For me it it’s a great community but the apartment has so many details and defects between the cabinets and the doors and also the master bathroom are clogged Since. We moved here a few days ago.

Seamless application process. I did have to stop in to get the ball rolling but each time I did, it was a pleasure. Alejandro is personable, efficient, and respectful. The maintenance/grounds crew do a nice job keeping the place clean, albeit the one light brown haired guy is crabby sometimes, but it’s because he’s practical and has good standards for people, and I love his attitude. Dog friendly community, I work in public safety and have not seen anything I’m concerned about. Haven’t used the amenities much but it’s got everything you need. If you’re a wildlife lover, there’s plenty of animals and foliage to enjoy, and though ducks can be in the way sometimes, they’re nice to watch in the morning, and I wouldn’t change a thing. People mind their business and everyone seems pretty content!

The apartment is cozy and was expecting more for the cost of rent. A few appliances were not working at moving so not happy about that. The experience was ok but like I said I expected more for the price we are paying for the rent
