Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff is so helpful. Miguel and Fernando are always on top of it when we have a service request, and the office ladies are always so nice. We recently had an issue with our mail being placed in the wrong parcel locker. Ashley, the new manager, worked with us and had the mailman drop them off at my door. Paloma is a really nice place to call home.

We were considering moving out due to the rental rate, but after speaking with the amazing assistant manager at Paloma Summit, Samaneh, we decided to stay. She reminded us of the unique features and amenities this community offers, no fee for the dog spa, extra parking, the Starbucks refreshment bar, a clubhouse with no reservation fee, no gas bill and … what more could we ask for? It seems we are saving money here… This was exactly the reminder we needed to confidently choose to stay and continue enjoying our residency in this beautiful place. Thank you, Samaneh, and thank you to the entire Paloma team!

I'm a long term resident at Paloma Summit. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The complex is clean and well taken care of. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. But what sets this place apart is the staff. In the 8 years that I've been here I've always been treated with genuine care and prompt attention. Samaneh and Elva have always been a pleasure to deal with and have always gone out of their way to promptly answer my questions and address any concerns I've had. And the same goes with the service staff. I strongly recommend Paloma Summit to families and professionals looking for a safe, clean and beautiful home to come back to every night.

My husband and I recently moved here and couldn’t be happier! Maintenance orders are completed super fast with a top notch staff. Samaneh at the leasing office is very reliable with her email replies and she has shown us time and time again how much she cares about the residents. She’s the best! Samaneh showed me a beautiful apartment that I immediately fell in love with. I had a very pleasant tour experience and felt very taken care of. The application process went smoothly and I heard back quickly that I got the apartment. I love all of the perks that come with becoming a new resident. Unexpected and very nice. The property is clean, pretty, and well-maintained. I am looking forward to enjoying my time living at Paloma.

I have rented here for a year and a half, and this is the quietest apartment I have ever found! There is nearly zero road noise, and sometimes you are graced with birdsong in the mornings! The landscaping crew is excellent about maintaining the bushes that nurture cool lizards, the flowers visited by friendly bumblebees to create beautiful blossoms, and the trees and bushes which home friendly spiders who keep the area free from pests! I have never seen wildlife from the nearby Limestone Canyon Nature Preserve wander into the neighborhood. The leasing office staff is always friendly and ready to help at a moment's notice. I have always gotten prompt attention on the rare occasion that I need to visit the office, and often leave smiling. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to any requests with 24/7 support, and respectful of your home and privacy. They always clean up after themselves when they are done, which is always appreciated. Appliances are nothing fancy, but they are modern and even my 1-bedroom apartment is more than capable of meeting the needs of 1-4 people. The residents are friendly and neighborly without snooping or being nosy. It is nice to exchange casual greetings in passing with neighbors. The complex is on a small hill, which gives many apartments a beautiful view of sunsets over the horizon to the west. On clear days, you can see through the trees all the way across Lake Forest to the Santa Ana Mountains by the 73 Freeway.

It is great to have her back and be part of this community. The pool is well-taken care of and the community is surprisingly friendly despite the weather. Additionally, it is a joy to play 8ball at the common area and interact with the staff. Thank you for the continues efforts, Ben.

I recently had a small maintenance issue that I brought to the attention of Michelle in the Rental Office. She listened to our issue and immediately requested help for us. Within a couple of hours Michael showed up at our door and explained what he was going to do. Within an hour Michael was done and the problem was solved! A big thanks to Michelle and Michael for their great Customer Service!!! W.E.

We love living here. The location is very calm and quiet. The staff are all very helpful, especially Elva.

This place is wonderful, Elva and Michelle are always so nice and polite with any questions I have, and always welcome me with a smile when I come in for my morning coffee.

We live here since 2010, and so far love the place :) Apartment is great, all employees are helpful, effective and friendly. Maintenance is very fast and effective. Overall, good place!

I have lived at Paloma Summit for over 10 years, and love living here. I would like to thank Michelle and Fernando for recently helping me with an issue in my apartment that was particularly difficult to figure out. They both took the time to listen to my story and figure out the issue and took action to fix the issue. Their kindness and knowledge is genuinely appreciated!

After almost five years in a row living in this amazing place, I can say no less than I'm happy to be part of this community. It's the greatest place we have lived in so far. Greatest resident service and nicest interaction you can experience in a Rental community. You will enjoy it for sure.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet community. The Leasing team ( Samaneh. Elva and Yvonne) is very nice and helpful. The apartment is well maintained. Their service team is always quick to respond. My neighbors are friendly and polite. I love my new community. Surely will be recommending Paloma Summit to my friends.

We were so happy to get toured here, and even though we did not rent due to our breaking fees at our current place being to high , we would still definitely recommend this place to anyone, the staff was amazing , the property was beautiful, and the apartment was beautiful itself. Hope to soon be able to apply again and finally move in .

The Paloma Summit offer a beautiful view and peaceful living environment. This is truly the best place to live with a serene atmosphere. I had a wonderful time staying there and if I had the chance, I would love to return and live there again.

We have been living at Paloma Summit for 19 years and just renewed our lease. We love our apartment and have some great views. The office staff are very friendly and are greatl getting back to you. The grounds are beautiful and we also have nice neighbors. Our son grew up here and made some friends he still sees. Great place to live!

My family and I lived here for a couple of years. The office staff was always very friendly and eager to help. The pool, tot lot and basketball court were super nice to have for my little one! Overall a great place for a family to live in with great neighbors.

I loved living at Paloma summit the staff are great the floor plan is awesome open and specious and I had good memories there, I still have so many friends who live there so I will still go there to visit ??

The newly-renovated units are simply fantastic with the finishes they have inside, and I feel lucky to have got one. The grounds are lush and well-maintained with lots of grass and great areas for dogs and families. The staff though is what really sets Paloma Summit apart from communities I’ve live at in the past. The company that owns them, Sequoia Equities, really seems to have their act together from what I can tell in the short time I’ve lived here. Couldn’t recommend more!

I have been living in Paloma Summit for near 5 years.The area is quiet and prices are fare. When a unit gets vacant it gets upgraded and everything changes to a new one. so I personally recommend it .Its awsome. Mike

The leasing office staff are really nice. They tend to throw all you can eat pool parties from time to time. They have zero turnover rate amongst them so they get a chance to know you personally. Most other places I have lived seemed like I was dropping my rent off to a new person every month. This facility is always clean and well maintained. Best of all it is a non-smoking residential community so the air is always clean to open your windows or hang out on your patio and enjoy the clear view of South Orange County. On good days you have a view of the coast and as far out as Catalina Island. They have a trash valet that will pick your trash bags up nightly from your front door. The community is gated and has a fair amount of families with children who all play safely together. They allow pets including large dogs and also have a dog park for your K9’s to enjoy without a leash. Parking can be an issue from time to time for those with multiple cars however most complexes have this issue. The good thing about here is at least when you do find a parking spot, it is still in the complex and not out on the street. All in all I would recommend this place in a hart beat.
