I have shared multiple times already, this place felt rushed, a lot of the fire alarm testing should have been done before residences moved in the water heater should not be an issue and I’ve experienced not having hot water twice in the last 10 days, the electricity has been turned off multiple occasions for maintenance reasons in the area, the maintenance team here at Paloma has always been quick and friendly but the experience as a residence here at Paloma has been nothing but a headache when rent is this high not to mention, the gorage it is poorly designed, having ramps would have been less of a headache then going in circles.

'- my EV charger was stolen, maybe cameras in the garage or more security - the dog dryer has been broken for 4 months

I am obsessed with this apartment building! When I first to it, I knew it was Home. Everything is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pricing is just right, as well. I do not plan on leaving here anytime soon!

My husband and I were looking for apartments in the area, and stumbled across Paloma Santa Ana. I called to see if I could request a tour. Come the day, and Romy was the one helping us tour units. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, the apartment complex was gorgeous and Romy was extremely easy to work with.

Paloma has great onsite management, onsite security services, and package delivery systems. This helped me make a decision to try them out and seven months later, my opinion of those three great qualities has not changed. Many other communities will have remote or offsite services or are prone to package theft.

Just moved in to Paloma about a month ago, my experience has been amazing so far. The location of these apartments is perfect because of how many nearby stores and restaurants there are. I’d say my favorite part of these apartments are the amenities, they’re so clean and well maintained. The gym is also very nice and has a great amount of machines.

Leasing staff is doing an excellent service to keep the community beautiful & professional. I'm impressed and grateful to live at Paloma. I just wished my apartment had better reception. I can't talk on my cell phone in my apartment. Very bad reception.

Paloma has to be the best apartment complex available in this area - the location is great, parking will never be a problem. The area is clean and well kept. Honestly it was such a blessing for us to stop by for a walk-in tour & we found our home!

Brand new apartment community. Steps from MainPlace mall. Loved their 24/7 hour fitness center and office spaces. I work from home but their office spaces are so nice and inviting that i try to work down there there a few days a week.

I visited Paloma to view a few apartments as i have a job transfer to santa ana. Taylor helped us end our apartment search by the end of our tour. Beautiful new property with the best highway access. I had issues setting up my payments option and Hiram and the leasing team helped me getting everything set up. Super excited to move in.

Great location with access to main interstates within a mile. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants inside the mall. Brand new apartments with several amenities including a dog wash station and dog run.
