      Hello, my name is Jeannette Reardon and I just moved in this month. It has been such a positive experience, and I cannot be more grateful for the office staff. Ashlynn was by far, a huge part in my application process. He is professional and attentive to the needs of future residents (hence, my own experience). I am happy to be in a community where office staff are quick to meeting the needs of residents and accessible. It is not common to hear that staff are working 7 days a week in apartment complexes. It's truly a great place and this is just based on my first impression and being a new Palomar Station resident.

      Great place to rent, has everything you need and more. Beautiful clean apartments, great location, decent parking (with spots for guests), and all the amenities in unit and within the community that you could possibly need.       Palomar Station staff and community are amazing. Friendly staff and they always make sure work orders get fixed IMMEDIATELY, like within minutes and hours, I have someone at my door to fix anything I need fixed. The community is super clean and my unit is in great shape, clean carpet and fresh paint. It felt like a new home.

      DO NOT MOVE HERE

      If I could give 0 zero stars I would. horrible place to live. From roaches to trash cans in garages to trash outside on the floor to lots of neighbors smoking weed can’t even open my windows because the smell will come in we have kids. Electrical issues scary fire can happen in only your apartment. Office does nothing.

      I cannot speak highly enough about Palomar Station. From the moment I called to set up a tour, I had a feeling that this would be my home. I love the friendly and attentive staff, who have made it a point to remember my name even after a lease was signed. I feel like a member of a community here, not just a number. My apartment feels like an actual home, the amenities are fantastic, and I don’t know that I’ll ever leave!

      Incredible complex!

      This is an incredible place to live! the leasing staff are very kind and helpful, the complex is beautiful and well kept, maintenance is amazing and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic! There are also a lot of stores and food places close by, the complex and buildings are very safe, lots of parking, and pet friendly. There isn't anything that I don't love about living here. Definitely worth the price.

      This is the best place I have ever lived!

      This is the best place I have ever lived! I fell in love with the beautifully maintained property and incredibly spacious apartments (the place has HUGE bathrooms, bathtubs, bedrooms, kitchens, high ceilings and a nice sized patio!) and immediately decided to rent! Not only did I consistently enjoy the luxurious amenities (2 pools, hot tub, 24 hr gym, and business center) but the staff was always throwing resident events, having food trucks come by, barbers offering free haircuts, free mimosas for Mother's Day, etc. It was so fun! Speaking of the staff, Dee, Mai-Ling and Emily are the Dream Team! I can't explain how helpful and welcoming they all were every time I walked into the office or sent an email. The maintenance staff was the absolute best as well! They kept the place sparkling and always threw smiles and hello's my way! As far as the location, I don't think you could get much better: walking distance to: the Sprinter, CVS, Bed Bath & Beyond, AT&T, Verizon, Boudin, Starbucks, and SO much more (my wallet might argue too much haha). You are right off of the 78 freeway as well and right next to Furniture Row and Restaurant Row. So basically, if you need ANYTHING, you're at an arm's reach! I would highly recommend Palomar Station to anyone for their next home!

      Palomar Station Apartments

      Great apartment complex. Modern/ industrial style and very clean community. Extremely pet friendly with good amenities. The only thing I wish was different was that the exercise room had free weights and that the location was closer to the water. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to live here.
