful.
I've been living here since 2016....I love my home.....nice, quiet and clean....staff is AWESOME...they have wonderful treats for the residents..
i love living here quiet clean and everyone stays to there self i just love the staff also. The trash valet and also the layouts. i mean u always got that one person in the building who just does the most but...love it out here i think i made a great choice.
Close to job and quiet. I love the trash pickup. Park for kids. Always a parking spot. Maintenance gets the job done on a timely basis. The front office always in good spirit

The apartments are not the same from when I first moved in. They have roaches in the units and you don’t find out until a week after you’re here. They don’t clean the hallways anymore and there are raccoons in the hallways at night
Devin made my moving so smooth and Tieunna was angel ?? overall everything was blessing and I can’t wait to move in and decorate it’s nice and quiet over there and it’s around everything

Resident experience has been pleasant. Staff is easy to contact and maintenance requests are solved with ease. Property is quiet for the most part and events are offered to build community.
Really nice place to live. It's quiet, location is decent, and for the price, can't beat living here. We also enjoy going to the events the staff throws for the community.
I have lived here since February of last year and have been contacting the leasing office since regarding several issues like maintenance, noise complaints and other issues like BUGS!!!After months of attempts nun of these issues where being resolved (resulting in me having to contact the police at least a couple times a week) except maintenance, until October. When I got my rent and utility bills from the leasing office the utility bills were three times the usual rate. I was told this was because of a broken meter. After on site maintenance came out and confirmed, weeks after I made them aware of the outrages bills. I have tried reaching out to the office staff( who now is now rude to me about making inquiries about the issue), I have tried reaching out to the regional manager Stephanie( who answered once in two month and said she would get back with information but I haven’t heard a thing) , and even maintenance since then to get an update on when it will be fixed. And to also see when will I be refunded from over paying now going on 3 months. But I have gotten nowhere. As a new stay at home mom in times like these I may not be able to afford our living because of this. -update 1/20 I received my utility bills this month and it seems to be corrected. However I still have no update about my refund for overpayment for the past and the meter has not been fixed 2/7 My meter was finally fixed! However the in office supervisor has informed me that she doesn’t know when I will be refunded. Also this month I had an additional $100 charge for “Renters Insurance” and I have paid renters insurance every month for the past year so I don’t know what this is about. I was also attacked by who I believe is Anglea Turner the last time I went in the office to inquire about the situation and I had my six month old baby with me. There is also now mold growing in the apartment among the other issue, BUGS AND NOISE, that has not been fixed. 2/8 They sent maintenance out to wipe off mold however I see it regrowing already. Then I had to recontact them regarding the “Renters insurance” charge because like always they never reach out. So then Shelly Oglesby reach out and said that they would correct it if I submitted proof so I did and after going back and fourth through email she stated that she she needed specific dates and it was clear on the notice that I requested that day ( Ill provided a photo below) but has not corrected their mistake.
